Very nice suite, with very nice staff. Especially good place for bringing dogs, as everyone was very dog friendly and easily accidated their needs. Beds were very comfortable as well.

I spent time here for a professional event. The space was very clean and the staff professional and courteous.

Comfortable rooms with a kitchenette. A decent breakfast bar. Out door pool, hot tub and work out room. Now if they could only put some USB outlets on the nightstands.

Had a really nice stay in this hotel. The pool was super clean, the breakfast in the morning was beyond what I would have expected (waffles, cooked eggs, ham, sausage patties, etc.) Located close to the river & in a fairly nice area. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I left my tablet in the room after we had checked out, it probably had slipped into one of the cracks of the pullout bed. The staff checked right away and even pulled the room apart a second time, after I asked if they could check again, they even got the on-site technician to help out. Even after they had called me a second time to let me know they didn't find it they apparently we're still looking because they found it when I called back a second time to talk to them. I would recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Bend. The staff went above and beyond.

The service was helpful, the rooms were decorated nicely, the breakfast was actually quite a nice spread, and the exterior of the hotel was well kept. The prices are very affordable and I would definitely recommend staying here.

This is a great hotel. The room was comfortable and the staff were welcoming and friendly.

Not a bad place to stay. Nice and clean. We had the room right behind the front desk and it was surprisingly quiet. We were there for work and it really fit well.
Many stores and restaurants within walking distance. Everyone seemed in a good mood. I would definitely stay there again.

During an extended stay here Karen amd the cleaning staff always greeted me with a smile. The room, location, hot tub and laundry facilities made my stay comfortable. Breakfast didnt change once in a month and some of the staff are less friendly. How about providing the local newspaper?

All in all very satisfied with my stay.

I've lived here for about 8 months off and on, and the staff are really nice. The housekeeping does a really great job, they have a great breakfast selection every morning. As a bonus of choosing townneplace every evening they leave out a plate of cookies for people to snack on

Gorgeous rooms, reasonable price, pet friendly. Needs a lounge chair. Or a comfier couch.

My room had a queen bed and full kitchenette. The room was spacious feeling. The breakfast was decent but nothing to brag about---bananas, ham, sausage patties, cereal, eggs, waffles, coffee. They will give you a parking pass for your car, make sure to put it in your car lest you get towed!

Nice extended stay hotel. Clean rooms. Fairly good fitness center. Treadmills, elliptical, bike, and free weights.

Nice hotel with lots to offer. They have a gym and an outside jacuzzi which is especially enjoyable during the winter. The rooms are nice too and the whole stay there was quite fine indeed.

Very clean room, with lots of amenities that you'd expect to find at a residence-style hotel. The feel and the decor is definitely set up to be attractive to the young adult traveler, but you get to feel like you are in the "hip" crowd when you stay there. Nice pool and hot tub outside, but don't forget to pick up your towels in the lobby. Didn't get to experience the complementary self-serve breakfast, but it looked like they were going to serve eggs and sausage, bread and pastries and of course, the do-it-yourself waffles. Coffee was always available (24 hrs). The one king bed room we had was a little small for my family of 4, but there was a sofa bed that my partner said "wasn't bad to sleep on." I'd stay there again.

The town place is a very good hotel and I like it because the rooms are very big and comfortable for my family. The location is right next to the old Mill witch is really nice.

Last minute trip, passing through Bend, called after 7pm and spoke with a very pleasant gentleman named Jared. Great Rate compared to other hotels in the area that we had called. When we arrived after 10pm, we were welcomed by Jared at the front desk. He was very professional and accommodating! Room was clean, breakfast was good.

Pet friendly and quick service. A personal note of awesome service that was provided, my car battery died, and one of the employees gave me a jump. I am so thankful for the staff here and recommend staying here if you find yourself in Bend.

Clean and comfortable. Expected a bit more room and the bathroom was small. Overall a comfortable experience in a convenient location.

Nice staff. They offer breakfast which is pretty good. My room was very nice. Not a winter friendly place. They don't plow the parking lot and unless you have a 4x4, it's very difficult to get in and out of the parking lot

Impressively nice rooms with a good amount of space, decent breakfast, nice and clean and in a good location. Would highly recommend for either extended stay or even just a regular stay or weekend getaway.

Very clean and modern. Nice breakfast in the morning. Friendly staff. Nice outdoor space area with heated pool and hot tub. My only qualm was the lack of a common seating area and minimal table space to eat breakfast.

Very nice hotel with accommodating staff. Spacious rooms with plenty of space. There was even a free breakfast. My family was even allowed to used the pool and jacuzzi after the regular hours and also after we checked out of the hotel, which was very nice. I would definitely stay again!

Loved the location, really easy to get to the mountain. Near downtown, making it easy to get dinner at the delicious deschutes brewery. Rooms were clean, staff were friendly, and the hot tub was the perfect end to our day on the mountain. Would recommend to a friend :)

We were happy with our stay at the TownePlace Suites in Bend Oregon. I would like to have had some place in the bathroom to put my makeup etc. Perhaps some sort of shelf could be installed as the ones in the closet or in the cabinet beneath. I would have liked to have had the couch set up so that my husband or I could turn the light on there without it bothering the person in bed. Also there is only one mirror in the room which is in the bathroom. The heater and air conditioner both worked but I find the noise of them to be bothersome. We did eat breakfast at the hotel three mornings. It was always adequate. I would not want to eat it everyday. I really am not issuing complaints about the hotel because everything was fine with our stay. The staff was helpful; the woman working the breakfast was very friendly.
We have stayed at the Towne place suites several times before. We will probably return there again in the spring.

I stay at this location every other week when I am in town for work. It is a relatively clean facility with a small gym. Not the fanciest hotel, but for the price...not terrible. The breakfast could honestly use some work. Other than that...no complaints

Clean with good service

I travel all the time and have stayed at several hotels. This place sets the standard. I have a great time everytime I go to bend. As far as the other comments of people being rude or the housekeepers stealing items this has never happened to me as i travel with every expensive items iPad iPhone i have left money on the desk and when i return it is still there so hmm and the staff is always cheerful and welcoming. Overall this place is by far better than all of the hotels there in bend price and elegance.

The wall art at this hotel is fantastic. Whoever selected the photo sets has a good eye for a digital modern abstract motif. Bizarre symbols, random words, plays on symmetry, arcane alphabets, degenerate fractals, and other geometric oddities are all in the mix. Lots of fun and a real surprise!
