Really like this hotel,very close to the water park. Amazing price for where you are. And the breakfast is very well done. However if you have small children it may be a hastle to be constantly pushing them in a stroller back and forth to the pools, the hotel has a ramp but at first it is very confusing. Overall this was a great stay.

I'll have to give Comfort Suites 4 stars. It was a great place to stay, the amenities are great especially for business personnel. I absolutely loved the room, very modern, very chic. To the thing I didn't like, the coffee, as a coffee lover I have to say the coffee offered is very weak and tasteless. Other than that, great place

Have stayed here 4 times and have been more than happy. Clean, wonderful accommodations that are adjacent ( within walking distance) to the Atlantis Hotel. Free breakfast every morning and Full FREE use of all Atlantis amenities. The hotel staff is wonderful and the rooms are great.

Honestly I was a bit hesitant booking this hotel due to mixed reviews. But I must say my kids and I had a pleasant stay. Of course it's not the Atlantis! However, if you're looking to explore the island and hoping for a clean safe convenient affordable place to stay - this is it. Clean linens, breakfast included and free access to the Atlantis waterpark! The staff are very pleasant and welcoming. I really have no complaints. None at all.

They have your list of people that work there were very accommodating. Hotel and Suites were very well maintained. Breakfast every morning included with room. Free passes to Atlantis and right next door to the facility. Plenty of shopping in the area from grocery stores to clothing Etc. Plenty of parking available in a wheelchair accessibility with elevators. Easy to spot from the road.

This is my second visit in about 5 weeks. This visit was not as good as my last and part of it has to do with the service and amenities in the rooms themselves. My traveling companions room was stuffy, smelly, and the air conditioner never really worked. Our room would receive housekeeping service and their room would not. The breakfast was good and plentiful although, particularly outside, I think it could be set up in a more efficient way. The staff is nice enough, but I have a huge problem with the mandatory housekeeping gratuity of $5 per person per day and the mandatory electricity charge of $31 per person per day. Both of those fees are so clearly nickel-and-diming, and it is just beyond me as to why they're not incorporated into the cost of the room. My guess is that the Comfort Inn tries to attract people by being a discount alternative to staying at the Atlantis Resort, but once you factor in all the fees I don't know the difference in price is that dramatic. Unless you are dead set on utilizing the water slides at Atlantis, I would look for a hotel on Paradise Island that is less expensive and on the beach.

Rooms are super clean and modern. My family stayed at the Atlantis (coral tower) and my wife and I stayed at CSPI. Between the breakfast and cost savings alone, I would never have made a different choice. Location is great, it's a 5 minute walk to Atlantis, and you're treated almost like a guest of the resort. Staff is friendly and inviting, breakfast is decent, location is great.

Beware when booking your room that your confirmation has the correct number of people in your room. An unexpected charge upon arriving at the hotel of $80 a night extra per person in the room. It was still cheaper and nicer to stay here even though the extra expense.

The room was nice and housekeeping and food service staff were polite. Reception staff could be improved.

Internet access was spotty.

The use and ease to get to use Atlantis was amazing.

Prior to arriving make sure you stop by the grocery store for any snacks and drinks.

Quiet place to come back too after the hustle and bustle of Atlantis. No great views from the rooms or anything, but you wont be spending much time in them anyways. Highly recommend it as it is in the heart of paradise island and everything is within a short walk. Staff is incredible and friendly. We will most definitely be back

Awesome place! You get free Atlantis passes everyday, staff was great, free breakfast was great. Gets a little crowded on the breakfast room, and you can't take you're food up to your room. It's right next to Atlantis also.

My family loved it! Is much more affordable than the Atlantis property next door with free breakfast & entry to aquaventure invluded. Staff is friendly & rooms are great. They even have bottled water @ a fraction of the price of elsewhere. Exceeded all expectations!

Location is right next to the Atlantis resort and you have free access to all the facilities as a hotel guest of Comfort Suites Paradise Island. The rooms are not fancy, but clean and comfortable. There is also a free hot breakfast which was good, eggs, sausages and meat and potato scramble.

I rate Comfort Suites as the best bang for your bucks. It is not the Atlantis, but you get all the amenities of the Atlantis and more money in your pocket for activities. The staff is fantastic, very professional, friendly, helpful and very accommodating. Genesis was the most delightful host ever! She answered questions for us and made us feel completely like family. It was my daughter's birthday, she made it even more special. The breakfast every morning was filling and very appetizing, morning staff made our day with their warm greetings. The front desk staff was also very friendly, informed and courteous. Most fun was our poolside bartender. He had us singing to the music. We will definitely stay here again on our next visit due to this great experience!

Best stay ever, I left breezers after an awful stay. This place takes the cake. The staff is friendly, buffet breakfast at two of their restaurants(you choice). Rooms were clean, the elevator is rather far but, my room is only one flight up from the front desk.

It's beautiful and pretty . I was there last year in July for 4 days only. It was short. But I can't wait until I go back with my husband and my brother in law. We going back to comfort suite paradise island. I can't wait. Love the island in the Bahamas.

I enjoyed my stay here. Budget friendly for the bahamas, and you have access to Atlantis resort. I will say that the continental complimentary breakfast that they have on offer is well below my personal standards but most of the other patrons loved it, it seemed. Also, as far as food goes in the Bahamas, please note that most food items are imported into the country, so don't expect to be eating too lavishly. In any case it doesn't matter, take up the sun, sand and sea!!!

Loved my stay here. We were able to use most of Atlantis' amenities for no extra charge, the food was great, the Bahamian people (workers at the hotel, taxi drivers, and random people on the street) were all SO friendly. My only complaint was the pull out sofa bed. As I expected it would be, the fold out mattress was very uncomfortable. I had to lay my extra blanket down to sleep on top of because otherwise the wires from the mattress made it unbearable. The actual bed in the room was a normal comforting bed, though. Overall, would highly recommend.

We were so happy that we made the right decision to stay at Comfort Suites. The hotel is right next to Atlantis Resort. One of the benefits of the hotel is the use of all the amenities at Atlantis Resort. The room is very nice, with separate seating area (with sleeper sofa), very roomy and comfortable. All the staff are very nice and friendly. The hotel provides free breakfast (eggs, sausage, bacon, fruits, different kinds of bread, cereal , sweet rolls, bagels, orange juice, coffee, fresh waffle....etc.). There are two locations where they serve breakfast and our favorite is the one by the pool. There is also free WiFi and a small business center. The area where the hotel is located is very safe. There are a lot of people walking even at night. Right next to the hotel is a shopping center with restaurants and a convenient store. About a block away, across to Margaritaville Restaurant is where we took the ferry boat to downtown ($4.00 each way). This was our first time in Nassau Bahamas but will be back again next year and will definitely stay at Comfort Suites again.

Absolutely a fantastic place to stay with a great location (steps to Atlantis) , friendly staff, great free breakfast, very comfortable bed, free wifi, business center and the list goes on and on!. Our stay absolutely exceeded our expectation. Next time in Nassau wouldn't consider staying anywhere else.

The hotel is clean and the staff at extremely friendly and helpful. Meal portions are large and I feel that smaller meals for ladies would be advisable. The pool area is beautiful and renovations of some of the outside areas are under way. Not sure if this related to hurricane damage or just normal maintenance. Gardens are well kept and location near Atlantis with free use of majority of their amenities is a plus

People are extremely friendly that work there very clean. Great breakfast every morning. Close to Atlantis definitely a plus. The two bad things that I didn't like or the TV functionally wise stunk. And the prices at the advertise as everybody else's indicating was only two-thirds of the overall cost. Do taxes gratuities utility charges.

The service was wonderful. The employees were extremely friendly and kind. The buffet breakfast was very satisfying and included lots of variety. Our only complaints were that the eggs for breakfast were never fully cooked, and there was no fitness center. It was not enough to keep us from returning though.

Pool under reconstruction. Restaurant also. Food quality is below average. Hotel smells musty. Bar is 50% more expensive than downtown. Rooms are a good size but no balcony.

I can truly say that my experience here at comfort suites on paradise island in the Bahamas was the best I've ever had at a hotel anywhere. They went above and beyond to make my stay memorable. I would recommend this hotel to anyone planning a trip to the Bahamas. If I do get a chance to come back to the Bahamas I wouldn't consider staying anywhere else but here.I would like to thank everyone here for everything you have done.

Unless you can afford to stay at the best Atlantis has to offer, then you're better off going to comfort suites right next door. Went here for our honeymoon because the wife refused to let me spend a fortune on just the room. Was happy we went with comfort suites. Literally 2 minutes walk to Atlantis front door, and closer to most of the restaurants on paradise Island. The staff was friendly, and you must go and find the bartender Jamal and tell him AA's sent you. We found ourselves coming back to the pool bar for Jamal's company as much as his good drinks at the end of a long day on excursions on more than one occasion. Same access to Atlantis, better rooms that have a fridge so you can store cheaper drinks/food in your room, and at a cheaper price. The free breakfast was plentiful in selection every day as well. Highly recommend this hotel if planning a trip to Bahamas and want to do Atlantis. Went July of 2017.

I've been booking hotel rooms for over 40 years. Never, have I had to pay extra for my wife. High Speed Internet is on again, off again, fast then slow. Air Conditioner in our room was extremely noisy.
For the price you pay it is not a very good value at all, especially if you have to pay extra for your spouse. Read all of the reviews carefully.

The good: Great friendly staff, access to all Atlantis has to offer, and pleanty of room for a family of 4 to recover from long waterpark/beach days, great breakfast, saved us a ton of money (which we ended up using on more fun).

The bad: The shower was a little lacking and we wished there was just a bit more space in our room.

Great value ! stay here and get access to Atlantis, Nice pool, free breakfast. The staff was pretty friendly but Joshua the bellman really made our vacation special. He helped us arrange a tour around Nassau to experience the real Bahamas. He was really personable he should be a manger !

Good value for enjoying Atlantis! Hotel needs maintenance, but attentive staff addresses infrastructure issues quickly. Very friendly customer service from restaurant to maintenance crew to maid service.

Good hotel for a great price! The staff was very friendly and helped us arrange several multi-island excursions. The Crusoe restaurant served good food. Breakfast is free every morning. The hotel is very convenient to the Atlantis resort as well as the Paradise Shopping Plaza and Marina Village at Atlantis shopping area. Guests can easily walk to Jimmy Buffet's Margaritaville, and the harbor at Paradise Island where you can catch several boat tours. The Comfort Suites also has several conference rooms, and a small business center. The pool was clean and clear, with a life guard on duty until approximately 7pm daily. The Comfort Suites offers full access to all of Atlantis' venues. A great bargain hotel with all the benefits that Paradise Island offers!

I love this hotel. It's all inclusive, banking and convenient and luxury shopping across the street, lots of dining options for all price ranges, just a bridge away from the world renowned Potters Cay Dock and opposite Atlantis Hotel...you also get passé to Atlantis with your stay! Kid friendly..

Pros: safe, clean, convenient, full access to Atlantis with a very good free breakfast. Cons: dated, front desk was strangely rude if you have a disability it is a lot of trouble with slow elevators. / Other than the front desk everyone was very friendly. No airport shuttle about a $46 cab ride each way.

Stayed here 1 night to get the included Atlantis package. Definitely cheaper route than staying at Atlantis or paying for two day passes and the travel to paradise island.
The room seemed clean, but expect bare bones staff and amenities. No gym, you have to use the Atlantis gym for a $12 fee. Front desk staff rather rude and flat faced. Overall a very bla stay, but that's what I expected.

Great location and price. Units need some maintenance and updating. Common areas are fairly well maintained and good full breakfast.

We have only been here for one day. The continental breakfast was a pleasant surprise. We have not had maid service yet. The hotel charges $5 pp in the room as a daily fee for maid service. The room is smaller than other comfort suites I have stayed at. They have a nice patio area and bar by the pool. Very relaxing. The Atlantis is next door. We are excited to do the water park and beaches.

Affordable and great service

Comfortable room. In room safe. Many nearby restaurants including one on site. Good buffet breakfast included with stay. Nice pool area. An inside and outside bar. The majority of the staff are very friendly. Forgot credit card waitress chased after me to give it back. Close to Atlantis and all its shops. My stay included a pass to Atlantis waterpark. Close to Ferry to Nassau (5 min walk) Close to Ferry to Blue Lagoon Island.

They need to treat the drivers like me better if they want us to partner with them. But otherwise this place is where you want to be.
BELEVIE YOU ME!

The five of us stayed December 24th to 31st 2016 and we had two adjoining rooms on the east side of the hotel. The rooms were clean and comfortable. We choose Comfort Suites for three reasons: affordability, breakfast included and full access to Atlantis. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The hotel grounds are nice, and they have fresh flowers and orchids growing around the property. Our check in was smooth. Everyone that works there is very nice, helpful and friendly. They have great activities each day, such as face painting, music and a Junkaroo Parade complete with all the beautiful costumes and bells. Every evening they had great live music and the singers and musicians were all wonderful. The housekeeping team did a great job cleaning every day. Breakfast was very good and had both hot and cold food which were replenished often. They have taxis available on their property with no wait. There is an excellent restaurant on the property and more restaurants within walking distance. The area is very safe. The only negatives are that it is not beach front and the extra room charges are high which include energy surcharge, value added tax, resort levy, and housekeeping gratuity, although, I suspect these are added to every resort on the island. One person in particular helped make our stay even better. Darien was fantastic. He was there to greet us when we arrived, brought our bags up and was always helpful and friendly whenever we saw him. He even led the "Junkaroo" Parade when they marched around the pool area. He is an asset to the hotel and provided exceptional customer service.

Good place to stay. However in the 7 nights we stayed here there was only meat served twice with the Full American Breakfast.. Sausage one day and bologna the other day.. So a little Wierd to not have meat every day. But there was plenty of French toast, eggs toast fruit etc.. Much less expensive than staying at the beach tower on Atlantis with all the benefits of getting access to Atlantis including the waterpark. Would stay here again. But not the pool water is cold. For a Canadian I was fine with it but others might not enjoy it.

It is a beautiful place. Lots of things to do. Very clean.

We stayed here for six nights leading up to Christmas. The hotel was clean, the staff was friendly, and the wifi was reliable (if a little slow).

The room was mostly quiet. I say "mostly" because we didn't hear our neighbors, but we were overlooking the pool, so we could hear kids swimming and playing in the evenings. It always stopped by 9pm, so no real worries there. On Friday evening there was a live band in the poolside restaurant, and that was very noisy indeed. I don't know if that was a Friday thing or a holiday thing, but either way, quiet returned at 9pm.

The location was great. There were nearby cutsey shops, a drug store, and a convenience store. The convenience store had overpriced -- but very much needed -- snacks.

The walk to Atlantis was short no matter which way you cut it, but there was a super-short way that takes you right into one of the Atlantis buildings, or a slightly longer way that takes you through some cutesy souvenir shops and restaurants. When you get inside Atlantis, we got our wrist bands (water ride passes) from one of the desks. This time around it was the front desk of the Beach Towers, but apparently it used to be located somewhere else on the property. The staff didn't all agree on where the Comfort Suites wrist bands were distributed, so finding the right spot took some time. Adding to the confusion was the fact that the signs around Atlantis frequently conflict with one another. We found it was best to wander around with no destination in mind. Relax and see what there is to see. Trying to find something specific is an exercise in futility and frustration.

The wrist bands allow you into certain sections of Atlantis and provide access to the water rides. But don't pay attention when the Comfort Suites and Atlantis staff tell you that the wrist bands are all you'll need. To get a locker, you'll need a credit card and the little pink card they give you when you check into Comfort Suites. To buy anything apart from a locker (food, for example), you'll need a credit card but not the pink slip. In other words, when Comfort Suites tells you that they'll leave a credit card open on your account so you can make purchases at Atlantis, it implies that the wrist band is your ticket to not carrying a wallet. But that's not true! You still need your wallet. Or at least your credit card, as much of Atlantis is cashless. Fortunately, the little shops in the marina village will be happy to sell you watertight wallets in case you didn't pick one up before the trip.

On the subject of food... what can I say... The hotel restaurant, Crusoe's, had the best food we tasted in the Bahamas. That doesn't mean it was stellar, though; most of it was okay, and some of it was good. None of it was great or amazing, though. Outside Crusoe's, all the food we had that week was awful. But the problem here is with me and my husband, not necessarily the Bahamas or its restaurants. We don't eat fish, so it's hard to judge if the food was bad because the cooking was genuinely bad, or if it's because we couldn't stomach the "right" dishes for the region. If we liked fish, we might have found their cooking amazing. We certainly can't blame island chefs for not knowing what to do with a chicken.

The hotel breakfast, though, was ordinary by any standard. The bread was stale and the eggs were runny. The coffee was meh. I will say this, though: they had all the right variety for a normal hotel breakfast. There were scrambled eggs, meat (bacon twice, sausage the rest of the time), bread, pastries, cereal, pancakes, waffles, coffee, and a watery orange liquid approximating OJ. In variety and quality it was exactly what you'd expect from a cheapish hotel anywhere in the States.

In summary, Comfort Suites was a good value for the price. It wasn't super special, but it did the job.

This was a very nice place to stay. We had others in our group that stayed at Atlantis, and the rooms at Comfort Suites were much better than the villa rooms at Atlantis. The fee breakfasts were a great advantage - we had a big breakfast and then did not really have to stop for lunch while we were at the Atlantis Waterpark. Next trip back to Paradise Island, we will stay at Comfort Suites and not at Atlantis.

Awesome place to visit. I will be back to do more. Hotel a bit outdated, but good price for the stay.

A 4-night stay at the Comfort Suites was the perfect vacation for me! I enjoyed every part of my stay including the complimentary breakfast & Atlantis pass as well! If I come back to the Bahamas I plan on making this hotel my first choice stay! :)

Stayed here for 8 days. The included access to Atlantis, and Continental breakfast give value for the $$$. It's a bit of an older hotel though and felt more like a 3 star, than a 4 star hotel as it's rated on most sites. Great experience overall though.

Best economical way to enjoy Atlantis

The plus side free breakfast, atlantis access and very friendly staff. Walking to Atlantis took about 5 mins. On the negative side wifi at far end of hotel was very slow and sometimes not working, the rooms while clean do need updating but the lobby and breakfast area looked good. If I went back I'd make sure to get a room closer to lobby for better wifi.

Comfort Suites is the place to stay at on Paradise Island if you want to experience some of the Atlantis Hotel attractions at a reduced rate. The Comfort Suites has a deal with the Atlantis that allows you access to the water park and a few other items. The complementary breakfast is slightly above average for a budget hotel and the rooms were nice enough. Additionally, if you check in early they will store your bags for you and they have a changing room so you can spend the time exploring or at the Atlantis instead of waiting around. On the negative side the rooms are able to hear a lot of the noise from the hallway and they will nickle and dime you for charges such as the maid and electricity fee, but that is just Nassau in general.

Very nice free breakfast, access to the Atlantis Waterpark, in a quiet area, nice pool.
