The hotel overall was a good experience. The room was nice and clean for the most part and really liked the storage in the bedroom closet. The breakfast was basic but the dining area was a little too small for the number of people in the morning. The only thing was no upgrades or anything for elite members.

This place was great. As a business traveler my room had everything I needed as the place that becomes home for a few days. The complimentary breakfast had good variety. The bed was comfortable, which is vital for me to get a good night's sleep while traveling. The nice thing I appreciated about this location was its proximity to my office building and to places to eat and get what I need.

7

Location is a little tricky to get to off of Dodge. The service drive is not intuitive. The rooms are very comfy, clean and spacious. The breakfast has many options for hot and cold items. Staff is friendly and eager to make your stay pleasant. Being on business for the week, they give me a friendly send off on my way to work. Have stayed here many times before and look forward to my next visit. Nice workout room and pool.

9

Great place to stay while visiting Omaha. Recently renovated, the rooms are modern and comfortable. Plenty of options at breakfast and a great staff will make this our go-to destination when making a trip cross country to our home town. Superb Marriott property. It's also in a great location for dining options if you're staying for a couple days, theirs also kitchens in the room.

Great rooms. Nice amenities (kitchenette, dishes utensils etc. built in laundry basket and plenty of storage, desk, loveseat w/ ottoman) little pricey per night rate if you are staying long term (week or more) but they make it a home away from home.

I enjoyed my stay here. The place was very clean the amenities were wonderful. The kitchen was fully stocked the only thing missing I believe would be an oven however you can easily live without that. I should say the kitchen was fully stocked with utensils and dishes and pots and pans. Not food. The breakfast did leave much to be desired. When we had issue with the toaster we could not find the person managing the breakfast for at least 10 minutes.

A clean, well-managed an affordable suite may be found here. My only complaint is that I would lije a bit warmer water for my morning shower.

Responsive and clean. Only issue was my rims proximity to breakfast and laundry rooms. Everything else was fine. I sure if I would have asked I likely would have been moved.

9

Wow, this place is great our 2 bedroom was reasonably priced also the complementary breakfast was excellent. Our room was very cozy and homely. I had a 5 year olds girls bday party here and all the girls had fun swimming, running thru the halls & just being kids. The rep at the front counter was very nice to the little girls, she gave them note pads and pens & never did she become upset with any of their behavior. The girls were kinda loud but we never got any complaints. That's because they knew we were there for a party so they put us on the first floor in the far counter. I enjoyed myself letting the girls be girls.

Good room, with decent kitchen. Bathroom tub drained slow and shower head seemed low on pressure, we're on fourth floor to avoid noise from rooms above, which may have contributed to pressure problem. Tub would fill about halfway with water during a shower.

I had a room reservation here made for me by TD Ameritrade as part of their super day interview process. I was originally supposed to have a normal room with a queen bed, but ended up being upgraded to one of their suites, since the room I had booked for me wasn't cleaned that day due to some clerical error. The front desk staff was helpful in getting me checked in and out quickly, the rooms were clean and I have no complaints. Conveniently located a short (3 minute) walk away from TD Ameritrade's headquarters, so if you're looking for a place to stay for some event with them, I'd highly recommend it.

The hotel is modern, fairly new and the rooms are ample, clean and very comfortable. I liked the bed and bathroom. All in all GREAT. I didn't give five stars because when I arrived Czarina (front desk) had an attitude and this was not granted. I was going yo go to another hotel when Nick helped me and treated me great! I wanted something for the kitchen and Brandina (housekeeper) happily helped me making me feel at home. All in all, a great hotel to stay.

Studio room was small, but very well laid out. Tons of storage for guests with long stays and on site laundry was nice for that "uh oh" moment. Also some nice patio areas for grilling and relaxing in the evenings. Pool was small, to but larger than expected. Staff was great.

One of the best hotels I've stayed at, and very reasonably priced. The staff are very friendly, helpful, and have great recommendations on places to go. The hotel looks newer, is in great shape, very clean, and despite being next to the interstate, very quiet. The suites are very large, and have the usual amenities you'd expect. The kitchen has the basics, and if that doesn't suit you, they also have a community grill you can use outside on a covered patio (ask the desk to check out utensils, and spices). I very rarely heard anything from my neighbors, and what I did hear sounded like someone dropped something heavy above my room. The bedding was comfortable, and it feels like the mattress is memory foam (didn't verify). The main room and bedroom both had wall units that were independently adjustable. Sheets were soft, pillows were a good middle ground between soft and supportive. There were a few negatives, but nothing that I felt detracted from my stay. The breakfast buffet was serviceable, but the eggs and sausage were bland. The shower felt as if it had soft water (never felt like you washed the soap off), but the kitchen water was fine and seemed filtered. Again nothing that affected my experience, but worth noting.

9

Completely remodeled. Sofa bed was not fully unpacked (plastic wrap on mattress and bed wired to frame so it would not pull out) - reported it to front desk and they were going to check other sofa beds.

Room was too small for sofa bed. Could not walk around Queen bed with sofa bed open. Nice appliances from the remodeling - LARGE closet that would be helpful for extended stay.

Hotel was difficult for me to get to. I'm not familiar with the area.

I stayed at this Hotel for a period of 12 days so I had the opportunity to really sample this place. Traveling for a greater part of the year for work, I stay at a variety of Hotels for a fortnight or so each visit. I have found that value amenities make up for pretentious hospitality but only for so long. It is easy to see where structured concepts & management have cut corners to increase their bottom line especially where intangible assets are concerned. Service is one area you never compromise. The eagerness to assist guests and staff is important and employees should be empowered and equipped to make quick decisions devoid of "uhs" and "I don't know".

Breakfast area should be sanitary as possible. Tongs are placed on the counter-top, perhaps the most unhygienic areas even in your own home. I mean, seriously? for $120 a night for two weeks, not to mention taxes, this place or concept is a rip off. I never once saw the manager despite bringing business from a high volume account. I was really puzzled. Either way, the above was a tip of the iceberg and I'd rather leave it at that.

I'd be hard pressed to stay a one of these again. Guests are not a commodity, a number, certainly, but institutions must deliver on their promise especially for the compensation they receive. Rewards and gimmicks are not the way to lure consumer, the quality of service and the value of it is the leverage.
