It really is a good bargain. I like the fact that it is consistent A.C. and free WiFi! Right off the interstate.

By far the best rooms in the area, especially for the price. I believe they offer the lowest weekly rates on this side of town. Only complaint; there's no swimming pool, lol.

Would've given a 5 star rating but no swimming pool so 4 stars for now. Really and truly, that's my only complaint. I'm in my second week staying here and I have to say that you will NOT find a better room in the area, especially for the price (weekly rate). I am very pleased and have already recommended a few friends

For what you pay a week the rooms are decent. I only met one employee that I liked, she knows who she is. The rest of the staff treated it like it was some halfway house. And if you caught an attitude with one particular employee, she would threatened that she would have you leave. The hotel itself is very secure and like I said the rooms are decent but the staff needs improving. Oh and bring your own towels because if you don't there is a $10 linen fee a week. My recommendation is if you can find somewhere better with a decent price, do so. Because the only boy that I like works on the weekends and maybe some during the week.

This was a okay place to stay, but far from my favorite. The first room that we were given one of the beds was broken, so they had to give us another room. This was a place that one of my brothers picked out to stay, he said he used to stay at them year's ago. Things changed from year's ago not nearly as nice as they use to be I guess!!!!

In a bad area. One of my employees trucks for broken into and they even told him when he checked in that cars get broke into all the time... Trashy place

It’s one of the better looking cheaper hotels in that area compared to all the others cheaper hotels. Had problems with most of the rooms,. First room they put me in the heater didn't work. In The second room the bed had fallen through. Room was ok , wifi was slow , smelt like marijuana throughout the building, fought over the one small baggage cart with other guest with no help from daytime staff. Now night shift staff did there best throughout my stay to make me comfortable and happy ‘tis why I'm giving it 3 stars.

Ok, so of the last 4 years, i've stayed at the hotel for about a year or more. I'm in town a lot for business. This place is steadily getting worse. I walked into my room to find a pack of douche concentrate on the shelf of the bathroom, a dirty straw, and the top of the refridgerator looks like it hasn't been cleaned since the place opened. Now, on top of all that, i'm paying 20$ a month for premium internet that i can't even stream netflix on. To make the matter worse, no one at the front desk even knows who their isp is or how to call their tech support to fix it. Time to find another hotel to give thousands of dollars to each year.

Clean rooms, good price, wonderful staff. The manager Natasha was very sweet, professional as well as front clerk, Cassandra. They made me feel welcomed and like they truly cared. I will definitely return again and recommend to family and friends.

Pleasant stay. The staff are exceptional! So helpful, sweet and honestly seem to care.

But I must give a personal thank you to Markeesha (please forgive the misspelling).
Thank you for your understanding and willingness to protect the privacy of guests.
We stayed in room 220 yesterday and checked out today. I'm sure you'll remember.

I'm going to move to baton rouge in May with my wife and two kids. I'm looking for a hotel to stay in until I can get a place. How do I get a good price so I can save money?

Was good place to stay compared to to all the others,. Had problems with the rooms,. First one they put us in the heater didn't work ,. The second room they have given us the bed had fallen through,. Room was ok , wifi sucked, smelt like weed in the hallway,. Only had one baggage cart,
The staff tried there best ,. Is the only reason I'm giving it 3 stars ,

Nothing fancy, and the rooms were a little worn down. However, it was very well-priced and about 15 minutes from LSU. If you're looking for a cheap place to stay without all the bells and whistles, this is the place for you.

Not nearly as ate up with lowlife as the airline intown where my friend was staying. As far as I see they are the only lowlife in the area but at least she don't blend in. Nice open lawn no garbage. Kinda weird dude with a pug and and ponytail but I don't think that reflects on the establishment

I've stayed at both WoodSpring hotels, here on Sherwood & also on Airline, & I made the mistake of staying at InTown Suites when we left Airline. (Don't stay there if you can help it) both locations (WoodSpring) are fantastic, the front desk & majority of the housekeeping crew & maintenance are all beyond accomidating, considerate, compassionate, & always willing to help in any way available. The rooms are clean, open, & modest, with a " LG flat screen TV, large microwave, big kitchen sink, the AC works great & the water is usually hot, if not hot it is never below warm-enough-to-shower-with. The price is not nearly so bad as we originally thought, considering we ended up paying more at InTown than here, where InTown falsely advertises their prices & then includes 'technology fees' & 'state fees' after you pay, & a 25$ late fee if you don't/can't pay by 1:00 pm to re-rent your room, no leeway. WoodSpring is straight forward, genuinely caring & polite, & extremely understanding.

Kway, the GM at Woodspring Apts. On N. Harrell's Ferry Rd. was extremely helpful and courteous. While that Woodspring did not have a vacant, he diligently called until he found one on Airline. He was at the same time providing friendly and efficient service to several other guests. I don't know where you found this guy, but he will be my go-to in the future. Thanks.

Very nice location once you learn the area it's great, very nice and beautiful staff, friendly, knowledgeable of all very nice attractions, my room was great, no problems with the cleanliness, and or other guests, I have been here for almost 6 months, and us a definite come back, as far as the prices it can be a lil more competitive with other hotels in the area as far as what they offer , but great hotel, staff and location, overall ........

Room smelled like feet as soon as I walked in because there were no vents. Quickly taken care of with some febreze. Apparently, none of the other rooms on the floor had them either. Air conditioning worked great. It was 83 outside and 60 in my room. Bed didn't look too inviting, but it was really comfortable. If you book a room for a week, and have to leave for some reason, they will not give a refund for the nights you will not be staying there.

Stayed here while visiting relatives for week. Be sure to check out their website, so you aren't surprised after arriving. I noticed in previous reviews that some people were surprised the front desk wasn't open 24/7. This is an extended stay place, not exactly set up as a hotel- be sure to bring towels from home, so be prepared to book a room for a minimum of a week and also if you leave early 24 notice is required or they can charge you an extra fee. AS long as you come prepared I believe you will have a good time. Our room was on the highway side of the building but the room was super quiet we barely noticed. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The location is great as well. We will be returning next year.

The Star Rating is not adequite. This hotel is not as nice as a Hilton but it is quite nice for the price. They are not really trying to compete in that market segment either.

This place is very new and very clean and very well maintained. The price is great.

Only full sized bed is available and it is a little firm for my taste. I am a big guy so a queen would be better.

The kitchen is totally unfurnished but I picked up some inexpensive items at wally world. The do sell a kitchen pack that is not outrageous. If you know this going in you can take steps to prepare for yourself. No soap or shampoo either.

Big downer for me is office hours. Mon-Fri 9-5 and Sat abreviated hours. Most folks staying here are visiting town for work and I for one leave early and get back late. The hours are a problem for me. Not a big problem but invonviniant nontheless.

If you know about the kitchen supplies and the office hours you can be prepared.
