We recently had our wedding hosted on the TLL grounds and we cannot say enough great things about having our wedding here. Drew, Jenn, Josh and staff went above and beyond during our wedding weekend to make everything absolutely perfect. The tent site was wet due to a heavy rain two days before the wedding and Trapper's went out of their way to dry the tent site as much as possible, place wood flooring on the grass for guests to walk on, and even provided flip flops which our guests loved! Guests were shuttled on golf carts to the ceremony site, the wedding party had a complimentary pontoon cruise, staff was in great communication with one another, and the cabins we stayed in were amazing! Trapper's did so much for us to make it an amazing weekend and we cannot express our gratitude enough. Highly, highly recommend working with TLL for your event needs, they will without a doubt take care of you to the best of their ability!

Our second stay. Great accommodations, beautiful grounds, love the adirondacks and the fire pits. The restaurant is awesome. Competent, friendly staff. We will be back.

We didn't stay onsite, just came in for dinner. The staff was great, they greated us, sent us to the dining area and our server took over. Food was great. Overall really enjoyed the visit. Many places in the area disappoint but they do a nice job here and work to make sure you have a good visit.

This is a great getaway. The service is exceptional, the cottages are modern and tidy. The kid's program is compact, but interesting and the activities spot on.

Boated in from the lake and made it in time for bottomless mimosas. Excellent drinks and the MN Nice burger was also excellent. Everyone at the table enjoyed their food very much. Highly recommended.

Nice atmosphere but service was slow. We waited over 40 mins for food. Waitress never once apologized for our long wait and most of the time was nowhere to be seen. Salmon I ordered was over cooked on top of it.

The Merit restaurant is the old Merit Resort lodge. The new management of Trappers Landing has energized the place and we enjoy having snacks and beer there, whether arriving by boat or car.

Beautiful resort. Super amenities for the family. Prices are going up.

Very very nice place but it's expensive. This is not for the 98%, but if you are in the 2% it's a great resort. Probably the best on Leech Lake.

Fantastic cabins and great place to visit. We had a great time at trapper's landing. The cabins are updated and really nice. Furnishings are great. It reminded me of the old days when you'd break out the board games when it was raining. Highly recommended.

Food was ok/fair. Service was plesant. Many items out of stock. $14 for a soggy & small wrap... Too many other places to eat to warrant going back. I already miss Trappers!

We visited June 23 2017 and it was a wonderful experience. It was my son's Birthday and they had cupcakes in the room for him. the staff was very friendly and helpful. Our cabin was great and everyone had their own space. I hope to be able to return this year!

Rented one of their deluxe ice fishing houses for the weekend. Excellent accommodation's Great service on the ice, Supplied us with every ice fishing tool available! The on shore accommodations in thier Lakeside Townhomes were first class all the way.

Went up for a qeekend of ice fishing. They have everything you need food,bait,propane,fishing equipment and the merit bar is worth stopping at also. They have plowed lake roads. Very friendly staff that can answer all your questions. If i go to leech lake its here.

Trapper's Landing Lodge is a great place to experience northern Minnesota any time of the year. The bar and grill is great and the cabins are amazing. They have a beech on he shore of Leech Lake and a pool for swimming in the summer. They also have snowmobile rental and fish house rental in the winter. I was not dissatisfied at all by my visit and will come back.

Staff went above and beyond with our accommodations while we were there for our ducks unlimited meeting 🦆. The food was amazing and affordable. Hospitality was top notch! Can't wait to come visit again! We highly recommend it for any kind of gathering, hunting/fishing or family vacation!

The staff was great, the cabins were clean and pretty quiet at night. Loved the lake, fishing was a bit slow; but can't expect them to bite all the time. The free rentals for equipment that they had was some really nice stuff; I was pretty impressed.

We stayed there as part of the "Your Boat Club" promotion. Quite a bit to do in town as well.

We having been going every year for the last 7 years. The onsite team is great and always accommodating. They treat us like family and it makes it like we are going to our own cabin every year.

Perfect family vacation resort! The accommodations (the 3 bed, 3 bath lakeside twinhome) were wonderful--clean, updated, spacious enough for everyone to have plenty of room. Great spot for kids and pets. The people at Trappers Landing have thought of everything and it's that thoughtfulness that makes this the perfect family vacation place. We've stayed at other resorts on Leech, and this one was hands-down our favorite because of the pool, bigger beach area, large arcade center, plentiful games, lakeside amenities, and accommodations. Our kids can't wait to go back again next summer!

We spent a weekend at Trappers Landing and absolutely loved it. Beautiful brand new cabin. Great beach. Boat rentals. And the swimming pool is an added bonus to a northern Minnesota family resort. I am giving the resort 5+ stars because of the amazing customer service. The owners thought of everything and cared for every little detail. All of the employees went out of their way to ensure that our family had a great stay. We will be back!!

Perfect hosts, fantastic stay, and great floor plan with lots of room to roam and relax. Highly recommended and hope to get back there again soon!

They are usually closed in the winter. They were willing to open their doors for a friends benefit and were extremely hospitable! Cabins were modern and amazing

We are staying on the lake ice fishing. The resort is very accommodating. They have live bait, equipment rental and a bar restaurant. I will definitely be returning.

Hospitality was great!

We came up during the winter and even though there's not a ton to do, we still had a blast. The units are super luxurious. Make sure to take advantage of the jacuzzi tub and the steam shower. The staff is friendly and helpful. Super close to the beautiful town of Walker which has lots of good shops. The resort is even closer to the casino. The resort's units are awesome and the views are spectacular. Go there.

Resort is very nice with awesome cabins. Pool is very nice as well as being clean. Wood is stacked for fires daily and the grounds are nice. The marina is protected so docking boats is very easy.

Our stay at Trappers Landing was wonderful. The accommodations were great. The home had everything we needed. Having a restaurant and bar on site was a plus. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable about the area. Would stay here again.

We stayed in cabin15 and the traffic next to the cabin was constant. The grill was dirty we the previous guest ashes. A diper was left in the bedroom. The remote was under the couch. We had to go searching for the salt and pepper shakers. The cabin was very old and didn't look like the photo on-line. We enjoyed the beach and the pool. The towels and blankets were clean. The bathroom was clean and in good repair. The coffee at the Grill was horrible. No walking or hiking trails. We requested a newspaper which never arrived. The air conditioner smelled funny so I pulled the filter and was filthy so I cleaned it. I went outside to check the air conditioner and it was filled with leaves and pine needle so I cleaned that out. The room smelled very musty. We arrived at 3 pm and they made us wait an hour at the beach before we were allowed to check in. No extra pillow or blankets. They had live music at the Grill which was very nice. The grounds were clean and maintained.

I had an amazing time with my family. The staff is great and the atmosphere of the place says relaxation. I would recommend this resort for all ages and family sizes. The pool bar was a special favorite of mine.

Had a great time with friends and the staff was great. The free amenities and tremendously helpful staff made a great trip and vibe for our family. Would have been a 5 rating, however the room layouts are a bit confusing. There are 2 bedroom units that do not have kitchens and 1 bedroom units that do. Ask for clarification as the 2 bedroom units do not have a table to eat or a place to "hang out". Will definitely go back.
