Very nice. Very accommodating folks. Clean and organized. A limited menu due to the virus. They appreciate folks wearing masks. I would certainly recommend this hotel.

Good hotel. Came here for a work trip- the breakfast took forever the first day. The food is good, and the bar on the first floor is average. Rooms are spacious and clean.

The room and service was very nice. also the employees are very honest. I left my purse in the lobby area and the security is very helpful and helped me find it. Thank you so much!

Reserved a room at this location because my son had a track meet about 20 minutes away and this was one of the lesser expensive, nicer hotels. Nice is an understatement. The hotel is immaculate. However, I would like to focus on the customer service I received, especially while checking out. I can't remember the young man's name, but his customer service deserve 10 stars. We had more than one room, each charged separately (for some reason). He was very accommodating as far as my requests, offering an envelope (this has never happened at any Marriott). There was another guest who became inpatient & begin to yell & rush the young man. He held his composure very well and respectfully, even when the gentleman became irate. Never giving him the same energy. I hate I can't remember his name, but I checked out on 01/04/2020 at around 7:15am. Thank you Teaneck Marriott for a great experience.

Mt family and I stayed here after we had a house fire in 2014. They had the best customer service!!!! The staff got to know us by name. The staff was really good to us!!! I would highly recommend this hotel!!!! They were there for my family and I when we loss everything, and I wholeheartedly THANK YOU FOR BEING THERE FOR US!!!!

This is a beautiful property. The rooms are very updated and modern, beds are comfortable and the showers are very nice. Room service was quick, and the bar downstairs was a relaxed place to get a drink. Elevators are a little bit slow but not so much that they would make you late for something. The front desk staff is incredibly friendly and greeted me the moment I walked in.

The only reason I didn't give five stars is that the housekeeping came and knocked on my door before 8am to find out if I was gone yet. I think at a hotel of this caliber, they would be more sensitive to the fact that you may still be sleeping at that time. I was up and getting ready to leave, but I was put off by their lack of attention to who had actually checked out. Other than that it was a wonderful stay and definitely recommend to others. I would absolutely stay again when I'm in the area.

When I'm in town I always stay in the Marriott. The room service is excellent. The maid service is excellent. It's right by major highways Route 80, Route 46, Route 17, I've been using this hotel about 12 years already I love it. Also dizzy gym downstairs if you want to use it a nice gym and a swimming pool. Sometime if you're lucky you see some of the Jets or Giants using this facility and that's pretty cool. And it's not expensive either. Remember you pay what you get.

Staff was very kind and professional. Front desk got my daughter the milk she needed at midnight even though room service had ended. Hotel looks amazing. Rooms are spacious, comfortable and modern.

Great staff and room. Didn’t spend much time in the hotel, but it was beautiful and I plan to stay again when I’m in the area. Love the convenience of the buss stop outside of the hotel that takes you into the city! Be careful not to stay too late in the city, the last bus coming back is crowded.

Very beautiful and clean Hotel. Staff was beyond helpful stayed an extra night and everything still was great. Breakfast was a little expensive but breakfast was also wonderful. Wish we could have stayed longer to enjoy the amenities that the Marriott had. Would recommend this hotel to anybody and everybody.

We've stayed here a couple of times now. Really nice hotel. Great rooms and really nice amenities. Breakfast has been awesome both times we've stayed. Enjoyed drinks at the bar with Jon, super friendly and nice guy, great conversation. I definitely would recommend this location and look forward to staying here again.

My experience with the Teaneck Marriott has been good. The room I stayed in was well equipped with the latest technology and power options for recharging all of my portable devices. My only issue was the bathroom, while having been updated, just didn't feel up-to-date and the shower/bathtub was not the best. This was not a deal breaker by any means as everything else was A+ and service was great!

The food is usually pretty good. It presents as gourmet but it's just good. The staff is always nice and eager to accommodate.
We go there because is it very wheelchair accessible and never very crowded except during an event. We like it

A very place hotel for business meeting. Close to the city. Quaint and easy to mingle. The restaurant was nice, but another eating spot would have been a plus. Fitness facilities. An enjoyable experience. Beds were very comfortable.

Decent hotel with easy highway access. Be sure to have a tollpass. Rooms are well maintained and cleaning service is good. Starbucks and a small mini selection of snacks on site. A few decent restaurants. Lots of decent food within 10min and decent access to NY city of you want as well. Rooms are mostly hard floor with a small area rug. Good sized TV and plenty of channels. I liked that they left a shave kit as I had forgotten shaving cream and they left some.

Excellent service and staff especially the young African American girl at the front desk. She greeted as soon as I entered and when I wanted to know where to go she pointed me in the direction and even held the elevator open for me

I can see why this is rated as one of the best hotels in the area. The room was nice and the M Club amenities will make me stay there again next time I'm in town. I was there on Monday/Tuesday this week and the M Club service staff was very welcoming and attentive.

The staff was so pleasant. The rooms were clean. Same as the last time we stayed. We went to the bar for a night cap. The bartenders were so nice and the dirty martini was perfect.

The Marriott is nice but for $200+ per night I wish they had a little free breakfast. I've stayed here three times and my favorite element of every stay is the staff: they're always helpful and go above and beyond to fix whatever issue I may encounter. My second favorite element is the location of other businesses: there is a gym that guests can use, a full Starbucks downstairs, and a convenience store that sells sandwiches and salad just one building over. And my third favorite element is the free fruit and veggie water and hot cocoa.

I've frequented this hotel few times, first time being in 1994! Big rooms and well managed at a reasonable price. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a room in the neighborhood.

Recently renovated with outstanding and updated rooms. A perfect stay for a business trip. Excellent restaurant and bar with a fairly descent wine selection. There is also a full Starbucks on site and a spa (I did not use, but it was available through room service.). I'm glad my company has chosen to use this hotel from now on. Highly recommended for the business traveler with high expectations.

The rooms are super cute, and bathrooms are modern with plenty counter space. Beds are great. I gave 3 stars because the kitchen/room service/restaurant service has major communication issues. Examples - my group waited 30 min for our dinner check, my room service was wrong, and then wrong again when they tried to correct it.

Definitely 5 star hotel right outside of New York with access to major highways, Met Life staduim and every restaurant imaginable. Staff at the hotel was great! I attended a company function, however food was great and staff was very attentive to our needs. I stayed here in the past and they are continually improving, delivering excellent service.

Showers were strong. Food was decent. Wait staff for events was amazing and super nice. The only problem I had with this hotel was that the beds were too hard. I didn't get a good night's sleep the entire four nights I was there.

Convenient location by 95 and 80. Great rooms and very friendly staff. Downstairs has a nice restaurant (highly recommended brunch) and now a full Starbucks. The only downside is that internet in the rooms are not free.

Second time staying here. Clean hotel and there is a shuttle (about 18 minutes) that takes you right into the city (NY). Highly recommended for those that want to visit New York without paying NYC prices

My visit at the Teaneck Marriott hotel was amazing. The facility is so beautiful and the staff is so kind. The beds are super comfy and the rooms are kept clean. There were no problems with my stay and will definately come back if I ever have a chance!

As a regular business and leisure traveler - I had my best hospitality experience to date at the Marriott Glenpointe. I was in town due to an emergency that came up-at the last minute, my stay came along with multiple time sensitive special needs and I wasn't sure the hotel would be able to accommodate them. When I arrived I was introduced by request to manager Mr. Justin Martin who instantly attended to the situation and went above and literally BEYOND to accommodate the time sensitive and special need's required for my stay. Mr. Martin's handling of the situation and his going the extra mile was done in a way, only a first-class hospitality executive could have done. His staff was equally as accommodating during my entire stay and I look forward to many future stays here. The hotel is marvelous, the room was outstanding and the common areas and lobby were superior. I am thankful I choose the Glenpointe Marriott and even more thankful that Mr. Martin was the one assisting me when I arrived. What started out as a possible crisis, turned into a wonderful experience for that I say thank you kindly to Mr. Justin Martin!

Teaneck Marriott is Grandiose! Roomy, clean, Fabulous staff. The Bar, 2 of them serve great drinks including draft beer. In house Gym is fabulous.... And it's got great views too.

New makeover makes this place an amazing destination for a relaxing getaway!! Great business hotel with wifi access and tons of amenities!! Loved it

When the only negative thing you can say is that the service is "a little slow at bar/restaurant", that says a lot about this place.

Staff is some of best I have seen in the industry. Hotel is renovated and had very modern rooms. Also, there is a full size gym located on site for free use by hotel guests.

Well worth the price of admission. Quick drive to airport or downtown NYC.

I travel for work alot, and to NJ often, and i always choose to stay at this hotel. Great customer service, rooms are always clean and restaurant also has good food. Also, one of the best members lounges that I have visited!

Great hotel with nice staff and clean and beautiful lobby. Beds were really comfortable and had all the TV channels one could ask for. Some options of the hotel however, do not offer free WiFi in the hotel room so if you got one of those packages, I recommend getting WiFi for a small fee as it was very reliable for locating attractions

Housekeeping was great and front desk staff friendly too. I had poor experience in restaurant, server had missed part of my order and then didn't check back with me. I also found a hair in my food and then complained about all the above and the server then argued with me and no one apologized for the poor experience. Later I also ordered room service for 8pm and I came back to my room and the guy was waiting 10 minutes early which wouldn't be so bad but the food was cold and at the point I just gave up.

its a very nice location and big wide buildings. spa and ballroom facilities are very good, Neat and clean, There is air flow around the year, Front and back side has greenish view. Almost 24 hours NJ transit bus communication which is 20 to 30 minutes ride from and to Manhattan. 5 miles away from George Washington Bridge. Its a very convenient place for tourist to get taste of New Jersey and New York ,

The property is beautiful, clean and convenient. The staff was super friendly and warm. We loved how the location was so close to the bus into NYC. This made getting around easier. We'll definitely stay here again next time we are in the city.

Enjoying my stay already but i would say they could be a little more kid friendly. Their pool is not accessible for kids. Sometimes you wanna take a relaxing break from the city and let the kids swim, but we couldn't. On the bright side though it's well maintained and the staff is very accommodating.

Enjoyed my stay at the hotel over memorial day weekend. I was part of a large youth gathering and it was wonderful that the hotel worked with the host committee to put all of the rooms on the same floors and had security. I wish the bar was open a little later on the weekend. The breakfast at the lounge was wonderful and the mini fridge was restocked.

Very clean, friendly staff, nice spa. I enjoy staying here because I know I will be taken care of and they will go above and beyond. My only complaint is that WiFi is not free in rooms. They do however offer it in the lobby.

My room was in the 11th floor . The view was incredible. It was the skyline in NYC with the Empire State Building beautifully lit. The room was immaculate and the bed very comfortable. The staff at check in were friendly and very accommodating. Dinner in the hotel restaurant was delicious.

Venue is nice and clean. Staff was very accommodating. Plenty of parking. Food supplied for the event was pretty good! Also, the WiFi was pretty strong, fast enough and reliable.

We were at the Marriott for the Easter Buffet. It has been scaled back from years past. Far less selection, Even missing some of the basics like bagels and specialty items like raw bar. The food they did have was good and the staff was great. If it were my first visit I may have gone to 4 stars.

Great location located near a bus stop with service to Manhattan. Ride into the city took about 40 minutes. Rooms were very clean and staff was helpful.

From the street, this hotel is unassuming. The exterior appears very bland. However, the inside is beautifully appointed. There are plenty of food options inside the hotel and the surrounding area. I was at this hotel for a conference. The conference rooms are gorgeous and large. Hotel staff is very friendly and helpful.

Spacious , easy to park, great free coffee, but the pillows were uncomfortable and they weren't so promp with bringing up the extra blanket I called down for.

While my last visit didn't include an even or a stay in the past anytime I attended an event, the staff was wonderful, the food great and the desire impeccable.

Great room and restaurants. However, rooms need to be made more noise proof from Hall noise. Also had a couple, one of which was an employee of the hotel, fighting until the early morning in the room next door. Was clearly able to hear the argument.

I was greeted at the door and given directions to the event. All hotel staff I came into contact with were very nice. My experience was positive.

The fund raiser event video attend was great, however the food wasn't that great ( I am not sure if the food was catered from the hotel). Don't service was during the event and there didn't seem to be enough wait staff. Sponge tables were on dessert and coffee while others were still waiting for dinner. The removal of plates and clanging of silverware and plates was not pleasant during the speeches. It is a nice hotel though, and I am not clear if the issue was with event planners or the hotel.

Lobby is awesome and clean but fitness location is bad and also bathroom is too small and dirty.
But overall very good staff

Excellent hotel, They even have like a mini Starbucks at the the bar. Kaser the barista is really friendly and makes really good coffees. Also, one of the best bloody marry I ever had.

Honestly, one of the best customer service experiences we've ever had with a hotel. There was an issue with our check in & they took care of it no questions asked. The air conditioner in our room stopped working and when determined it couldn't be fixed, they gave us a new room and food vouchers for the inconvenience. Every staff member so far has exceeded our expectations. The rooms are spacious and clean. And the bartender at the Glen Lounge makes great drinks! They have made our stay very enjoyable so far!

We stayed two nights at this Marriott location. The hotel is easy to get to, has plenty of parking and is conveniently located if you are exploring NYC (there's a bus that runs right from the hotel straight in to Manhattan). The building itself is clean and well decorated and the rooms are spacious and comfortable. The staff was also really friendly. We had no complaints about anything during our stay!

Hotel decor was a little dated but the staff and amenities were top notch for a chain hotel.
