I booked 3 nights in July 2019 via Expedia. I stayed there with my mom. Our stay was AMAZING!! We did not want to leave. The hotel(resort) and our room were super clean. We were in the Coastal Tower with 2 Queen Beds. The staff was very nice and helpful. We could not believe that we only paid 57$CAN per night (breakfast included) for such quality. There is valet service (which is worth taking unless you want to be doing A LOT of walking), a bunch of restaurants, an indoor pool, a gym with internet access on the machines, and so many more commodities. The hotel (resort) is only a short drive away from the boardwalk. I would definitely love to go back there!

I love to come and redeem my comp nights. The hotel is always so clean and full of life. The casino is enjoyable and the amenities never disappoint. One of the best Casino Hotels in Atlantic City

Nice view if you staying at property and plenty of parking space.
It has lot of things to do inside hotel including lots of shops, pool party and also casino. Hotel rooms are very nice, spacious and clean. We really enjoyed our stay, and in next trip we plan to stay little longer.
We did explore other places but we liked this much better.

This hotel is really fancy. It's so beautiful and the workers are nice and everything is so clean. The pool was really calm and nice. And I had the best sleep ever in a hotel. But the only thing I did not like was that when I enter my room it smelled like someone was smoking. But either than that it was a really nice vacation.

Very small pool for anyone under 21 which is why the hotel is not as “kid friendly” as they make it seem.

The resort is made up of the casino by more than half of the proportion. Also, there are a lot of great restaurants and a buffet ($45/person) with a variety of options.

Everything so far has been great, it's our first time here. However we waited on line over a half hour for the Waterfront Buffet, only to be told that the food gets taken away at 7:45 and we would have 15 mins to eat. At almost $50 a person that was outrageous to spend and then shovel food into our mouths for 15 minutes. There was still a line wrapped around the corner for the buffet when we left. There should be a better system for this as to avoid waiting on line all that time only to be told when you get to the front.

We stayed in the harbor tower, it was dated but very clean. Beds were comfy and the restaurants were great!!! Besides that , not much to do with kids. Hardly no shopping, just strictly casino. It’s probably best to stay at one of the hotels by the boardwalk such as Caesars, Bally’s or hard rock.
This hotel is great for the people not traveling with kids. The pool looked really nice and tropical and fun, but it is only for 21 years and older. The family pool on the forth floor in the harbor tower was scrap. Not inviting at all!!!!

Rooms are reasonably nice, but our room had a strange smell. Almost like cleaning solution mixed with some other odor that the cleaning solution was supposed to be covering up. All the staff we interacted with were great. Comp system seems a little light. Several time a year I go to Vegas and casinos in CT, and I feel like they give better comps for my level of play.

I really enjoyed my stay. We had a room in the Atrium. It was very clean, and we really enjoyed the spacious living area where you could sit and watch TV separate from where the bed was. The king size bed was nice and comfortable. I also used the gym while I was there, and it had a variety of machines, and they were all newer. I also love that there is a Starbucks inside the hotel too. Great casino to stay at!

Though it's off the boardwalk, there is still more than enough here to have a great time. We came specifically for the Gordon Ramsey steakhouse, which was fantastic. The casino is well kept up and clean. They don't validate parking though, that's definitely something they need to fix if you are dropping money there.

The food, atmosphere and gambling were amazing! Sadly, we didn't get to go in the pool, but it looked stunning!

Came back a year later and used a coupon to get a free night stay and included the pool! Get your drinks for free in the casino, don't pay the crazy prices at the pool! It was a lovely stay with breath taking views! Highly recommended!

Very disappointed this trip. Have stayed many times before without complaints. Room very dated and dingy therefore appearing dirty. I have always enjoyed the buffet on previous visits. Sorry to say there was nothing nice to talk about. Food was horrible, roast beef was like leather couldn't get near steak station because of line for crab legs. Someone should have been on floor directing people. 45.00 per person would be fine if you were getting quality food. Not anymore.
Please get it together.

Enjoyable trip to AC. Choose Harrah's for my weekend lodgings. Young man named "Hannibal" at check in was very helpful. Courteous with us and very knowledgeable about Atlantic City. Room was gorgeous with a great view of Brigantine and the ocean. Room service operator was courteous and made tasty suggestions. Food was great. Spent a little too much at the tables but all in all a great weekend trip.

I had a premium, recently renovated room overlooking the bay. It was really nice and the view was great from the giant wall-sized window. The service was great and dinner at McCormick and Schmick's was fantastic. The casino floor was very clean and seemed to be recently renovated as well. The majority of the gaming machines are very modern and were fun to play. My friends and I had a blast.

The room was nice with a great view. When we got to our room after checking in there were no towels. We had to ask for them. However, they came quickly. The hallways and elevators were hot. Parking was difficult, but I think that's true for every where in Atlantic City. Overall, it was a very nice stay.

We had a great time going for a show. We had a room included with our concert tickets. Eventhough it was given away because of people extending their stay. We were upgraded to an even better tower and an amazing view. The pool after dark is a must. Definitely will be coming back with my husband.

The casino floor is very nice, not very smokey. A lot of the slots are newer games and I was able to leave with a little extra cash in my pocket. Casino staff are very courteous. The food options looked great. Only thing that would be better is if parking g was free.

These 5 stars are for a nice guy named Joshua and his manager they over at the total rewards area by the hotel check in! Joshua is doing an amazing job for just starting out! I unfortunately didn't get his manager's name but she was so sweet and help as well! Keep it up Joshua you're doing great! :D

The hotel room was really nice, clean, and couldn't really here much at all between rooms. The room service has a decent amount of options and there is access to a convenience store pretty late at night too. The buffet place we went to wasn't anything to rave either. The casino allows smoking so if that's your thing then you're going to have to endure that but there are some areas that were a little better than others so try to find that. Overall good experience!

Good casino with good prices on valet parking! Our room was newly renovated and I was surprised at the upgraded bathrooms. Power flushing toilets, nice vanity, huge tub and shower. Nice for a casino. Amenities for a casino were also good. Lots of small shops, can get busy on the weekend.

Room was clean and comfortable. Location is off the boardwalk, but we still kept ourselves busy just fine and cabs are plentiful. The Harrah's Pool Party After Dark remains my favorite nightlife venue in the area since there's good music to dance to, it's large enough to where you're not on top of everyone, and you can also go up to the (very large) rooftop space for quiter conversation or a quick smoke. I'd definitely stay again. Any staff I interacted with was also pleasant and friendly.

Had a decent room with a reasonable view. The cost was also reasonable. However it was a rainy weekend when we stayed and the window was leaking. We didn't realize this till later at night so we didn't ask to change rooms. I'm sure if we had asked they would have accommodated us. The casino floor at a live band that was a lot of fun I believe they are there every Sunday. The reason I'm giving this three stars is because of the staff at the pool was not helpful whatsoever. They were more concerned with texting on their phone then accommodating us with towels and other needs. With the exception of the front desk staff all the other employees weren't very accommodating or friendly. In my opinion it's worth the extra money to stay at Caesars.

I went to the Harrah's resort on 5/6/18 for the Red Door Spa. Red Door Spa is always clean and staff is exceptional. My massages were excellent, steam room n sauna were awesome. I was a little disappointed that the hot tub in red door wasn't operating properly so we weren't able to use it. However we were able to use the pool and hot tubs at The Harrah's pool, and have some food and drinks for happy hour. We played some slots. We had an excellent day.

Never a bad experience. Food always good. Staff helpful and friendly. Despite renovations in some areas and a new event space, property and facilities show their age and vintage. Most rooms need an update. Gaming floor is full of old machines. Could use more variety. Young crowd can get noisy, but that's casinos everywhere.

The rooms were pretty standard, but larger than I expected. The casino was also pretty standard. They had a really nice pool inside of a glass dome. During the day the dome keeps the temperature around 80 degrees so it feels amazing no matter what time of year. At night it turns into an incredibly fun night club.

My fiance and I have been here over 15 times. This is our go to spot for a quick getaway when we need to get out of the city. Makes us feel like we're in Vegas for a little. Rarely though, do we leave our room when we have always had great views in our waterfront rooms...and the new bayview suites are gorgeous. Can't beat it for 25$ -50$ a night when your a rewards member. But free shuttles to the boardwalk or a walk around the hotel's marina is always an option. We have never had any issues with staff or anything. We keep coming back. Love it..

Resort was very nice. Casino was fun. Rooms were clean. Many restaurant selections. Sever club/bar options as well. The bar we went to had a live band playing some 90s alternative. Overall had a great time and would definitely go back.

My wife and I shared a great experience while we enjoyed our complimentary room stay. We were all I have to stay from Sunday till Thursday and quite frankly we had little to nothing to complain about. We are also given $25 and complimentary room service which was nice. We ended up having a whole pizza which was delicious and we were able to chip the waiter money out of the complementary money for food that they had issued us. We had a decent time. The One gaming voucher was for my favorite slot machine which had hit for close to $1,100 which was convenient because it kept me under the tax bracket. It cost me about $60 to win that. The other photo with 5 tickets I had probably spent $300 to accrue all of those other tickets as well. I would have to argue that Harrah's has some of the loosest machines in Atlantic City. And my favorite machine which Max bet costs a dollar fifty took very good care of us and allowed us to enjoy the rest of our time and upgrade to an ocean view Suite at Caesars Palace which are also included in the photos

Friendly staff overall. The representative who check us in was not very accommodating as well when we asked for a late checkout they gave us 30 extra minutes and said it would be $25 dollars per hour if we stayed longer. The room was clean with a pretty nice view. It was just disappointing that since we came in the middle of the week for one night during the lower season of tourism they hotel could not be more accommodating but such is life.

However, the restaurant McCormick and Schmick's was awesome like always. Great food!!

I didn't immediately lose all my money. Though if they paid a little better they might actually get more revenue. Consistent losing is boring and a bummer. That said, I did do pretty well on one video poker machine. That kept me playing for an extra hour. We enjoy the buffet for weekend breakfast. Sunday brunch they give you a mimosa or champagne on request. They have raw oysters and clams. And crab legs. And plenty of other brunch foods. The rooms have decently comfortable beds and pillows. Stayed here at least 50 times over the years and never a bedbug. The pool is great and over 21. No shenanigans there, just no screaming kids. There's another pool for them.

What a fun time! We really enjoyed the slots, though we didn't come away with any winnings. Playing slots is thirsty work! The day could have been made much more enjoyable if we had been offered beverages, but the service was almost non-existent. A nice server finally told me they were short-staffed after I had been waiting probably a couple of hours for a beverage.
(You are supposed to be able to order beverages right on the slot machine by pushing an order button and selecting a beverage, but we didn't have much luck with that system.) My husband resorted to ordering beverages at the bar and having to pay for them.

Been going to Harrah's for years and absolutely love it. The people are great, the location is perfect (I like being away from the boardwalk). Restaurant choices are awesome and now they've made check-in even easier with kiosks so you don't have to stand on a ridiculous line. Dealers are always usually friendly and helpful. No matter the plans I always stay there.

We had lots of fun at Harrah's. The casino is very clean and has lots to offer. Our room was not so clean....it defiantly could use some updating. Watch how you pay for meals in the resort. My debit card number was used to buy "an unknown" person $45 worth of food and drinks 3 hours after we checked out and headed back to Northern Pennsylvania. I will only use cash the next time we go.

Then, we hit the Casino for our favorite games and slots (9pm-1am) completing a perfect (for us!) getaway day!

Dope place to get a quick getaway. Really affordable if you know how to gamble your money correctly! For some reason when I went there weren’t many restaurants open ? Not sure why but food selection was very limited. Other than that the rooms are great. The beds are comfortable and really huge. I think that’s the best feature. Room service took a while but it was really good. Would come back here again.

Loves this casino and hotel. Our room was renovated. It was very clean and nice looking. I won some good money while I was wasted from the free drinks they give out. I had a great time at the pool party. Everyone was nice there. I am definitely coming back and when I do it'll be at Harrahs

The overall casino is awesome. Layout, atmosphere, service was good. Had a great time gambling some of my money and would continue to come back for this reason. Room was nice, however view was kind of an eyesore. Toilet kept running so we called for maintenance which didn't come for hrs so we fixed it ourselves to make the noise stop. Shower wasn't working at 100% but you're still able to get what you needed, however, lack of hot water in the morning deprived me of a good morning wake up shower.

Used to be better. Checked in on the first valet had over an hour back up. To pick up your car was two and a half hours. On the third it was 40 minute wait to pick up your car at valet. Also the all-you-can-eat buffet changed. It used to be all you can eat crab legs. Now you get a coupon and you can only get three plates for a total of 9 clusters. Which is a lot however people are penalized because other people didn't eat what was on their plate. My husband typically eats 4 to 5 plates so I had to give him some of my coupons. The pool was closed for renovations which I understand. They have taken out a majority of the public seating and made it reserved Cabanas where you can rent. Now there is not enough seating for the General Public due to the Cabanas and the multiple bars that were installed

This review is regarding the Waterfront Buffet at Harrah's. As a first-time visitor, the food selection and quality was pretty good, though a couple of my co-workers did mention that the food seemed to be slightly below the usual quality on this particular night. There are numerous themed food stations like Italian, Seafood, Salad, Sushi, etc. The crab legs were plentiful and good, though the supplied plastic crab shell crackers are terribly useless. The dessert station contains a nice assortment of items including cupcakes, pies, cookies, shooters, ice cream, and even sugar-free section. All in all, I would definitely go back again.

The convenience of checking in through the kiosk was very nice. The room was fine, nothing spectacular but it was good. We were down for my girlfriend's birthday and the pool was such a great time. The employees were very accommodating and made our time there extremely fun. I'd recommend the hotel to people in the future.

My favorite AC casino. Good nightlife awesome indoor pool. The Pool After Dark has a great atmosphere different from typical night clubs but still tons of fun. I enjoy playing blackjack at the pool in the nightclub setting. Casino is clean and lively. Staff and security are nice and welcoming. Rooms depend on the tower but I've never had one I was disappointed in. There isn't really a great high end restaurant on the property but the more casual restaurants they do have are not bad. If you're looking for real high end good food, I'd look at dining elsewhere.

Harrah's is an inviting hotel with friendly staff. Check-in for the hotel is quick and easy. They offer a range of rooms and you may want to check if you are being placed in a renovated portion of the hotel. Great indoor pool and fitness center. One downside is it sits off the boardwalk without easy pedestrian access but is a quick ride by car or taxi to anywhere you may want to go. The casino offers a range of slots and table games with some good restaurant choices, including the AC Burger Co., a great casual dining option.

3.5*, In general, the price for these rooms is exaggerated. The inexpensive rooms are dated, definitely take a look and make sure things work upfront. They are also very keen to nickel and dime, example wanted $13 to get a cup for the room and expect 72 hours notice for cancellation. Second night was in waterfront which was much nicer, but I would suggest Caesars if you're going to pay for more expensive rooms as it was clean and more spacious, there were still limits to amenities. All rooms had fridges. The saving grace was that their management was helpful, particularly Angel helped to increase the customer experience. The nightlife is OK, neat if you want to take a swim and have a day party, but they wanted $20 to get in Saturday after 12pm.

The hotel and casino is nice, beautiful atrium with swimming pool and bars. I found the renovated rooms to be somewhat tacky looking - looks like they were renovated 15 years ago at least. I didn't find the staff very friendly on the few occasions that I spoke to them. The restaurants with the exception of AC Burger were way over priced. Stick to the food court and AC Burger. I paid $15 for a very mini lobster roll that was quite rubbery at the Coastal restaurant near the pool. $50 plus for steaks at both steakhouses.

Waterfront tower rooms are spacious and very comfortable. Easily the best place we've stayed in town. There is no shortage of activities on site, and several great places to eat and drink. I'm not into gambling but the short time I spent in the casino was enjoyable. You can order drinks at the slots and the servers were all very friendly.

Rooms were up to date, clean. There is a safe, ironing board, iron, mini fridge. Walk in shower. Toilet has a separate door. Tons of entertainment to choose from. Food is good but pricy as expected. The pool can be a good time, it's especially nice during the colder months as it is indoors with a giant dome for natural light. I would stay here again! Check in and it was a breeze. Stayed in waterfront towers.

My husband and I go down to AC for long weekends throughout the year every year for the last 10 and we always have a great time at Harrah's. The staff is friendly, rooms are tidy and clean, food is pretty good (some are better then others) and you can usually find something for everyone with the variety offered. And the dealers are very courteous and willing to impart their knowledge of the game onto the newcomers to help get you settled in. If you've outgrown the the Pool nightclub then the nightlife at the Circle bar in the middle of the casino floor has a great atmosphere. You can go have a drink and listen to some good music while you play a little video poker or just hang with friends. I think I might need to go again soon, getting the itch. 😁

The room in the Atrium Suites tower was very nice (1069), and the hallways seemed peaceful and serene. The view was nice and the king bed was comfortable, the only small issue was a musty, wet smell which seemed to be coming from the side of the bed closest to the bathroom wall. It appeared it could have possibly been coming from buildup behind the wallpaper which could have leaked and wet the carpet, causing the odor. All people we encountered from the valet, to the room service clerk, bartenders, and TR desk employees were very helpful and friendly. Would definitely come back and stay again soon.

I'll definitely be staying here again! The person who assisted me had upgraded my room to a beautiful view of the city. The room was so relaxing and the bed was ultra comfortable. The dealers at the Roulette tables were so friendly. I'll be coming back down next month. Consider me a regular! :-)

Interesting stay at Harrah's. Came for a quick 2day weekend getaway. Hotel location was Ok but not close to the beach, boardwalk or other hotels. Had to request a room change. The 1st room we were in was in Harbor tower which had not been renovated in a while. Carpet and drapes we're dirty. Also the room was not cleaned well after the previous guest left. Tub and toilet was dirty, etc. After a call to the front desk we were moved to Marina tower. It was like night and day, much better!! If our 1st room was any indication of the others in that tower I would suggest that the hotel take some time to update the Harbor tower. Although most come to Atlantic City to gamble the accommodations are still important.

My husband and I had a great time. We are young parents and we always go on vacation with our kids. This time we were able to do an overnight stay just the two of us. Felt great like when we were dating. We are glad we came here stayed in the Bayview tower which was gorgeous with a hot tub. Was a pleasant surprise. Check in was smooth, check out as well. We do not gamble so we just enjoyed the pool and had drinks which are really good but pricey.

The buffet was not as great as everyone else found it to be. Then again my husband is a big time NYC chef so our expectations maybe a little higher. The Guy Fiery spot was much better for us, again pricey but tasted pretty fresh.

Everything else was great we are members so we only payed $5 for parking which was awesome. Went on a Sunday thought that was perfect for us as it was not crowded. Felt like a mini honeymoon for us. Will definitely go back as a couples getaway every chance we can.

Harrah's was a wonderful experience. The room was well cleaned and well stocked with all the necessary toiletries. The staff was very helpful in assisting with check in and with finding restaurants within the hotel. Parking was easy as well. The location was great and the pool was a lot of fun

Me and my girlfriend like to go down to Harrah's a couple times a year. We try for about once every two months. The drinks are excellent, the gaming is fun, and the perks keep us coming back every time. This is the only place we go to stay when we are in the mood to gamble. The quality of the shows are amazing as well. Get as high up in the Harbor tower you can and enjoy the views. They just introduced pet friendly floors as well!

I was here in a group and a guy named Sam checked us in. He was very accommodating, helpful, and extremely nice. This was our second time here and this experience was extremely pleasant because of him. We prefer to only deal with Sam for now on. Nothing else compared to his level of service, at any hotel.

Went for an overnight trip with my mom. Our room was big , clean and comfortable. We stayed at the waterfront tower, which was perfect as the pool is right downstairs. Loved the pool. Sunday there was live music which we really enjoyed. There is a shuttle and the jitney outside the hotel which takes you to other casinos by the Boardwalk. We really enjoyed our visit and will surely come back. Staff was very pleasant and helpful.

I highly recommend Harrah's Resort. I've been going there at least once every summer for probably the last 18 years. Their Buffet is the best buffet in Atlantic City. Hands down. If you don't have a total rewards card stop at the courtesy desk and get one immediately upon walking in. It literally takes 60 seconds you just hand them your license and you're going to have to choose a PIN number. No paperwork to fill out it's great. Use this card when you go to the buffet I went last weekend and I'm not sure but I think it was about $45 a person I am sure that with the rewards card it's 39.99 a person. If you do a lot of gambling it can bring that price down even more as a comp. But I don't do that much gambling. You can also use it for the parking fee if you didn't have a card it would be $15 but even if you don't gamble a lot and don't get any comp like for example free parking you still get $5 off your parking fee so parking will cost you $10. They give you two cards so it's a good idea if you're with somebody to let them use your card also. That way the points add up. Last year when I went my daughter and I really didn't gamble that much but we actually gambled enough that we got there free parking. They have all you can eat crab legs and they're absolutely delicious. In 18 years I've never been disappointed in their crab legs. I also like the fact that you get complimentary drinks while you're gambling and it's just about the only casino that I've been in where when you order a wine they actually give it to you in a wine glass. I really like that. The only thing that I can say that I didn't like about my last visit was that they used to have a boozy donut shop. Oh my gosh the donuts were delicious and they were filled with all kinds of liqueurs. Unfortunately this past weekend we noticed it was replaced by a Starbucks. Like somebody needs another Starbucks. Anyhow that was a really big disappointment. All in all I would say that no matter what you do down in Atlantic City and where you gamble is up to you but you won't be gambling on the buffet at Harrah's Resort. It's a winner!

The resort is nice and has an awesome indoor pool but I would not come back. The employees really need to be trained better. They're all so clueless about everything. No one could answer any of our questions and the front desk lady didn't know how to use her computer to check us out. Took her 20 minutes to check us out. We got charged for long distance call when we didn't make any long distance calls. The most annoying part of our trip was that NOBODY PICKS UP THE PHONE when we called for room service or the front desk. Front desk only picked up when we called from our cell phones...We finally got service on the last night after waiting on the hotel phone for 15 minutes. At the indoor pool, we waited 30 minutes to be served. In between that 30 minutes we asked 4 different servers who walked by if someone could serve us. They all said "Sorry I'm not your server" and walked away. Finally, a nice server (who also said she wasn't our server) helped us. We left her a nice tip. Her and the people at the bell desk were the only people we found helpful at this resort. I would not come back....

I visited Harrah's to eat at the buffet. The line was long, but worth the wait. The staff was very friendly and took care of empty plates quickly and efficiently. The buffet had a wide variety of foods all of which are excellent. Only recommendation I have is to arrive early to try and beat the line.

I Love coming to Harrah's .Most of the staff are friendly and some look miserable doing their job . I enjoy the Live music, its. great..We always have lots of fun. Meet nice people. I do have to say they need to improve housekeeping and deep clean the rooms.. Room service is good . Their staff are wonderful. ...

Having a great stay here! The staff is so accommodating here it's almost unbelievable. Anything you ask for is quickly delivered. As an example, at check-in, I merely expressed my disappointment that we weren't able to get booked in the Waterfront Tower, but instead in the Harbor Tower. To my amazement, they upgraded me to a suite so I can be in the Waterfront Tower, and at no additional nightly cost, merely a slightly higher deposit. Everyone you will come in contact with at the hotel, in the casino, or any or the restaurants, will give you the highest Hospitality treatment that you'll ever receive anywhere. The rooms are large and comfortable. The casino slots are fairly loose as resorts casinos go. Plenty of table gaming with friendly players and dealers. A better bargain than the others. 2

The hotel was cheaper than most travel sites. Have Jitney Cabs that take you all over the city. Room was exceptional and cozy. Staff attended to every need with no hesitation. I highly suggest this hotel for all. Looking forward to staying here in the near future

The hotel has been excellent. The price was quite a bit cheaper that the hotels right on the beach and there's a free shuttle to get to the beach for paying guests to make up for that fact. The amenities are great with an awesome pool and hot tubs. We had an issue with our A/C in the room at one point and maintenance quickly resolved it. The staff is extremely friendly and accepting of alternative lifestyles. We've had an awesome stay for a quick last minute weekend getaway. I only wish some of the prices of the businesses located inside the hotel were slightly cheaper, but that is not reflective of the hotel itself. We walked through some of the other casinos in the area and we like the atmosphere at Harrah's best. We are looking forward to staying again in the near future.

We always enjoy ourselves here. I finish the music in the casino was louder/more lively. Also wish there was a little more choice in mid-range priced restaurants and/or late night options. The Pool/Pool after dark needs to re-think the layout. Not enough lounge chairs for guests during the day and it needs to be livelier somehow. Service was slow.

I can't account for staying overnight or the hotel rooms or the food, really. However, I had a nice time even though I was just hanging out for an hour, playing blackjack. The way the casino looks is very modern. The dealers seemed friendly and helpful. It appeared to be a really nice place. I definitely would recommend anyone to visit.

My friend and I stayed in a suite in the atrium tower. The room was beautiful. The main parlor had a fire place. The entire ambiance of the room was really relaxing. Both bathrooms had a jacuzzi tub, and a separate room with a toilet. We experienced some minor difficulties with the fore place, but the staff immediately sent a maintenance man and he fixed it quickly. Overall, one of the best suites I have stayed in.

I was there for a birthday party Friday night. The pool party was an experience!!! After dark and the day party Saturday happy hour was great.
The room was perfect. Clean. The bell captain department was sincere in helping us get the lougage in the cold rain. I'm going back asap

When it comes to AC casino/hotels, this one is not bad. Yes, the whole casino smells of smoke, but that shouldn't come as a surprise. You can find reasonably priced table games. Our room (atrium tower) was slightly dated and carried the same smoky scent as the casino floor. Not crucial since we were kid-less, but I would not have been happy if our daughter was with us. Then again, if our daughter was with us on a one-nighter in AC, I think it would be our parenting in question more than the accommodations.

Some areas of the hotel can be hard to get to. Rooms are very nice and well kept. Food is good but pricey. Pool is lovely. There's lots to do and see. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Conference center is great, but sound does carry through rooms.

Just did a ladies overnight Sunday to Monday. Arrived early and was down at the amazing pool before 1:30pm. The poolside lounge was nice. It made us feel like we were on an island. Drinks were kind of water down at the poolside lounge. Food was okay. A lot to do in the casino. Really enjoyed AC Burger CO. The drinks there were amazing. The food was phenomenal and the fried chicken tenders...would go back just for that. The room was clean, comfortable, and spacious. Our view from our floor was photo worthy. The beds were extremely comfortable. We had an epic overnight getaway. Going back to do the entire weekend cause we heard that the club inside the pool area is piping hot and serves up fun times. The only reason this place received 4 out of 5 stars is because of the distance from the entrance where self parking is located smh to our room was a journey. Other than that EPIC!

Beautiful rooms and facilities are complimented by the warm and friendly staff. The food was excellent. The indoor pool area is gorgeous and turns into a nightclub in the evening.

They do have an issue with cigarette smoke on the gaming floor. Even non-smoking areas were inundated with smoke, but I think that is part for the course with casinos.

We stayed in the Waterfront Tower which was very nice. Our room was spacious and clean, there wasn't much of a waterfront view but it was still pretty. Check-in was fast and staff was very helpful, they let us go to our room early as well which was great. The Pool After Dark was fun, the music was pretty good for the night.

Everything was great. Even the people who work there were great. All the employees said hello and easily helped us with anything we needed. They have the most comfortable pillow I've ever felt in my life. The bed was huge and comfortable. I slept like a baby. They allow dogs inside. I didn't have any pets, but keep that in mind if you do, or if you or others in your group have a fear of dogs. I'm sure accommodations will be made. I didn't go in the pool, but it's inside of a really cool room. Sometimes they have DJ event pool parties. Massive windows to let in sun. The elevators are also fast but so smooth. Overall, I really like the place.

stayed there on a Thursday in the marina. rooms were nice and clean. really liked how the non smoking rooms didn't smell like people had been smoking in it like other hotels in the area. casino was nice and there were plenty of different places to eat.

Had an issue while checking in. They reactivated my cancelled reservation instead of checking me in under the correct one because they never added me to the new reservation. They initially said I was responsible for the fist night, but after talking with the manager and explaining that I hadn't even been to the room yet, she said they would take care of it and I wouldn't be charged. Still waiting for the conformation that it's taken care of but overall happy with how they handled the situation.

I went for a relaxing getaway in early February. I left refreshed and recharged. I didn't have to leave the resort for any reason. Everything is onsite. My room was newly renovated so everything was new and I loved the bathroom. I had a wonderful view of the marina. The restaurant options were great. And the Diamond Lounge has full course meals...that was an upgrade on those in Vegas. The resort is off of the Boardwalk which contributed to the quiet vibe, but they do have a complimentary shuttle to their other casinos on the Boardwalk. I highly recommend.

Love the buffet. Rooms can be nice or sometimes you can get stuck in an older room that desperately needs updating. Swimming pools were closed last time but previously thought that the kid pool that is hidden in a tower could be a little nicer. Wish they had more for kids. Most people don't drag kids with them To A.C. but I find it a quick and cheap getaway. During the summer I'd rather be at Ceasars or Bailey's though because of the boardwalk and beach for my children.

We stayed at Harrah's on a busy weekend because we had a great company offer! Total Rewards is AWESOME! We had a great meal at the cafe across from the pool. Tons of table games open and easily accessible. A ton of new slot machines mixed in as well! There's always something going on there!

Just stayed at Harrah's for an overnight trip with my wife. I was very impressed with the customer service, very pleased with the hotel room (waterfront tower, 24th floor, even # rooms). Had a great view of the sunrise out of the ocean. The casino floor was very large. Had plenty of table games open and had a lot of fun slot games. Even won a little :)

Had dinner at the soft opening of Veracruz. I really wanted to love it. The atmosphere was great. The food however, poorly seasoned. If you are not going to put salt and pepper on the table please season your food! Everything was just ok.. Hopefully being that it was a soft opening there's still kinks to get worked out.

Took a quick getaway the day after Valentine's Day with my lady. Our room was spacious, clean, and the beds were super comfy. We had a quick bite at AC Burger Bar and had terrific burgers and fries. I would absolutely stay again soon !

I love this casino. Getting cocktails on the slot machine while playing is easy. Rooms are neat and sparkling. Room service is a bit pricey but very good. I would recommend this place to everyone. The resturant was a buffet. The food is fresh, spiced and cook to perfection.

I really like staying at Harrah's. The room in the Marina tower was clean but older. They have several good restaurants and some options that are available 24 hours. The casino is busy and fun. The only reason I gave four stars instead of five is because the pool is closed for renovations. The 21+ pool is my favorite part of the resort!

Great staff. Good drinks. Lots of games. The pool is absolutely amazing! Things were a little pricey but for a casino, it wasn't to bad. Definitely would go back. As soon as I save up enough money to blow in the casino.

I'm on a 2 night stay with my two daughters. The first night I didn't get the room I reserved, but the second night I received a really nice room in the waterfront towers!! Thank god I spoke to the front desk for them to switch my room for me. I'm very happy with this room. Updated and spacious....and very comfortable beds compared to the first room.

Have been here as an overnight guest a few times. Since it was the week leading to Christmas, my wife and I were hoping the mood was a little more festive but it turns out it was not so. There seemed to be less guests than usual. We decided to go to the Waterfront buffet. The buffet was okay but it seemed to lack a larger variety than we are accustomed to. The staff were all very attentive and kind. For the most part, I thought it was nice not awesome but good. I do wish the parking was cheaper.

Very nice room on the 19th floor. Loved the oversized soaking tub. King bed was very comfortable. Font desk attendant was pleasant and engaging.

Only dislike is the distance from the self park garage to the rooms.

Feeling neutral about this hotel. I mean AC is fun when you are out with your friends, and you don't really care about certain things, but when you actually sit and look at everything you can really see some flaws. The bathrooms could use some better maintenance. The service is okay, when you can find someone to help. Weekends are party zones but sometimes it is nice to come during non peak times.

Very high end and fancy. Everything is really pricey though. We had a group of 8 eat at Sammy D's. The servers there were very confusing. They had difficulty splitting bills and in the end a small $12 check out of a $300 bill got missed. Rather than say anything as we all left, they come to radio security and have them chase us down through the casino as we walked to our car to get some things. In the end the bill got paid but the overall situation was handled very poorly. Later that night we ordered from Pizza Joint. That food was delicious and the pizzas were huge. Overall our experience was good.

Me and my husband enjoyed our stay. We was turned off a little when entering room the refrigerator was turned off and open with a towel left inside.We attended a pool party the same night we got there. Pool party was amazing we can't wait until the next party. Overall the room was clean and we fell in love with King size bed and the huge bathroom

Good poker room, really friendly poker dealers. Good restaurants. The Pool is really nice.

For my first time in Atlantic City I'd say we made the right choice. It's a massive and beautiful location with great choice of gambling and restaurants. I thoroughly enjoyed The Pool After Dark - where the hotels indoor pool becomes a exciting club scene with DJ with a live performer on the night we visited. We had everything we wanted within reach, and it was a fantastic and memorable time. I'd definitely recommend this plave to those entertaining a visit to Atlantic City.

Here with 4 kids. Valet great. Tazza good. Not far from everything. Boardwalk was a nice peaceful walk. Gambling always great. Room was nice. Had a suite. More than enough room for us.

I was invited to go to Harrahs yesterday for the Veterans day. The hotel very nice and clean. The buffet was amazing! I'm still full. I utilized the casino and played the games and had a great time. This was definitely a much better experience than my previous one. We stayed in the marina side of the hotel. I didn't get a chance to go to the pool, though I wanted to. It was a little confusing trying to find consistent information on a few things but overall it was a pleasant experience.

The staff was very accommodating. Clean, nice... Plenty of dining and shopping options. Lots of games to choose from. The pool is amazing. Short walk to the other nearby casinos.

Hotel was nice. Service was great. Asked for blankets got them in about 5 minutes. Pool bar is not all it's cracked up to be. Music was very old and repetitive. Also very expensive to get in for nothing.

Harrah's is our go to AC destination. Solid rooms, many with good views of the Marina, large sized and with good amenities. The gaming has a wide enough variance to satisfy most gamblers, 96 video poker and blackjack work well for me. Good dining options, yet we still find ourselves heading over to the Pier Shoppes for sushi happy hour. Taza is great 24 Hours a day. They've redone their skywalk which eliminates the stairs, and is a nice touch for accessibility and hauling rolling suitcases. Resort fees give you free wifi, which was unreliable for us in our room, but the free parking is always appreciated. The resort seems to be hopping during the off season with business professionals stopping in for conferences, so it's great to see AC thriving for any reason.
