Excellent personnel. Very clean welcoming bright. The prices are reasonable if not low for all they offer. Pool, hot tub, breakfast, airport service and excellent TV and room service options. Rooms are spacious and have coffee machine, fridge, microwave and high powered personal favorite blowdryer. I stayed for 10 night and would definitely return.

The hotel was very neat and clean. The staff was super nice to me and my boyfriend during our stay. The bed was extremely comfortable pillows and all. They include breakfast in your stay. The hotel was reasonably priced for the 3 nights we stayed there. It’s outside of the city and just minutes from O’Hare airport. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone going to Chicago!

I'm coming home from the army and this was a nice hotel to stay the night. The people were kind and helpful. It was around 1am and they were helping me find their shuttle.

Not a bad place. They kept the hot tub open for us (as we checked in close to its closing time). The rooms were tidied while we were out. Not a bad place to stay if you are visiting the Chicago area and don’t mind using public transportation.

Check in was 3pm. I had to check out at 11am instead of 12pm. When I booked my room, my reservation stated that check-out was at 12pm. This was a bit inconvenient. So please make sure you have the right time. The hotel was average, it had a weird smell when we walked into our room. I think it is from the bathroom....which smelled like meldew. They have laundry on site and a pool/spa.The staff was very nice, and my room was affordable.

Good place for an overnight stay. The only food nearby is burger and sandwich. The hotel has a swimming pool and jacuzzi. The staff is helpful to answer your questions, both over the phone and on site. Free shuttle, but you need to call them to pick you up. Eddy the driver is a great person.

The king size room is a steal for the price they charge. It’s our favorite hotel to stay when we are in Chicago, the distance from airport is just a stone’s throw away. The breakfast served is good, ample. Our baby loved the hotel too!

I had a very short stay but staff was helpful. Shuttle to airport was quick and easy. It's not a 4 start hotel but it was clean and well taken after. I would use them again for early flights.

I have never seen such a nice looking Super 8. Definitely one of a kind. It is wonderfully run. I didn’t have any problems during my stay. The shuttle was a big plus. The hotel was clean and safe.

The Super 8 located here is a great hotel in the area. It is unique compared to others, because it has an indoor heated pool & hot tub. The staff is wonderful and attentive. If someone is looking for a clean room, continental breakfast, and a 24 hour shuttle service you can't beat the price and quality of this Super 8.

This is one of the best Super 8 hotels I have ever stayed at! Everyone from staff to management is amazing. they treat each and everyone with care and respect. The rooms are a nice size, looks like they have recently been renovated. Very clean place as well. The free breakfast and shuttle service to the airport were a plus. I was impressed that the shuttle runs all night!! My husband and I really enjoyed the pool and hot tub. Even though we were travelling for business, we managed to relax and enjoy our stay. Compared to many airport hotels that I have stayed at that charge you arms and legs, this hotel provides an amazing value! I would definitely stay there again any time I travel to O'Hare.

Everything was better than many places of the same price, and the staff was friendly even at midnight. The shuttle diver David helped out a lot because the shuttle for the hotel United had us on was nowhere to be found. David rebooked me for this hotel and had me out of the cold in 2 seconds, headed for a night's rest. Thanks David!

Absolutely awesome experience
Stayed here before flying out for 8 days. Car was very safe. Shuttle service was spot on! Rooms were great. I have traveled a lot and stayed in several motel8 facilities and this was one of the cleanest and safest room I have had. Close to several eating places and extremely quiet in the room.
WILL DEFINITELY BE MY “GO TO” HOTEL WHEN TRAVELING FROM OHARE!!

This is by no means a fancy place but it is worth what you pay. I have had a quiet and uneventful night so far. The staff has been friendly from the time I got here.

Very clean and nicely decorated hotel. Staff welcoming you can always find someone at the front desk. They offer room service all though I didn't use the service. Could use more parking spaces but enjoyed my stay. Next time I am in town this will be the hotel I stay at.

I stayed one night but left my car parked while I spent a couple weeks in Mexico. Room was nice, very busy, my car was fine, good front desk, excellent shuttle. Not much around there for dining out or other activities. I'd stay there again unless I can a place with more activity near by.

Car broke down here spent 3 days from Feb 20-23. The staff was great and extremely helpful! The bed was comfortable and the room clean.

The nicest and cleanest Super 8 I've ever stayed in. The front desk was super friendly and helpful. The pool area was great. We used the O'Hare shuttle service and it was on time and very convenient. Would definitely stay here again!

Its a nice and safe place to stay in. Breakfast is also included. Chicago is very chilly these days, but the room had a properly working AC system which helped.
And most importantly, it is near the O'Hare airport. Even if there is not much crowded locality around this area, it felt safe in the hotel.

The front desk is what really makes this Super 8 feel like home. I always stay with them every time I'm in town and have never had issue. Clean room comfortable beds, for the price you can't beat that!

The first room I was given had a broken window. They moved me down the hall. Fine. Unfortunately, there was a GINORMOUS Trump tower (Chicago) photo above the bed. I get trying to show off Chicago, but c'mon. Nobody wanted that eyesore in our city.

I think removing that godawful poster would have upped this review to 3 stars, but truth be told... It's run down, it's in a sketchy area.. just, no.

Nice Place near O'Hare Airport Chicago.....beds are comfortable...nice Ambiance, cleans rooms and washroom....large parking lot... facilities of pool,gym and swimming pool....would love to come again

Good value. Modern, clean room with decent amenities. Continental breakfast didn't have a lot of variety, but the waffles were good.

Very clean and good value for money. Could do with more pillows as they are small cushions really and the towels could be bigger. Free shuttle is also great too. Woild recommend.

Nice and clean simple room. Reception was very attentive. Only minor issue was the vending machine not showing that the desired product was out of stock until placing the money. Would surely stay again if coming to Chicago.

This hotel is a great value deal. The rooms look like they have been updated, were clean and quiet. The staff was friendly. The breakfast area is small for the size of the hotel and the food was pretty basic but overall it is a great deal for Chicago.

I had less than a 6 hour stay, but it was a good one! I had missed the last bus from Chicago to Madison, and I needed a quick and affordable hotel room. I want to say thank you especially to David the shuttle van driver who was very helpful and helped me book a room! Thank you!

Surprisingly fine conditions taking into acount price level. Spacious rooms, friendly staff, nice airport transfer service. Wouldn't mind the rooms being bit more modern and a bit better breakfasts. Apart from that - great.

It's quiet and yet close to the airport. The room was clean with plenty of towels and a huge bed! The shower was warm and breakfast was quite good with plenty of choice and lots of space for eating.

Everything was great and the staff was very courteous and helpful! We were especially impressed with the helpfulness of Joseph Salazar, Front Desk Night Auditor, who went out of his way to make our stay comfortable and efficient.

Bed was hard and uncomfortable, hard to sleep with the planes but the rooms were clean and the breakfast nice. Parking is awful though! The staff really made this place 4 stars- always friendly and helpful despite people's constant coming and going, though they seemed a bit tired. Kudos to the staff!

Last year I parked at Ohare for the 8 days & the price for 2 nights stay & 8 days parking @ Super 8 was almost the same charge. I am so glad I used this service.

This hotel is well worth the money. I am very picky about hotel rooms and cleanliness. This one passed my inspection. Friendly staff and quiet hotel. We were on the first floor with no loud people above us or around us.

Great hotel!! there was a bed and a bathtub. The toilet flush was out of this world!! I had many pillows to sleep on. I dont think you are allowed to set a camping tent inside the room. The room is waterproof and volcano proof i believe. Not sure if it would withstand a nuclear attack but felt very safe. No wild parties or prostitutes. Whats the meaning in life?

I parked my car for two weeks and took my flight from Ohare. They had shuttle on both ways and it was very fast. Rooms are ok with reasonable price. For the money that I paid, I am happy with this hotel.

The rooms were very nice and spacious, and clean. When we stayed here, Marina, at the front desk, was kind enough to offer us the smoking room on the second floor after realizing that we were looking for a room on the first floor closest to the exit for smoking purposes. The room had a microwave and a full fridge, and two queen sized beds. The bathroom was clean, although the bathtub has a few spots from aging. Overall a reasonable value when booking through expedia.

My family enjoyed our weekend there. The front desk staff Eddie was awesome he was very attentive towards me and my children needs. Always smiling and made us feel like home away from home. The pool was clean and the sauna was as well. The continental breakfast was good but two waffle makers would be better so people wouldn't have to wait in long lines. Over all I love this hotel, we usually go to the Renaissance but we will come here again!!!

The staff was incredible (especially Yesenia)! They were helpful with navigating the area, and even went out of their way to schedule a shuttle to help us reach the L. The actual hotel was suitable for a one night stay. A no frills hotel, but the staff made up for the lack of luxury.

First time back here since the refurbishment. Room is very comfortable, not so sure about the mahoosive picture of Trump Tower over the bed... Felt like the old b*****d was judging me. Check in was friendly and efficient.

The price to park my car for 10 days at O'hare made the cost of the stay worth it. The room is OK, but could have been cleaner. Oddly enough all the windows seemed super dirty in the whole building. They do give a complementary breakfast, which wasn't bad at all. Yogurt, cereal, bagels, waffles and a small fruit selection. Also, the shuttle service was excellent making this a 4 star stay instead of a 3 star stay. Overall I'd recommend a stay here if you plan to take advantage of the included parking and shuttle, otherwise you'll find a nicer place for cheaper elsewhere.

The room is clean, bed is big and comfy, the staff is friendly and helpful. They also have a free shuttle!!! I missed breakfast, but the dining room looks like it's got at least a waffle machine, coffee, juice, and muffins.

Everyone is very kind. It is close to were I need to be. Coming from a very small rural town it is so nice having access to restraunts everywhere. The only draw back is no fault of super 8 but the construction around here is awful

I've stayed at this location and was never impressed. Its a cheap place to sleep near O'Hare. Recent renovations have made it much nicer though. The rooms are updated and look cleaner and more modern. They even added amenities such as fridge and microwave. Although one of our two rooms had a mini fridge and a microwave, but the other had a full size fridge and no microwave. What are you going to do with all that fridge space and no way to reheat food? The bathroom door in one room didn't lock, and the door handle on the other room was loose, but its hard to complain at these prices. Also, they didn't kick us out of the pool when we lost track of time, which was nice. The staff were all very friendly anf nice.

After a lovely discussion of Italian song with the shuttle driver, John, I was checked into my room by a very pleasant desk staff, and found the room both comfortable and clean. All the staff I met in the two days I was staying there were nice and helpful as well, and all in all it was a perfect place for the fussless, non-bank-breaking stay I needed. You can hear the airplanes going over at night, which may bother some, although I rather enjoyed it. Bus stop close too!

Mediocre. The first night my non-smoking room smelled like smoke. The toilet is very small and low to ground so not great for tall people or anyone with bad knees. The area is very industrial. It has a nice pool, shuttle, and breakfast. They ran out of towels and wash cloths so get them as soon as you check in. The second night the police was here quick to take care of what seemed to be a domestic dispute. If you just need a place to stay over night with no frills this place is great. If your looking for more than a night with kids, expect this is no Holiday Inn. Parking is a little limited as well.
