Clean and modern rooms. Price is reasonable. This is our favorite hotel to stay at when visiting our daughter at Georgia Southern.

Comfortable hotel. Things are slightly older and needs a bit of an update. Beds were fine. Breakfast was good.

No hot water in shower, Rm 215. Hot water from sink faucet. Front desk mgr claimed that no one else had this issue. Was not offered any compensation nor a key to another room. Also claimed maintenance person didn't come in until after 1pm. Lights above bed not working. Was told the entire hotel had that issue and parts had been ordered. Tear in lampshade. Hardest working person there was the female who took care of the extremely busy food area in the a.m.

Staff on this trip was pleasant, courteous and helpful. We had an issue with a non-functioning air conditioner and we were swiftly moved to another room with a working unit, even though it was 11pm! Beds are comfortable, hotel is clean, elevators are not too slow, and breakfast is always great. Eggs, bacon, sausage, oatmeal with all sorts of toppings, bagels, muffins, numerous beverage options including plenty of fresh coffee with lots of additional options milk, skim, cream, French vanilla, caramel macchiato and more. If something isn't perfect with your room, just tell them. They will take care of it!

This is a nice hotel in statesboro that is close to the university. Overall, nice clean rooms and friendly staff. No real complaints but there are some things that could be corrected. We had a lamp in our room that was almost broken, a reading light didn't work, no hooks for towels - just minor things. Would stay here again though.

Nice king suite. They need to do a little maintenance though. Shower leaks, and light in living room is hanging from wires. An extra hook or two for towels would also be nice. Otherwise, clean, and a great breakfast.

Clean room. Great customer service. Cold ac. Breakfast was served at 630a... that was awesome. Good balance of carbs and proteins too. Will stay again.

A great and comfortable place! Staff amazing!!! After driving for hours, its always the best experience when the room is comfortable and the bed is perfect...and these beds are outstanding....especially for the price! Kenya and Nichole were absolutely stellar!

If you're staying in Statesboro, this us where you want to be. The staff is so helpful, attentative, and friendly. I stayed a little longer than expected after learning that this property has a double KING SUITE?! You've gotta check it out for this reason alone. The breakfast is upgraded. Really cool check-in stuff for PE members. Don't know what that means? Message me. Cookies that you don't need, freshly baked in the afternoons, beckon you under the guise that you're on vacation so it is totally OK to eat them. Very clean. Real gym area with weights, carry away bottled water, around the corner from the outdoor pool. My Marriott friendly front end staff members was the wonderfully kind, professional, and courteous Christin and Elrico. I'm totally looking forward to this football season and staying at the Springhill Suites in Statesboro.

We stayed here in the Spring of 2018. The staff was very accommodating. The check in process was smooth and took only a minute. The room was large, clean, and was able to sleep 5 people easy. All accommodations were great and my family was happy with the service we received.

Always have a good say/rest when I'm in Statesboro at the Springhill Marriott its staff is led by their manager Mr. El Rico excellent host and a most gracious staff I recommend anyone saying there if you happen to find yourself in Statesboro Georgia

Very nice Front Desk Staff. Convenient location. The hotel was loud with two wedding parties, baseball team and little girl dance troupe.

Love this place because its clean, friendly, great location and Tues. Night it was managers night(free beer!!!) Manager was super friendly(Elrico Rackard) and stayed in the lobby greeting and energizing the atmosphere. Personally my room exceeded my expectations. I would stay here again, for sure.

Room was nice, pool is outside, gym is near the pool. Guest laundry room is on first floor far end of the hall. Business center is near front desk. Breakfast was great. Staff is friendly cheerful helpful and all around great.

The room was clean & well-appointed, but for a suite, seemed a little tight. No room for a 2nd nightstand by the bed. I did bring 1/2 of the 2-piece sitting area coffee table next to the bed, but had to move it each time I needed to get into the closet. There are plenty of mirrors, good for 2 people needing to get ready in the AM. The shower control was difficult to adjust, having to move it opposite to what I'm used to to get warm water; & it was too hot or too cool if moved just a micron left or right. The shower door also leaked on the floor, by the wall. Had to use my towel to sop it up. (Message left in room for Housekeeping). Pillows & bed were comfy. Desk area nice. Small fridge had water on top shelf, needed to keep a towel in there. TV swivels to allow viewing while in bed or the sitting area - which has a fairly comfy sofa. Decent hot breakfast every AM & plenty of seating. Coffee available 24/7! Workout rooms & laundry room available to guests. The pool area was a nice place to enjoy the sunny but chilly days we were there, as the building blocks the wind, & the sun is on it most of the day. Will return in May for Graduation.

I spent the night and conducted a meeting here. The overnight room was very clean and modern. The staff was very friendly and helpful. This property has a separate building for meetings called its "Conference Center". It can hold up to 600 people. It is a very nice conference center. They don't do their own food but will bring in food for you from local restaurant. I would use this property again!

Nice big and clean room with comfortable mattresses. Breakfast had waffles but otherwise poor menu. Wish breakfast had more variety.

We love our room and the friendly staff! From the minute we arrived we have felt like royalty! The breakfast has a great selection and the staff in the kitchen went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. This was our first time staying at a Marriott, we will never stay anywhere else!

Great location, 5 minutes out from what would be the heart of Statesboro. Attractive common area for breakfast and business center with spacious room's and a very comfy bed.

We were here for a day for work and needed 2 beds and wanted breakfast too. This was a great choice. It was very clean, the room was perfect for us. The food for breakfast was really good. The only thing that a little bad was all the light coming from the window from the parking lot and from under the door in the hall. Once you get use to it and close your eyes its not that bad. We would definitely recommend it to anyone.

Probably the best hotel internet I've ever used. Couldn't believe I was in Statesboro when I clocked those speeds. Room was really nice too.

I stopped in only to ask if I could use the business center, the front desk attendant pointed me in the right direction. I was able to access the info I needed but the inly problem was the printer wasn't communicating.

Decent hotel. Too much light from under door and at window. Shower hard hard water scum all over walls and shower head. Bed was not too hard. Tv in the middle of the room. Breakfast was typical

The staff is friendly and always helpful. Have not had any issue with the staff, the only issues are when it comes to booking a room. This has happened multiple times where they will book the room but forget to put it in. I have even had to go a night with out a room because they wrote down the wrong date. Its always hard to get what you want when it comes to reserving rooms. If it wasn't for the friendly staff i would had already chosen another hotel around the area

It's a great hotel honestly. Its welcoming and has great service. Its only that they need more items for breakfast.

Hotel was very nice, and relatively cheap. Tons include and small living room area as well. They are currently renovating, so I expect it will look even nicer in a couple months!

The staff was very friendly, the breakfast of acceptable variety, not much to complain about other than the fact that we couldn't acquire additional towels for some time upon ours being taken for wash. This could simply be due to the number of people who were staying for the events going on.

We just rented out a room to hold a gathering. The rim was clean and the hostess was very helpful.

This hotel is nice and clean. Best part about it it is quiet. Only thing is that you have to get out of the room before checkout because room service can become a nuisance

It has been a month or more since I stayed just over night due to power outage. But the staff was great at getting me and my grand daughter settled in, at a late hour.
I've stayed at this location also a couple of years ago for a week. Everyone of the hotel staff was very friendly and helpful with anything I needed. The most comfort I felt with my last stay was most of the staff was the same as the first. Which means to me that the owners have to be good to their staff to keep them. Which gives them one more star for me. I would rate them with a 4&1/2 stars. There is no where I've found to be completely perfect to get a 5. But out of all the places I've stayed this is the closest.

we checked into the Baymont on 8th October and escaped on the 9th thanks to the lovely lady on duty at 12.00pm We love this hotel and did not want to go back to Atlanta, one of the best hotels we have stayed in for years. We know a good hotel when we see it and yes we have stayed in the Atlanta Ritz Carlton many times. The bed was better than our own bed, food was great, service the best !! Bravo they made us feel like we were at home. We will drive 50 miles out of our way to stay at this hotel
