Very nice hotel , was thinking of visiting again just as a getaway!

I’m here now. Been here for a week, and will be here for 3 more. For the roach review...better be up at night, haven’t seen a single one. Only complaint is the sheets...not sure if dirty or stained. Will change them out tomorrow. Still dirty? A fix is go buy your own fkn sheets. No frills hotel, full kitchen. 🤙

I have been here for a month the staff has been very helpful, Trisha has been a life saver and has been god sent she i. s very knowledgeable of the area, and willing to go over and beyond to address any issues or concerns that you have while you stay with the hotel. I well tell everyone I know this is a great place to stay

Staff was very helpful, especially the night staff. The Hotel is one of the cheapest around, no gym, no pool but the room was clean and comfy w/ HBO cable tv. No breakfast served but you have a stove/microwave/full size refrigerator to use. Nice all around.

The rooms are clean and the beds are very comfortable! It is a very quiet place to relax!!

You get exactly what u pay for. Other tenants are respectful and management along with staff do an awesome job at keeping the hotel safe, clean, and like a second home.

This place is a little shady. I did not feel safe. Cleanliness is ok. The mattresses feel like the old spring ones. The microwave is so small you can't fit a bag of popcorn in it. The hall floor on second floor has large dips in it like it rotted or warped. This hotel definately needs some work.

Good value for long stay business trip, handly little kitchette in the room makes up for not serving a breakfast, worst was location on I-45 which meant if you go out for anything at all you have to make a complete round trip on the one way system.

This place was very nice. They off stove top kitchenette with a fridge freezer. Full bath that you can bath in. Not just shower.

This Hotel has really nice anemities including a stove, fridge microwave and countertops as well as storage space, which i thought was a nice touch.

Location is good, close to restaurants and shopping. Rooms are clean. Weekly rates are a bit high but for what you get its reasonable.

The place was nice. It was quite, and our stay was nice. The only issue was that the beds were a tad bit uncomfortable. Easy to sleep on but everyone woke up sore the next morning. I'd give it 4 out of 5 stars.

We stayed here for 3 weeks while we waited for the purchase of our new house to be finalized. The beds are uncomfortable, the mattresses​ dip on the sides where people continually sit on the edge of the beds. I constantly felt​ like I was going to roll out of the bed. The hotel is also stinky. Even after they've just cleaned it stinks. My kids now refer to this hotel as the "stinky hotel" when we drive past it. The management is moderately​ nice but they definitely don't go out of their way to be helpful. When you ask for fresh towels, fresh sheets, to borrow a vacuum (you have to vacuum your own room), to pay for the next week, or anything else, the staff act like you are bugging them and they're doing you a huge favor. The area is close to places for decent shopping though, Walmart is close by (the next exit down). It also feels reasonably safe. For the price there's not much else comparable close by.

First time staying here and impression is clean and quiet. Although it comes with a kitchenette, it does not include any utensils and cutlery but can purchased at front desk.

Pretty decent place for the price. Not fancy at all. Note they just changed their name from Value Place, meaning they focused on long-term stays, not 1-nighters. Was clean, simple, and pretty cheap.

Nice place to come and escape! Only complaint is they never have smoking rooms available! They use same excuse every time that they don't have enough maids to get to that floor! Well I think they need to hire more!

Great value, super clean and friendly staff... its a extended stay hotel for about half the price! There is an oder that is hard to describe... but its not revolting, just odd... like a cleaner or something... besides that, it was great! For us, we would go back beccause i have never stayed at a 'cheap' hotel that was this clean...

Service was excellent and the room was very clean. Would definitely stay again.

The whole place has a smell. I think it's the cleaner they use actually, it's not soft on the nose. This is an okay place to stay if you need a deal, kitchenette and a clean room. The weather can make the room feel wet just an fyi. The front desk staff were nice. Nothing in walking distance, but plenty around.

Rooms were clean. Awesome kitchen in room, not just a microwave. Cheaper rate than most places, BUT the channels were limited and you have to pay for WIFI. The site we booked from said WIFI was free so the girl at the front desk helped us out.

Good intermediate stay place. Locked facility, you need a key card. Internet isn't free. I stayed one night, I'd stay again.
