Rooms are dirty, sheets have stains, shower looked like they have never been cleaned, gym smelled and had stains on floor. It’s a new hotel but their cleaning staff sure makes it look old! When I complained about the stains on the sheets the head cleaning manager said “don’t worry about the sheets they are clean and cris, just stained, nothing to worry about”. Wow, thanks! Needless to say I insisted they be changed.
Toilet came equipped with a nasty plunger. I guess they have plumbing problems?
Only saving grace for this place is the free laundry machines (just be aware they have hot/cold reverses so put he opposite temp of what your really want). They also have a nice dinner offered Monday-Thursday.

Nice and clean, close to quality restaurants, hospitals and shopping. Basic breakfast, just enough to satisfy most diets. Eavning events with complimentary drinks and foods. Taco Tuesday! Professional staff.

We had a business meeting in one of their conference rooms. The property was very clean and well decorated. It definitely had a more modern taste to it. The staff was also very courteous and helpful.

Brand new hotel, literally just 2 weeks open on the date of this review. Friendly staff and very approachable. They have free breakfast, complimentary laundry, complimentary dinner from Monday to Wednesday. They have big rooms complete with kitchen wares, microwave oven, refrigerator, coffee maker etc. Best of all clean rooms. Highly recommended hotel.

New hotel in a pretty rough neighborhood. They have a nice breakfast and they also cooked burgers with all the fixings the night we stayed. Nice, friendly staff.
