We were married here on 6/26/20. We had given up on having our wedding somewhere other than our back yard during Covid, but The Westin delivered. They were so accommodating. They were careful to set everything up to maintain social distance, were easy to communicate with, and really made our dreams come true. We even were able to book the most beautiful suite I have ever seen. Thank you Emily and Gina!

Always love this hotel. Make sure to ask for a room on the upper floors with a view of the mountains. The windows are huge with comfortable room chairs for morning coffee meditation or evening views of the lights. Large in room television. Super comfy beds. Pet friendly. Great staff.

Desk clerk was very friendly helpful and accommodating to my hearing impaired girlfriend. Took the time to pull aside his mask and talked slowly and clearly so that my girlfriend could read his lips. Thank You very much.

A true 4 star hotel. Wonderful rooms with a great view. I normally don't leave the curtains open in hotels but here the view is so fabulous it would be a crime to shut them. Highly recommend this hotel

Really nice hotel! The lobby is huge and has plenty of seating with areas to charge your electronic devices while you wait. There is iced water and lemonade, and often a basket of chilled apples available. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The only downside was that there are a ton of dogs everywhere and many guests were not picking up their poop from the side walks so I had to watch my step. Aside from that this hotel is great!

It had a luxury feel. The room was nice, the bed and bedding were soft and comfortable. The bathroom was nice, with the rainfall showerhead. I thought the night light in the bathroom was especially nice. There was a damaged vent in my room, but it didn't bother me since I was traveling for work and it was just me on the room.

I also attended a conference here. The conference rooms were nice. They had good projectors and good sound. The food was catered by the hotel and it was excellent. There was great variety and lots of healthy options.

There is a Starbucks in the lobby open from 7-2, so that's nice is you want some slightly better or fancier coffee than you can make in your room.

There is a nice patio to sit and eat on and there's plenty of good seating around the lobby and outside. I especially enjoyed the walkway going around the pond with the fountain. There's quite a few things within walking distance, which is another big bonus.

I would definitely recommend staying here.

So I’ll start with the staff as that is the very best thing going on here. They are kind and courteous, polite and personable. The hotel itself is beautiful and quite. I sleep so well here. Good beds and bathrooms. The showers are awesome. You should stay here if in Westminster.

My wife and I both really enjoy the Westin. We are locals, living only 5 minutes away from the hotel, but we still love to go here to eat at the restaurant, swim in the pool, do a little getaway right in our backyard, or just enjoy the atmosphere of the hotel. Even if you're just staying as a guest or vacationing with your family, there's just so much to see and do at this hotel. The shops at the Promenade are right across the street, with just about anything you could want to do entertainment-wise, and the property is great to walk around, watch the sunrise or sunset, or enjoy the night life. Overall, it's a great hotel with a great, cozy atmosphere, accommodating staff, and an ideal location. We can't wait to go back next time.

The stay was great and everything was clean. Didn’t really deal with staff overall but the front desk were friendly. Room was tidy but the only reason I am giving it 4 stars instead of 5 is due to the fact that the rooms do not have a mini fridge nor a microwave. Traveling from Texas, I came to Colorado to hike and I had supplies (food) that needed to be kept cold which didn’t really work out. A little pricey as rooms go for 250 but I was able to get a great deal on Expedia for 160 a night.

Over all good experience. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Beds were very comfortable, but unfortunately the beds in our room were doubles, and pretty tight for my husband and me who were sharing. Also, there was an issue with water draining in sink and and bathtub, and in addition, the stopper was broken, wouldn't stay up unless propped open. Good location for our purposes, and plenty of restaurants nearby. Kachina Restaurant "in" hotel was surprisingly good, and the bar area was inviting inside and on patio. Lobby area was large and comfortable.

The lobby is rather impressive, as are the rooms; the main thing lacking was the customer service, as the front desk clerks were somewhat snobby. Perhaps she was new and I don't necessarily look like a typical customer of theirs, however friendliness and accommodation weren't her strongest qualities. The room had a coffee machine, stocked with coffee; a huge window (essentially the whole rear wall); a decent sized television; and a gorgeous shower with a rain head and an invisible edge drain, as well as glass doors looking onto the full wall vanity mirror. The room was clean and stocked, no foul odors.

You just can't go wrong staying at the Westin. Classy hotel great views, friendly and knowledgeable staff. Very comfortable rooms and great places surrounding it. Ice rink, Dave & Busters, Fat Cats and many restaurants along with shopping. Close to tbe 36 corridor and the I25 corridor. Minutes from both Boulder and Denver.

One of the nicest places in Denver for a romantic getaway. The beds are wonderful, the staff is friendly and helpful, and the menu at their restaurant downstairs has lots of variety with southwest themes. Get a room on the top floors, the view is beautiful!

from the valet greeting to the checkout process, my stay was great. I found tube rooms comfortable and I love the rain shower. The conference area amd support was also fantastic. O had a box shipped to the center. It was hated to locate but the capable staff found it in time for my presentation.

Excellent location due to the amount of restaurants and shops nearby. The restaurant attached called Kachina has good food and drinks and is especially reasonably priced during the daily happy hour from 2-6p. The hotel is located very close to the highway which makes it convenient for going north to the mountains or south into the city of Denver. The rooms are modernly decorated and the staff is cordial and attentive. I recommend a stay.

Went to a dance convention so only stayed in the conference center area. Lots of Windows to bring in light. The conference area rooms were the perfect size to do this convention. Not easy to fit hundreds of dancers plus their gear! It was spacious and clean. Went to lobby and sat for a few. Nice chairs to read in without being in the way of those entering/exiting tge hotel. Walked around by the fountain in front of hotel. Water was a little mucky. Nice area with a walking trail just outside to the south that a few of us walked on to kill time. Overall, for a conference it worked quite well.

My stay at the Westin in Westminster was great. The only downside was that there was not a hot tub and the pool area was a little odd. But overall I can't complain. The room was really nice and view was great. The valet service was wonderful.

I loved the room and the few extra amenities you get compared to other hotels. For example (Starbucks coffee with to go cups, makeup removal wipes, aromatherapy scents for the pillows, robes, etc.) The decor was very nice. I stayed on the eleventh floor with Mountain views. I could see the fountain and mountains through the huge window. The view was my favorite part of the room by far. The lobby was under renovation, there was no concierge service or business center but the staff made accommodations to help you if you needed anything or had to print out something. I didn't mind the construction since I am tolerable but you could hear drilling all the way to the 11th floor from the construction/renovation pretty early in the morning. So it's something to take into consideration if you are sensitive. At the end of my trip I left happy and had no complaints. I would stay here again for sure.

We stayed here as we were moving to the city. The valet helped us park our truck and car in a secure location so we didn’t have to worry about it for the night. That was exceptional service. The rooms are clean! The hotel is surrounded by shopping and food.

The restaurant inside, Kachina, was literally mouthwatering & scrumptious!

Fantastic Hotel with all the amenities a Luxury Hotel should have. The proximity to Boulder and Denver is perfect. A movie theatre is in close proximity, so are a bunch of casual restaurants. The staff is friendly from the top down. There is a nice Tex-Mex restaurant located inside - I cannot comment on the food as the wonderful bar selection impeded my appetite.

I don't have much experience with The Westin interior of The Westin, but I do with the outside. The outside is gorgeous! There's a nice large water feature lake thing 50 yards from the hotel, and it is nestled in a nice part of Westminster. The Westminster Promanade is a 3 minute walk away and has food and entertainment. The place is also huge with tons of conference rooms and places to lay your head. Overall just a pretty place to be. If atmosphere is important to you, The Westin won't disappoint.

We had fun. Room and staff were good as always. Only gave 3 stars because the hotel is really starting to show some age. Missing sconces, paint fading/wearing, towel rack falling off in bathroom. Little things. On the positive it is clean, safe, and near fun stuff. I will stay here again.

This a beautiful hotel. I will start with the outside. The outside is impressive (it is the biggest building around) and it looks nice with the slanted roof. They have a pond right next to it adding a great view out of the North windows. They also have a hot tub on the second floor. It is great for a dip when it is snowing. When you go inside those doors there is a pool (not 5 foot) and a sana (in the locker room). The rooms are big and very comfortable. They have a bar and a Starbucks inside. The big front door has a full circle door with people there to help. This is a huge and beautiful hotel. Below is the view.

Great service. Enjoyed the atmosphere. Julia at the front desk was a little rough to deal with the night we arrived. She was having a bad night it seemed like. Lots taking place on 12/09-12/10. Will stay here again and would recommend for sure. Thanks Westin in Westminster, CO!!

This was a last minute purchase because the rate was very inexpensive. We arrived early and requested a mountain view. The check in associate was so courteous and gave us a mountain view at no additional charge! The experience has been awesome and there is so much to do around the hotel also. There is no free breakfast which was a little disappointing but there are plenty of places around to eat out.

Hotel was very nice. I usually don't sleep well in hotel beds but my bed was very comfortable. Room and hotel in general was very clean. Courtyard outside the hotel was very nice and in close proximity to a park with a walking trail. A nice movie theater is close by and there are several different restaurants in the area. If you are looking for hours of entertainment, check out the prairie dog towns near the parking lot. I could have watched prairie dogs running around all day. I did not get to see the pool or fitness center. There is a nice hot tub and fireplace on the terrace. Looks like it gets a lot of use, even when its snowing outside.

What a great hotel! The front desk goes above & beyond to accommodate their guests. I have to give a HUGE 'THANK YOU' shout out to room service guru Al! DON'T USE THE HOT TUB unless you are interested in receiving a full-body chemical peel!!! My wife and I stayed here this last weekend and spent 15 minutes in the hot tub. It was SO over chlorinated that it chemically burned parts of my body and absolutely fried every strand of hair on me - I say this as a man, so I'm talking chest hair, leg hair, arm hair, etc. My skin is peeling like I got a sunburn as well. We checked out this past Saturday, and even after showering and scrubbing every day, I STILL smell like chlorine 4 days later. My wife's swimsuit bleached from purple to light pink in 15 minutes - and this wasn't a new swimsuit that had never been in a pool before. Whoever is in charge of maintaining the chemical balance of this thing screwed up BIG TIME.
Now, as far as the actual hotel goes, were were extremely pleased. The room was very modern and clean. Absolutely no complaints in that department. If it weren't for our awful experience with the hot tub then we would have happily given this place five stars.

Friendly staff, professional check in, the room was clean and I had a good view. I would have given it 5 stars except I booked a premium high floor room and got stuck with a 4th floor room. The valet guys were also exceptional. It is a quick walk for breakfast @ Snooze. There's also a
great walking path across the street

I didn't want to leave! Everything about this hotel is top shelf! My room was extremely comfortable and the bathroom had nice up to date fixtures like an overhead shower and powerful blow-dryer. The fitness center, pool, sauna and especially the outside hot tub, were great! The restaurant had yummy drinks and food. Also, there are a ton of places nearby to venture out to. Service was amazing and self parking was easy and plentiful.

Overall the place is petty good. New feel and nice rooms. Friendly staff.

The parking, however, is horrible. There is a small lot across the street which fills up quickly then you have to walk back and cross a two lane street. I think there are some spots around the back of the hotel, but expect a walk.

A little Oasis for me that night... The gent working the front desk chatted with me a bit and told me he'd been there for 17 years or so from what I can recall. He was very friendly and told me of something wonderful recommendations in the area. The room was beautiful and I had an amazing view of the distant mountains. Everyone working there was friendly and helpful when I needed something. I never got any attitude or discomfort from anyone, which is a blessing as I've worked in the hotel industry before... I'll definitely stay there again at my next stay in Denver!

Been to the Denver area many times and this is by far my favorite place I've stayed! It was very nice. Clean and comfortable. However their parking stinks... Five star review would have been easy if they fix the parking. Instead, because I checked in after the valet closed I had to park across the street and walk with my three year old and my mother in the dark across a street without a crosswalk signal...

I was in the area competing at a dance event. This hotel is absolutely amazing! It's modern, classy, clean, and comfortable. The staff is incredible. The level of service they provide is not something that can be taught. They are just good people that care about others. I was welcomed by Nicole and Bri at the front desk with a smile. I had a situation that needed immediate attention at check-in (nothing to do with the hotel), and Cameron, the onsite manager went above and beyond to accommodate me. Even the night staff was amazing! Marcus went out of his way to ensure I was comfortable while I was waiting for friends in the lobby at roughly 2:00 am. Obviously they were professionally friendly if I was able to get the names of all these awesome people! I can't wait to go back next year! Thank you so much for an awesome stay!

Good location, nice rooms and public spaces. Check in was great. My only complaint worth a two star dock is why do you get free bottled water every day but you still must pay for in room wifi. What kind of upscale hotel still charges for this? It ended up being such an inconvenience for us on our vacation since we had to use the lobby constantly to plan the next day that we won't book another Westin.

Excellent stay. Full disclosure that I stayed here on a Hotwire deal when I discovered at the last minute that our previous plans fell through but I received excellent service. Beautiful hotel inside and out. Courteous staff at the desk and at the door. Comfortable room and we had a gorgeous view of the Front Range. Highly recommend. Only downside perhaps was the parking. Free parking is across a (not busy) street so if you forget your charging cord in the car like I did, you have to go back downstairs and walk out there. Also we got back from a concert late and the limited parking there was even more limited by the fact that a moving truck had parked across several spaces so my daughter and I had to park in the back which was not as well lit and walk even further to get in. Other than that slight hiccup, this was an excellent stay.

A shortage of crib's even though they tell you one will be in your room. Resolution provided by hotel management is to go buy one from the local target or to provide you with additional pillows. They were able to eventually provide a crib, but we'll after it was initially needed. Room has a scent of mildew. Initial refrigerator in the room was keeping items closer to room temperature, they did send an engineer up quickly with a replacement. The second refrigerator keeps items cooler, but still not as cold as one would expect.

Bad nights sleep. For such a high level hotel it went with $3.00 Walmart pillows. It took away from all the fine linens and awesome shower. Room was clean and spacious modern touches and refreshing. But when you wake up after only 3 hours of sleep with neck pains well that really takes away from the shower and the linens. Not worth the price if you only get these cheap pillows.

My stay was amazing! Even though the night staff was a little rude. She didn't want to help us with the computer. She claimed she knew nothing. The room was perfect the pool was warm and clean! Very reasonable price.

Great hotel with a wonderful restaurant and bar. Amazing views of the mountains and adjacent to a large park. Starbucks coffee is served at a small espresso stand inside with good coffee and breakfast burritos. Rates are reasonable and it's a good place for business travelers needing easy access to the greater Denver area.

The pool is extremely little... Rooms are very small... The the control for the shower temperature is loose so I kept getting scolded with hot water while showering. I paid 2 hundred dollars for the room....the rooms at la Quinta and holiday Inn are 100 times better, cleaner, nicer bigger pools and hot tub... And a hundred dollars cheaper

We were at the Westin for one night with our son and Bernese Mountain Dog. The staff were really helpful, especially the Valets and front desk staff. They made us feel welcome. When we had questions about the surrounding area, they helped us.
The room was spacious enough for all of us to stay. The fourth floor, if I recall correctly, is the designated doggie floor. We had a view of the park from our room.

Great service....I like the little hot tub area. Small but very clean. Lots of good details in the spa room which is a big treat for me: free headphones, hot towel, water, can order food , etc

Fun quiet stay

Oh love the restaurant also! Beautiful !

I have stayed at this location 5 different times. Every time it is safe, clean quiet and comfortable. I have stayed in standard rooms and suites and the quality is always top shelf. The pool is clean and cool. I will stay here again on my next visit as it is always so good and clean.

We've stayed and eaten at the Westin many times over the past 15 years. The restaurant changes every 5 or so years, but it stays quality. Rooms are nice, great location for an event. I've been to three parties in the Lake House, all have been well catered and comfortable. The dead guy in the lake rarely, RARELY bothers anyone.

Stayed here for my brother's wedding which was on site. Very nice. There is a pool which was a bit chilly for the kids to play in and an outdoor hot tub with a fantastic view.

The room was great, amenities were exceptional. Staff was somewhat unengaging, made me feel like I was making them late for something. Hot tub was closed, and the explanation makes sense but who builds a hot tub outside if it can't be used 4 months out of the year?

The staff at The Westin are unfailingly spectacular. We have an event every year and I am grateful for their hard work. The food is delectable (moist turkey and perfectly seasoned gravy being were the show stoppers thus year), and the facility is beautiful. Thank you for having us!

The fire alarm went off at the start of dinner for my company's holiday party, forcing everyone outside for about 15 minutes in below-freezing temperatures. The food was alright, but not terribly satisfying... folks were leaving to get more/other food at the restaurants across the street. The event staff were great all night and the bartenders were generous with their pours, partly I'm sure because of the fire alarm. Overall an average evening.

We really enjoy staying at this hotel. The rooms are clean, spacious, and well appointed (and supply Starbucks coffee). The views from newly every room are lovely. The employees are polite and helpful. The food is delicious. There is a pond in front with a nice walking path around it that is well-lit at night, and the lounge/reception area is quite cozy and nice to spend time in.
Our last stay coincided with a junior hockey tournament of some sort, with scores of active young boys everywhere. Even with all the commotion, our room was quiet.
We will definitely stay there again.

Expensive attached restaurant w slow bartenders every time we go we wait at bar for 5 minutes before being helped. Then another 5 for drinks. Hotel itself if nice and comfy. Good customer service there however need to teach it to the restaurant staff. Been there about 6 times and always same issue.

We picked this restaurant because it was different than many restaurants in our area and it is close to many Pokemon Go stops. I highly recommend the shrimp and waffles! The clay baked trout was possibly the best fish I have ever eaten.

I had high hopes for the Westin Westminster, especially based on its location between Denver and Boulder, and the fact that it's adjacent to a park and markets itself with spectacular mountain views. However, I was left disappointed.

The parking lot located on the property is valet only... at a price of around $15 a day, whereas the parking lot for normal people is across the street. The lobby and restaurant look great and renovated, however, when we checked in there was a line of around 5 to 6 people and one person manning the counter. After 5 to 10 minutes, 2 other people came out to help... but they could have been more responsive much quicker.

I was able to get an "upgrade" to a corner room, which was still fairly small and outdated. Views of the mountains would have been better, if we were on a higher floor, so YMMV. The breakfast option for SPG platinum is a simple "continental" breakfast option, which doesn't bring you much.

The pool and hot tub area is nice, so the property has that going for it, as well as plenty of shopping and dining in the area. With some updates, this hotel can truly shine.

Comfortable beds. Beautiful views. With highway 36 nearby, there is easy access to all of Denver. Dogs of all sizes are welcome. Starbucks in the lobby. It is my favorite hotel in Denver. We stay there even though we are in town to visit the medical center in Aurora. It's only a 30 minute drive.

The room, gym and hot tub are great. The parking and inability to use a cart for luggage if you don't use valet is...interesting and annoying with two kiddos. You have to pay for WIFI, which is dumb, and TV display quality (probably the cable service) is crappy. If I were paying full price (we got special pricing for coming for a wedding, $109/night) I would probably not have rated this hotel as high.

The Westin hotel was built in such a nice and beautiful location and is a really nice hotel. I would definitely go back. I recommend it to people who are willing to spend money on a room and want a nice hotel to stay in.

This is the official hotel of fools who need to depart with their money.....
I have stayed at over 60 different hotels, almost every major, so I am no novice in understanding their workings.

Pros: it looks nice, the tap water is excellent, and the shower has a handheld sprayer, the hot tub view is nice.

Cons: they charge $4 for a water bottle my son opened; poor available free cable channel selection (everything is offered in ppv packages. Not talking porn either! Kids shows, regular shows, etc.), pay for Wi-Fi, the A/C keeps shutting off and you have to keep manually turning it on, the swimming pool water is too cold for swimming about 70F., the elevators are wonky (one had a door that opened exceptionally slow, another chose floors it didn't want to go to (both incident types as reported by several guests I met as well as I experienced)). No morning basic breakfast even.

Breakdown: this hotel is empirically built on a facade to bilk the rich fools who like paying $50 for a $5 item. A great place for corporate boondoggling, but wasteful place for anyone who actually has to work for a living.

Why would I pay $15 for internet for a few minutes of usage when even some gas stations now offer free Wi-Fi usage... Who cares if the pillow is extra fluffy, and there is are actual bellhops? Nickle and diming people is no way to conduct business. The next night after this stay was at a LaQuinta not far away. It didn't have the view or the fancy looks, but it had free Wi-Fi, a warmer pool, elevators that worked, an AC that chilled the room, an included continental breakfast in the morning, plenty of cable channels on TV, a hot shower and most of all my repeat business because it was -$90 price difference!

The Westin Westminster is proof positive you Do Not always get what you pay for, you just pay more to simply get what other people are freely giving away.
