Clean, well maintained place that is accessible and easy to come and go. It's not the Ritz, and it is very good at being a Springhill

Rooms were clean and security was good. Though lackluster in character, it does it's best to accommodate.

The most friendly front desk I've seen. Room is big and quiet. Enough parking space. Close to many wonderful Chinese restaurants. In a safe community. Breakfast is great. Will definitely come back again.

The staff is very accomendating and quick to help us with any issues we had. Normal beds are comfortable, the sofa bed has no support.

We enjoyed our stay at Springhill suites and found the rooms to be large with a comfortable couch and kitchen area. The staff gave us great directions to the Rose Bowl Parade. At the complimentary breakfast there is a large selection of food choices. We also enjoyed the pool and hot tub after a long day of exploring LA. The hotel is easy to find with lots of parking. There are a few restaurants near by for lunch and dinner.

A nice breakfast comes with your room, 24-hour coffee, friendly staff. What wasn't great was the carpeting is dirty with spots. Room cleaning isn't thorough.

Overall a decent experience. Free breakfast, easy parking, and no frills hotel room with fridge and microwave. Also there was convenient access to the metro which you could use to get to la. The hotel was situated convenitently next to the highway which also made getting around easy.

The location is great and is within walking distance of many dinning options for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The staff was friendly. Free breakfast was included. My room was great too.

The location was convenient to the Pasadena area and located near many choice restaurants and shops. Employees were friendly and ready to help. The room was clean, comfortable, and well sized. I was only very disappointed in that on my 2nd night of stay I had to endure a very loud rock concert being held at a club next door. Thankfully it ended by 10 pm but I had an early wake up the next morning.

This would be a better rating if was not part of the Marriott brands. It was decent but very outdated, I expect more from Marriott. Definitely time to spend the money and update the rooms. I was thankful for providing a discounted rate for visitors of the City of Hope Cancer Center. There is a little kitchen in every room and the free breakfast was good and clean. We need to come back a lot over the next year due to some specialized treatment I am being provided at the City of Hope, but I will look at some other Marriott brands first. The bed was not comfortable but clean.

Everything was great! The beds were comfortable, it was clean and the bathroom was nice. Just needs bigger and updated TV's

This hotel is nice, clean, and cozy.

We got AAA rate and the price we paid was well worth it and I have no complaints.

I would definitely recommend this hotel if you need a clean, safe, cozy yet, affordable hotel to stay while visiting the Arcadia/Pasadena market.

Marriott... I thought it would have been a nice quality hotel like other Marriotts I've stayed at. I sure was wrong...

Location, it was nice, close to downtown Arcadia and the Westfield Santa Anita Mall. Everything you might need is near by. That's one worthy consideration when staying at SpringHill Suites Marriott in Arcadia.

Staff was fast and efficient at check-in and check-out.

The rooms were fairly clean and decent in size.

Now for the negatives...

Noise:
-Not enough sound deadening, can hear people talk outside the door in the hallway.
-AC/Heater unit is noisy.
-Water pipe sound is loud, even when you're not the one using it, maybe the other rooms using it, you can hear the loud noise. Sometime you can hear something rumble when the water is turned on, which I am assuming it's related to the water pipes; at least in the room I stayed in.
-You can also hear the rooms next to you flush their toilet.

Noise is one of my main complaints... With that much amount of noise, it's hard to get a good night sleep.

Good location at walking distance of the downtown area and a couple of blocks from the main freeway. Offers free breakfast and comfortable accomodations with very good rates. Attentive staff, but the facilities are in need of a renovation.

Hostess a bit rude. Other than that a pretty good deal and nice place. Breakfast was way better than expected.

Free parking, decent free breakfast although the eating area is pretty small. Rooms are clean and comfortable albeit a bit dated. Walkable to many local restaurants.

SpringHill Suites is an amazing place to stay. They provided with excellent service, staff was friendly, breakfast was fresh.

Check in and out was so easy. My daughter and I stayed one night and loved the little kitchen area with coffee pot, microwave and a mini fridge. The bed was super comfortable. So comfortable in fact we wanted to stay longer but couldn't. I would totally recommend . The room came with breakfast. Eggs, sausage, waffles, oatmeal, muffins, pastries and cereal. Your choice of what you wanted. Great room!

A nice hotel with nice staff. Not very grand and not a great pool, but it at least has a pool and hot tub. Great location with plenty of places to walk to to eat.

The people there was very nice, since we stayed there for 7days 6 nights. We got sum ants in our room they gave us another room at that minute we really appreciate that very nice place we stay there again

Basic breakfast. The accommodations and staff were nice, but the walls are thin and could hear some room neighbors.

Nice and spacious for 2 adults and one child. Clean room and amenities were fridge, microwave, sink, coffee in room, wonderful breakfast. Jacuzzi!

I always go with Marriott. Plus when I stayed here one of the irons left residue on my dress and they exchanged the iron and offered to reimburse for the dress! Very great service here!

We had a one-bedroom suite facing the parking lot with mountain views in the background. Room was clean and quiet. Bed was very comfortable. Complimentary breakfast was simple and adequate. Wifi connection was smooth. The only thing to keep in mind is the location is 30-40 mins (with no traffic delays) away from LA downtown. Having your own transportation is a must if you plan to tour around the city.

Next to public transportation, so at times it gets pretty loud. Rooms are average. Fridge, microwave, and living room area are a plus. Breakfast is goods; it includes eggs, meat, yogurt, waffles, fruit, bread, and drinks. Customer service is great! Overall, if I had to, I'd stay here again.

Decent room but the room had an awkward smell. The shower water never got hot and the shower head was loose so you had to hold it with your hand. Location is close to various restaurants.

Love the room. Parking is easy, location is centraland convenient.

About the noise...lots of city noises that are not specific to the hotel itself. They have earplugs at the front desk if you ask.

Totally fine for a few nights. Quiet and clean. I did expect it to feel a bit more modern in the room. And no HBO!

We've enjoyed our stay at the SpringHill Suites Arcadia. There must have been a recent remodel, since this hotel is nothing like previous negative reviews. The rooms are clean & modern. The staff we've encountered have been friendly and helpful. Overall, we'd stay here again.

I stayed here with my family for 4 days while we attended a graduation and I was really surprised by this little hotel. When we pulled up and unloaded our bags the hotel looked a little dingy and small compared to the Hilton next door but I was instantly won over by the comfortable rooms. Our beds were more comfortable then ours at home and the water pressure was great. Even better, the breakfast provided for free offered more than 20 options , and I probably used the waffle maker every day. It was also a plus that they provide coffee, tea, pastries, flavored water and candy in their lobby 24-7. Finally, the pool was a little small but it did the job. Good hotel overall.

Carp cars n they knowingly sell them finally paid enough off my car that BROKE DOWN to get a new car. I knew a dude that worked there and he quit said they polish crap cars n sell them for big profits
