The stay has been OK. The staff is very friendly, but the building is older. They have been recently remodeled except for the ac units. We have gone through 4 rooms before we got one that actually works. I guess it's the 2 bedroom units that have issues. They finally have us two separate rooms where the ac units work. In our bedroom one ac unit works in our room, but the one unit in the living room does not. Not the best, but will do. Ac units definitely need to be upgraded.

Great family place! 2 bedrooms w queen beds, nice pull out couch, and kitchenette. Breakfast was a normal breakfast w waffle maker and cold & hot items. Pool was very basic but good enough for kids to cool off. Would definitely stay there again!

The hotel is a good no frills hotel with a location close to shopping in the oak Brook area. Although oak Brook is not close to Chicago downtown it is close lots of shopping areas in oak Brook. It is close to restaurants as well (15 minute walk). The rooms are somewhat dated but they are in the process of revamping them. The breakfast is good too. All and all a decent hotel for the money

Great place for extended stays or a quick getaway! All of the rooms have a full kitchenette and comes with an awesome complimentary breakfast! Fun pool too! Walking distance to Yorktown mall and a super Target! When stores are closed, they have a market available too!

We had a great suite-style room. The beds were very comfortable but the pull out couch was not comfortable. There was some type of thing related to the airconditioning that was very loud and rarely stopped. It waa quite frustrating while trying to watch TV. The room was clean. The pool was nice. Plenty of parking

Its only my second day on an extended stay, but so far so good. Clean with plenty of options, continental brkfst a little sketchy with the cold, fried eggs. Waffle choices pretty great though, i had a banana and granola waffle with sausage...it was wonderful.

Love Towneplace Suites....stay in them in many cities. A 2-bedroom suite is a great way to go if spending time away with a larger group. Reasonably priced and good value for the money.

Great place to stay if your on vocation or just a day or two even a holiday. Comfortable clean rooms and very friendly staff.

Excellent accommodations. I stayed two days and didn't want to leave. The full kitchen is so convenient.

My suite was nice, clean with upgraded appliances. I only had 1 problem:
I booked the room for 1 night because I was planning to go to St Louis in the morning.
My 1st night stay had a very good rate and when plans changed for the remainder of my business trip, I decided to stay an extra night. But I was immediately disappointed as the rate changed and increased by $15.
So I booked another hotel that gave me a better rate.

The service is fine they clean very well but the breakfast is not what it says it doesn't have a variety and only gives pork. The location is fine depending on where you live or where you want to go. It's very old fashion the rooms aren't the same as other hotels the beds are kinda smaller than I thought the living room is really weird. The kitchen was a total rip off. I though I was gonna be a nice spread out kitchen and all I got was a a kitchen that was maybe 24 by 60. So I was pissed by the kitchen. the service is good the location was good but if I were to scale the troops from one to ten I would give it a 4.

Well everything here is good but the wifi i am having way to many problems connecting to the Wi-Fi

Our room was very nice and at a great price. The staff was super accommodating and always cheerful. I thoroughly enjoyed the stay and will return here next time I'm in the area.

What can I say other than Townplace Suite Marriott , You get exactly what you'd expect here. From the moment you drive on property to to when you drive off... Front Desk service , especially Nick Hefner Manager here, were buttery excellent. We have been staying here for 6 months while my dad is having major treatment at nearby hospital. I feel I have found a whole new family. Its not just hotel, its a home. Home is where heart is. Service is 5 stars, Staff 5 stars, rooms 5 stars, location 5 stars... What more to say!!!

Our room was as any should expect. Slightly spacious and perfectly clean. Towels were fresh and of a reasonable quality. No smells... No missteps... No disappointments.
So 5 stars all the way, they treat you like family, to point you never want to leave. Excellent service, feel at home, place makes you say WOW,
Anyways... If in doubt .. don't doubt what you get here. It's an excellent place to stay

The hotel is very clean and nice! It was perfect for me and my 4 boys! Comes with a queen size bed, a let out bed, and a kitchenette. Free breakfast in the morning as well! Only problem I had was a complaint about how my boys were loud and a mean ass security guard coming to the door with an attitude about kids was an issue, but other than that everything was great!

We had a very clean room which is incredibly important to my husband and I. Easy check in. Nice rooms, good location. The only issue was the kitchen lady, we came right in when they were closing at 9am and the manager was very sorry and gave us bonus reward points without hesitation or us asking. I would stay again.

This is a comfortable convenient place to stay. The staff is professional and courteous. The kitchenette is poorly designed. For example you can't open The only kitchen drawer. The burners on the stove are uneven, so most everything burns on one side, and the kitchen utensils are of very poor quality. One star for the kitchenette, 5 for everything else.

This hotel is in a great location. It is on a less busy street parallel to a major thoroughfare and near two interstates. Its location makes it easy to get to and to get in and out of. Free breakfast and a nice suite are always good. The pool is tiny and the biggest drawback was that during our stay (July 2017) they were replacing every mattress in the place. It was inconvenient for us as it happened, but will likely make things better for future guests.

This hotel is a nice place to be Very relaxing.. The staff is nice, My Kids enjoy being here I have a few incidents but the Manager nick & the front desk Trey took care of the situation promptly. So I definitely recommend any & everyone to stay here & The hotel upgraded to new bed Yesterday..👍I planned on staying for awhile with this Kind of Treatment I might not leave..😁

I rather like this hotel and the staff are mostly great.

The not so great part is the housekeeping. Multiple times we were left with no towels in the kitchen. The maid didn't bring dish detergent once. My wife or I had to go to the front desk each time. We weren't in the same building as the office, so that made me very not happy. The maid would set the thermostat in our room down to 68. That's not a fun thing to come home to when you don't do cold. The maid would also keep setting our fridge to very cold. This would freeze things in our fridge like avocados and beverages.

Other than the maid(s), it was a great hotel and would have been a 4 star.

Nice hotel, i had a great room. The breakfast starts at 730 on the weekends instead of 7 so I didn't get a chance to eat. The bed could be a bit better, but the hotel staff was excellent.

Overall this is a clean, quiet , affordable, and reliable extended-stay option. It is not fancy but it does what it should. The staff is very friendly. My one suggestion is to try to vary the hot food option from fried eggs and sausage.

The breakfast was pretty good and the room was large and clean. We were in a two bedroom with a kitchen. The TV has a smart box so you can connect your Netflix account and watch just like at home!

The room was impeccable and the staff were extremely friendly. The hotel was in an outstanding location, nearby a lot of stores and restaurants. Not too far from downtown Chicago which made it easy to enjoy the nightlife.

The service I received was amazing. Everyone that worked there had such a positive attitude which was extremely refreshing. Only two things really stood out to me as a negative. The speed of the elevator in building 3 was achingly slow. And the size of the "fitness room" is just tiny. It's understandable that not too many people would use it but the people that do would appreciate more space and no carpet. It makes the room smell so musty.

The staff is fantastic and the rooms are nice. This is a great value for the area. Bed is comfortable and the rooms are always clean. This is not a full service Marriott so people on other reviews that are complaining are missing the point. This is a great room for the rate charged and the staff makes you feel like you are at home.

Nice building, the area is quiet and the rooms clean. Would have been 5 stars if not for the quality of the breakfast. It's the same every day. Although, the lady prepping the meals and setting the breakfast area was nice and professional.

The front desk area also needs some work, it's too small.

Very satisfied to have found this place while traveling with my in-laws. Not only were there 2 beds but in separate rooms. Everything was clean and well kept. Full kitchen, free Wi-Fi, internet capable televisions, loud AC? Some of the stuff might be ageing, but I found it to be reasonable and on point with the price. Best of all its outside of the city!

Mark and the staff were very friendly and flexible. With everything we needed within reach, we stayed 12 nights during the holidays. Location is conveniently located near dining and shopping, and only 35 minutes to all of our frequents visits to Chicago. The facilities are well maintained and clean. Great value and service!
