Best place to stay with family nice staff and clean rooms bed are super comfortable

Such a pleasant place to stay! With a Texas Roadhouse within walking distance, a beautiful hotel, and great staff...my family and I throughly enjoyed our trip.

They had the rooms nice and clean and all our extra accommodations set up for us. The room was huge and layout was amazing. We loved the convenice of a kitchen in our hotel room and will definitely be staying again.

Wonderful stay. Great costumer service and repetitive low pet fee. Our room was clean and spacious for us and our pets. Would recommend this to anyone.

Have stayed here many times! Very quiet and cozy. The front desk clerk, Karina Alvarez, is always so helpful and sweet. Definitely a place I recommend!

The lady that checked me in was so great! Very upbeat and convinced me I needed to relax!! The room was sooo nice!! I have never stayed in a Marriott that had a room that nice for $100.00!! Kudos Marriott!! I will stay there again!! And after sending this review I actually received a message back from the hotel manager thanking me for my review and for my stay! That just never happens! I will definitely be bragging on this hotel and recommending everyone to stay here! If management cares then that is why the people working at the hotel are happy and care!!

The location was easy to get to and had good parking. Checking in was easy and the room was clean. Breakfast was provided and had a wide variety of choices. The Wi-Fi was free and fast. There is also a local restaurant next door that provides a discount to those staying at the hotel.

This hotel has everything !!! Texas Roadhouse delivers to the hotel. They have friendly staff, willing to help in any way. They offer a fully stocked kitchenette for preparing meals. They even offer guests am option to borrow more advanced cooking ware like a rice cooker, blender, etc OH AND BOARD GAMES !!! HOTEL IS SUPER CLEAN I REALLY ENJOYED MY STAY THERE 100% NO COMPLAINTS AT ALL.

My husband and I have moved to Shreveport with the military and are in the process of finding a home. The TownePlace Suites have been a great choice for our extended stay! The location is ideal for everything we have going on and the rooms have more than we'll need! With a hotel, you always expect to feel a little out of place, but not here! The staff have been very welcoming, friendly and over the top on their readiness and service! Breakfast each morning has been far above the standard for a continental breakfast! They definitely care about if everything is good and if they can get you anything else. This has been the first time our 9 year old lab has stayed in a hotel. I was really unsure going into this while traveling with a pet. Not only are the staff welcoming to our dog, but they are all loving and playful with her as well. We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay while in this transition period!! We feel at home and apart of the Marriott family here! We will definitely be suggesting this location to others as they come into town!

An awesome place! Rooms are nice and spacious, beds are comfortable, and breakfast was fresh, delicious, and there was a nice variety. Tammy provided excellent guest services! She was super nice and accomodating n went over n beyound to make us feel at home. Enjoyed my stay! WILL STAY AGAIN!

Excellent customer service! The breakfast is great and they had plenty of options for everyone. Any requests were handled promptly. The entire staff was very friendly and helpful.
The room was very spacious and very clean. A full kitchen with oven and dishwasher. A home away from home. I will definitely stay there again next time I am in Bossier City

Is a nice hotel in a good location. The receptionist are very good at making you feel welcome most of the employees are friendly. The rooms are well accommodated with a kitchenette.

I am in town on business and stayed here via a co worker recommendation. I was met at the door by the GM (Tamika)who was very friendly. The entire staff is very friendly as well. The rooms were extremely clean and well maintained. Towels, sheets and linens were clean,white and soft just how I like them! This will be my to go choice from now on!

Loved this place. All the amenities of home...stovetop, dishwasher, garbage disposal and full refrigerator. Add to that a friendly, helpful staff and you get the perfect accommodations.

This was one of the best hotel experiences I have ever had. It might not be the nicest hotel, but their service makes up for that by a lot. We were in town for my grandfather's funeral. My mom had got there earlier in the week. Once hearing why she was in town, they gave her a giant gift basket with a note giving their condolences signed by the whole staff. The cleaning lady even gave my mom a little gift basket. Even when my mom didn't want to be disturbed, she would leave extra towels by the door. My mom also was wondering if they had the local newspaper to see if she could see my grandfather's obituary. They didn't, but they sent one of their staff to go drive to get one. This hotel experience didn't only show the kindness of the staff, but also the beauty of humanity when tragedy strikes. It was beautiful to see in a year of such division.

I booked several rooms for my sons college graduation weekend. We made several changes to the rooming list and needed lots of attention that weekend. And I must say the staff was AMAZING. It started with Kristen the Sales Manager, having the patience and grace to fulfill my every request prior to arrival. She also had an after college suggestion box made for the graduation party. Thanks a million Kristen. And Claudia the front desk clerk, provided customer service with a smile. Even on my 20th visit to the front desk with a different request. Thanks to the entire staff for making our stay amazing.

Nice hotel. As good as you expect a Marriott to be. Seems popular. Very relaxing dining area - clean bright and comfortable. Quiet air conditioning in rooms and nicely finished. 👍

Very nice hotel! Near restaurants and I-20 so the location is ideal. Had a good gym too... which is hard to find especially one with dumbbells. Will stay here again if we come back through town.

The location and rooms were of top tier quality! Right off the interstate, the rooms were spacious and came with a full kitchen and actually had a living space, a desk, two separate rooms, and the kitchen even had its own pots and pans! The breakfast served was a little sub par, but I typically try not to count too hard on a hotel free breakfast! In the end, fantastic visit, no problems with the staff, definitely recommend!

My wife and I enjoyed a weekend getaway here. The front door is tricky to find, but we had a pleasant stay.

Excellent service. Very clean. We stayed here with our two small children and they were very family friendly. They even went the extra mile and brought out a crib for our little one. The rooms were a nice size and the kitchen was a little plus.

Room was great and very comfortable to sleep. Breakfast was very delicious. Didn't have a very noticeable entrance to the hotel and the lobby area was very small.

If you don't mind a very unreasonable, delayed, key card system, then this is the place for you. I'm serious, if you think you are gonna walk up, slide your key card in and slide it out to get the green light, forget about it. Don't be in a hurry to get inside, you will falter every time. Let's say you've been working or playing all day and you are exhausted, you might insert and remove your card five times before finally getting it right. Maybe you just really need to get to the restroom before you explode, find another way because you might just panic and fail to nail the green light every single time. I've never seen such a system in the five other hotels I stayed in during the last year. I'm definitely not going back to the TownPlace Suits by Marriott on Gould drive in Bossier.

Great and I mean great room. The layout was comfortable for myself, wife, 15 , ten and 7 month old. Very nice and quiet for just a one night layover.

What a great staff. Everyone from front desk, sales, housekeeping, maintence and breakfast ladies are great. Friendly place, they make you feel at home. We stay at a lot of properties, most of which are Marriott and never have we seen a staff like this one. We are having to stay for a longer period than we thought, up to 2 months and they have helped make it feel like home. Thanks to all of you.

I was pleased with my overnight stay. They had very nice facilities including a patio and pool area with a grill. The rooms were comfortably furnished and included all the requirements for a longer stay (small stove, microwave, and full fridge/freezer). It is on my list of top 3 hotels to return to in Shreveport/Bossier City.

Staff is very friendly, knows local restaurants and even have discount cards for some of them. I was there for a long trip and the staff swayed me towards a higher floor to lessen the noise from guests living above me because I was going to be here so long. I have no complaints!!!

A little hard to find, but great location, wonderful customer service, from the front desk to maintenance to housekeeping. Stay in Shreveport many times a month for work. This is my new home away from home.

We were here for 18 days! My husband was here for work so I was at the motel by myself for quite a while. During my stay I felt very much at home the staff here was very friendly. We're coming back in December and I'm definitely bringing my dogs! Very dog friendly motel! I always feel that dog friendly motels are all together more friendly. Everything was great, room, staff the cleanliness. I had packages delivered and was notified right away each time. Given directions to places that I needed. Given advice on where to go on the weekends. Definitely a place where you can sit back, relax and stay a while :)

We stayed here for 5 nights over Christmas. Service was EXCEPTIONAL! We travel a LOT and this hotel has the BEST customer service of all the places that we've stayed. The maintenance guy had to come in on his day off on Christmas Eve to fix our leaky toilet and showed up quickly and was very nice about it. Everyone from the front desk to housekeeping had an amazing smile and "we'll do whatever we can to help you" attitude. DEFINITELY recommend this amazing hotel. We will definitely be staying here again.

Nice hotel, near a major thoroughfare, although I didn't get to check out too much around the hotel. Staff were very friendly and helpful - I had an issue with the first room provided to me and when I brought it to the front desk person she was appropriately apologetic and took care of my needs immediately. The manager also followed up with me to make sure I was taken care of - good customer service for sure. As for the room, I wound up in a 1 bedroom suite, comfortable and nicely laid out. I was there just for one night in business, so didn't need to use the ither hotel amenities or the room's kitchen, but I was pleased with the hotel and would go back for sure.

The location is hard to find if you are not familiar with the area. We had a 1 bed room. The room was kinda small but very nice. There was a kitchenette, full size refrigerator, dish washer, coffee maker, real plates and glasses, and a small sofa accompanied with an ottoman. I would recommend this place even for extended stay.

We stayed here after dropping off donations for the flood victims. It's pet friendly and we needed that. Only issue is that they weren't up front with the pet fee - non refundable $50. They did resolve the issue the next day and were accomodating.
Very clean, super comfortable beds! Highway is nearby, but the hotel is nice and quiet.
Bathroom was clean. Kitchenette was clean and usable. Smart TV is a great touch. We liked the furniture style too.

Amazing friendly service, room was very clean. Service was great. I appreciate the fact that someone calls me before I arrive to ask if I need anything. I ask for a bottle of water in the fridge and they have two waiting in my rooms fridge when I arrive. I frequently stay here while I travel for business. I recommend this hotel to anyone.

TownePlace is at the end of a row of hotels, kind of tucked away. We stayed in the queen bed suite which had a little kitchen inside with a fridge, stove, microwave, and dishwasher. There were also playes, bowls, silverware, pots and pans, etc. While we had no need for the kitchenette, it was nice and would be great for someone staying longer than a night or two. We died not check out anything else at the hotel, but the room was great. The staff was also friendly and accommodating.

Nice rooms for the price. Had an actual closet, mid sized refrigerator/freezer, microwave, two plate electric stove top, toaster, dishwasher, plates, cups, bowls silverware. Room are clean, right next to texas roadhouse steakhouse. They have an OK gym and outdoor pool and free breakfast. Haven't found too many things that one could complain about.

I stayed at this location a while back. I was there for 2months, and I loved staying at this hotel. This is a great place to stay. The manager Barnabus was polite, friendly and overall a wonderful human being. The staff was very helpful. Repair guys are quick to react.

The rooms are modern looking and the kitchen is fantasctic for long stays. I strogly recommend this place.
