Very clean and great service. Hot tub needed a little tlc but otherwise it was a great stay.

Just finished our 2 day stay, and considering it's a "2 star" hotel, I was more than pleased with the stay. The only thing that's 2 star about the place is the prices. Linda at the front desk is a delight. I would recommend this place to anyone

An affordable and cozy place to stay of you are in town. The heaters are a bit ancient, but they work, and the pool and hot tub are very nice.

The shining star here are the staff; all were extremely friendly and polite when I visited and would definitely be a factor should I return.

The room was just what I expected. The staff was friendly and the bed was comfortable. I enjoyed the pool and hot tub too! I'd stay here again.

It's okay if your staying for one night however for the "$78 dollar bill for a small room with a broken AC hatch that keeps you up at night with a sour smell on the bed that could never be found if you looked for it." To top that off the room was for no reason and i quote "the room will be more expensive for tonight so you're total will be $98.76." For no reason that they could give us

Stayed here for a family wedding in the area.. right off the bat the ladies at the front desk were rude & didn't listen very well at all. Upon checking in we were told that if we were paying with cash that we also have to have a $150 deposit by either cash or card.. that wouldn't be charged or money given back upon inspection of our room after our stay.. ok no problem. The problem was I told the ladies checking us in to put only the deposit on my card.. tried sliding my card a couple times first it said declined & then accepted.. ladies at the desk said they would have to call to make sure my bank card was valid, come back to tell me it's not a good card and we need to use another card or have more cash. Found out that the idiots were trying to charge me for not only the $150 deposit but the cost of our room for 2 nights as well. I was extremely angry and irritated by this. The other issue was our first room we turned on the A/C unit and had it on for roughly 24 hours and it just made our room even warmer on top of it being 90+ degrees outside... it was cooler out in the hallway than in our room. We did complain about this to the front desk and got switched immediately to a new room with an actually functioning A/C.
The pool and hot tub were nice, the jets in the hot tub wernt too strong though.

I didn't try the continental breakfast but my boyfriend did.. he said there was not a whole lot to choose from.

If I'm back in the area I will choose to stay somewhere else.

Clean, comfortable, complimentary breakfast was solid. Air conditioner was loud and vibrated, but kept the room cool.

It is extremely close to UW Stout. There are some nice local restaurants nearby, and the hotel itself is cozy.

The super 8 wyndham is a wonderful place for kids the whole family and well especially the one located in Menomonie wis

Workers were nice, but the pool area was the main reason we went and it was less than satisfactory. Very dirty, a lot of bugs and the jets in the hot tub were broken.

Cozy and Peaceful and not to far from lake if you would like to throw a line in the water!

Pretty much what one expects of Super 8 motels. Clean rooms, friendly staff, nice pool and hot tub, simple continental breakfast, and good WiFi speeds. Easy access to and from expressway.

Had the basic amenities. Nothing fancy but the price was good.

I went for a dip in the pool only. The service desk was very curteous and quick to answer questions. The lobby and pool area were very clean. The other guest in the pool were very respectful and pleasant as well.

it was nice for the price. My dog got fleas from there though. I would rethink bringing my dog there again.

Nice people at desk. Were able to change room to two beds with no issues. Our TV didn't catch a signal, called desk, they said they would come up to check but never did. Older facility, pool and hot tub marginal, rooms nice. Would stay again primarily because of service.

It's a bare bones Super 8. No frills. Everything was in need of a remodel, the beds were hard, and the linens were sparse. Not much competition in the area, though. No glaring red flags.

Very nice, not too noisy. The breakfast has make your own waffles, hardboiled eggs, breads, bars, cereal, juice, milk, coffee.

It was really nice, they provided an extra bed for us and we had a nice stay. The provided bed felt pretty awful, though, but I don't want to rate this too low due to this seeing as it was just a makeshift one.

It was a fine stay... The first night there were a handful of disturbances after 10pm that I feel went on way too long (barking dog in a nearby room and people drinking and chatting in the halls). The next morning (closer to lunch time) an unleashed dog was walking around the breakfast area, with the owner distracted on a phone nearby and no employee seeming to care. A friend's sleeping baby was in a car seat on the floor, and we had to call the owner over when the dog got in the baby's face. Overall, the place is fine, staff is fine. An alright place for an overnight, but nothing outstanding.

Smelled horrible. Pool is open to the community (always full). Toilet wouldn't properly. The cleaner came around to mop floors and wash walls. But the water they were using wasn't even CLEAN it smelled HORRIBLE.

Ok hotel pool is small beds are ok, good fresh cookies when you walk in.

Rooms were clearly run down, but the beds were nice enough and clean. The entire hallway stunk like something rotten - not pleasant. Breakfast was limited but I didn't expect much, so that was fine.

Service was good! Rooms not as clean as I would expect, but I pay close attention to details. Breakfast area was a tight fit, but there was plenty of food.

Booked a deluxe queen room when I arrived was told they only had a room with two full beds in it. Got charged the same price for a 3/4 of the room. Took almost 30 mins to even get checked in as only one person was working at 7 pm. Then when checking out at 9am the only employee was taking a phone reservation so took another half hour. Think maybe at peek times they could have more than one person who knows how to work the desk. Never had a problem with them before but was very unhappy with this stay. Going to try another hotel next time I go up to visit family.

The location is close to uw stout but not too close Where you get bothered by the college kids and the rooms were clean and affordable

The room was ok. It was outdated and needed updating. The girl who checked me could have been a bit friendlier and if I give you my cards in your hand I expect the same in return, don't put them on the counter.

Sorta clean place. Vacuuming more would be a plus. Also ironing board and iron in the rooms would be nice. There is one ironing board for the whole hotel that is missing the cover. Very dated place. The staff looks unprofessional, ripped clothing, etc. But were all very kind.

We stayed here on our way to a family reunion in MN. We checked in around 10PM and went out to grab our stuff from the car. By the time we got up to our room the hide-a-bed we had requested was already set up!! Our check-in and out were hassle free. Price was great! Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was basic but had waffles too. We didn't have time to try out the pool or hot tub. Great value for the money - we had AAA discount. Would definitely recommend and would style again!

Quiet quaint room, comfy beds, soft pillows, and good wifi.

Very friendly staff but not the best breakfast options. Seems a bit overpriced but overall satisfactory experience. Location was right on Broadway street, so convenient and close to attractions in Menomonie.

Stayed there for a week, nice and friendly staff, breakfast is alright, the beds were comfortable, the pool was nice, rooms are nice and clean, heard no noises at night, great place to spend a night at.

We stayed at the Super 8 in Menomonie Wisconsin on 08/20/11 - 08/22/11 to attend a wedding reception in the area and to visit some friends there. I stayed there 3 nights with my wife and 2 kids. The area is right on the highway so it was easy to find. There was all sorts of restaurants and fast food places that were walking distances. There was also a Wal-greens and a K-mart down the road.Our room was clean. The beds were comfortable and the shower and toilet worked flawlessly...as it should. The room deco was a little dated but I was fine with that. We also enjoyed their continental breakfast. They had muffins, bagels, toast, milk, juices, and a waffle maker. My kids loved it and saved us money on breakfast. My favorite amenity was not listed on the website when I booked my stay - They let you use the Anytime Fitness down the road for free!!! That was a pleasant surprise. I would definitely stay there again.
