I love this hotel during my long stay in Boca Raton. Equipped with In-house cooking, refrigerator, dishwasher and cooking utensils. You can ask for more utensils if needed.
They have maintained laundry, gym and swimming pool. A cup of complimentary self made coffee at reception brings energy. Offers complimentary light breakfast. A homely feeling.

The staff at reception is polite, well mannered and cooperative. I know every times I got quarters exchanged for laundry, got a smile too.

Our family of five is in the process of moving so we needed somewhere to stay in the meantime. We reserved a 2 bedroom with a full kitchen so I could cook for my son who has food allergies. When we first arrived it was rainy and there isn’t a unloading or loading area to take our your belongings. So that was definitely a pain. Upon entering, the carpet throughout the hallways and rooms smelt very old and musty. Also, the free breakfast is across the parking lot at the Springhill Suites which isn’t easily accessible. There is barely any parking inside the hotel gate which makes it an unsafe walk back inside the hotel especially with young kids. Outside the hotel a lot of people smoke and drink so walking outside is like walking into a smoke storm at time which isn’t pleasant. The rooms were small and outdated but were clean. The bathroom was extra small but it was clean also. The kitchen worked well for what we needed it for. The internet TVs made it easy for the kids to relax and watch there shows. The central AC also kept the rooms comfortable. I wouldn’t stay at this location again but it is OK if you’re looking for a convenient, safe, location to stay temporarily at a good price.

Great place! The ONLY mishap was they didn’t have the suite ready in time, about an hour later than expected. However, it didn’t hurt my trip because everything else made up for it: the rooms are clean and look better than online, beds are super comfy, pillows fluffy, residents are free to use the next door, large facility and their GM Marcia is just amazing!! Really accommodating and just the nicest of people. Actually all staff were really ready to go out of their way for anything.
I DEFINITELY recommend this location!
Oh and for the ladies, lighting in their bathrooms is amazing. They have the ring light mirrors👌

I enjoyed my stay until after check out!!!! The hotel has tied up my account with authorizations and a double charge! Great timing too, around the holidays. I first checked in on the 12/9 when the initial charge and hold was placed on the account. I checked out on the 13th and for some unknown reason the hotel charged my card for the stay and THEN place a second hold on the 15th which will remain until the 28th, so since from 12/9 -12/28 I have funds in my bank account I can not use. I also discovered they double charged me, which has since been credited back, and yet the hold remains. I’m very upset at their process and will not stay here again.

I enjoyed my stay here. There were a few issues with the initial room we were given, but after we moved to another room everything was fine.

Enjoyed the stay. Rooms are sound proof, beds were good. Temperature controlled pool, gym. The breakfast was very good.

Simple, plain, very efficient rooms with full kitchen. Wonderful friendly staff. Nice yard to walk dogs. 24 hour hot coffee. Safe parking. I am glad I found this place.

Stayed her a couple nights with friends. Room was both modern and outdated. There were some very new high end looking pieces and other that looked like cheap 90s hotel furniture. All the staff was very pleasant. The pool was a bit dirty so I didn't swim and every morning there would be bottles from guests who used it at night. Breakfast next door was pretty bleak though they have waffle makers if you're in to that.

Guest services and reception where very helpful in recommended places and things to do. Breakfast was plentiful and varied while on our stay. I would recommend to other travelers.

I stay at a Marriot at least 2x a month. This one needs help. It was smelly. The staff didn't know where things were (like the ice?) The cart to bring thigns to the room was obnoxious and didnt roll well. Sad .

Nice & clean. What more can you ask for?

Pros: Friendly and helpful staff. Spacious parking area and overflow lot for a moving truck and small suv. We had a 16ft moving truck parked in the lot for several days and there was still adequate space on each side of the truck. The building is secure and one's electronic key card must be used to access each wing & rooms in the hotel. Adequate room in a studio to bring in additional belongings/suitecases. Convenient location near I95 to get around Palm Beach County. 24hr coffee, tea, hot cocoa. The cleaning staff did a great job cleaning and the hotel was in good condition. The room was clean and comfortable. There are 2 hotel carts in the lobby which make loading and unloading one's vehicle MUCH easier. We requested a late room cleaning (afternoon) due to working from the room in the mornings - the staff was very accomodating. Cons: The bathroom has no fan or proper ventilation! This made the humidity from showering a nuissance The cleaning staff did not always leave extra towels (per our request), or dish soap for the dishwasher, or dish towels for the sink area. With a AAA discount, we paid about $90 including tax/night. We would stay here again.
