Not the worst and not the best. They all you can eat breakfast was really worth it and the fried chicken wings plain with ranch on the side its def my go to..Got two orders one night

Hotel is nice and clean...has a great view. Would stay again if in the area! Front desk staff were excellent and very accommodating.

I've stayed here many times in the past couple years and each time is enjoyable. It's clean yes the walls and carpet could use a new look but that's just cosmetics the hotel and staff are wonderful.

Ample space provided for companies and the career fair was insight bringing in many different companies from different sectors. Had to park below and pay $4 for the hour I was there for the event. No signs or information pointing to the event but it was easy to find.

I stayed this place once and been to the hotel restaurant twice...

Right off the highway in downtown Hartford. Only a 20 drive from Bradley Airport. Clean rooms even if they are starting to show their age. Service was outstanding.

At one time this would have been a great hotel but now you can see the signs of age. The decor and furniture is old. The staff was helpful, and restaurant served nice food. However, you will have to ignore the out of service elevator and closed for construction signs. Parking charge of $17 a day not included in room price.

The best thing about my stay was the young lady at the front desk. Her name is Deneisha and she was so helpful and sweet.

Great hotel and staff. The breakfast voucher was in my room and wasn't made clear to me where I would find it so I ended up paying for breakfast. It was made clear upon checkout. Consider explaining when you check people in and provide with room key please. The host/waitress attitude could be more friendly.

Adequate hotel for a business trip. Good service. Room was just ok. Great breakfast.

This hotel met my needs. It is very convenient to downtown and the room was very clean. When I attempted to get one of the renovated rooms at check in that I read about in reviews, I was told by Tracy that there are no renovated rooms. The rooms being renovated are being rented as apartments in the future.

The room I received instead was definitely dated, but suited me just fine. The bed was hard and you could feel some coils. The noise of traffic below was very loud even on the eighth floor. These things didn’t bother me, but keep them in mind when considering booking. Since I booked this hotel for $55 on Priceline, I was satisfied. At rack rate, I would look elsewhere though.

Great hotel, clean, really good views and nice staff. Bistro/Bar is a plus and room service is fair. I recommend.

Room was clean and staff were super friendly. The staff are the main Pro here. The lighting was odd in my room (just lamps) and aside from eggs there's not much resembling a healthy option for breakfast.

I was not a fan of the bathroom in my room.

Would stay here again but it wouldn't be my first pick.

The hotel interior is fine. Well equipped, but the walls are thin so you will hear everything from the next room. Breakfast is boring as usual and for dinner the only thing acceptable is the burger, but this is good

Great location. Paid parking, but convenient in and out. There was quite a bit of renovations going on, so seems like they were in the process of updating anything I'd criticize. Bar and restaurant on site, but plenty of options nearby. Outdoor pool was a plus. Would stay again.

The cleaniness of the hotel rooms guest bathroom was amazing, great privacy and spacious room. The service was great!

I did not stay at this hotel during this visit. However, I was one of the responding crew members for a 'routine non-emergent' emergency. Since the last time I visited here a few years back, this place has had not only a complete facelift, but has been extensively improved 'behind the scenes' . Next time I need a room overnight in Hartford, this is the first place that I'll look into.

The people who work there are always helpful and very nice. For the past 3 or 4 years I've been going there once a year, and they actually remember me! I only go once a year! The service incredible and really makes you feel at home. I always suggest it when I'm staying in Hartford.

The hotel staff is friendly and the room is affordable. Additionally the room was clean and we'll kept. However, the hallway smelt like cigarettes on a non-smoking floor and the bathroom for the lobby smelt like urine. Finally the pillows in the room are awful and hindered my sleep.

The hotel is in the middle of badly needed renovations and is located at the intersection of noisy freeways. This hotel is not for people who are looking for quiet rooms.

Hotel looked in need of renovation, carpet in room was dirty and stained. Customer service was hit or miss. While checking in was terrible, due to bell hop not helping us. Front desk was great throughout stay.

The location of this hotel extremely convenient. While remodeling was going on while I was there, it is nice to see they care to keep the place updated.

The hotel bar has awful service. Finally at the end a new bartender arrived. She was able to do more in ten minutes than the other four did in an hour. The room is warm, as it is a blizzard outside. Pillows are alright. Room is nice. No fridge or microwave.

Not too expensive but decent. There is construction going on. The bar was open late and served decent food. I'd go back. Mini gym was also OK.

The hotel looks and feels isolated but it's location is right on the edge of downtown and close to the newly built Dunkin donuts baseball Field. The rooms are old along with the hotel. The restaurant is great and a trip back to the 80's. The staff seemed nice enough. The location is what makes this hotel work. Oh and the soaps and shampoos are great too.

Friendly staff and cleanliness won me over in this old hotel. There was some workers working on the building maybe above - I heard in the morning (wasn't too early) but otherwise everyone was very friendly and helpful.

Good comfortable stay, courteous and helpful staff. Rooms are comfortable. Fairly central to city and has shuttle facility to nearby places. Not many food options for vegetarians especially during dinner

Great spot if your passing through hartford. Good highway access, not far from nightlife, and ample sized rooms. Overnight staff was helpful. Only minor issue is parking isnt incuded but i suspect that is most hotels in the area.

Great price, wonderful staff. However, i felt like I was in a converted senior living center and the room looked and felt dirty.

Hotel was clean, polite helpful staff and centrally located. The bartender was great. FYI $17 daily parking, bit you can go in and out as many times as you want in a day.

Perfect. Great price and location. Helpful staff. Clean as clean gets. Have to pay daily to park but they let you in and out as much as needed. Would recommend.

The hotel is nice and the staff was very friendly. I was able to check in at 9am and parking was available. My only complaint is that construction was going on and it was noisy while I was trying to work but that is not something that could have been helped. I would definitely stay here again.

Located on a highway! Good hotel just bad location. Staff was nice and the room looked clean and well kept. They provide ear plugs if your a light sleeper. This is a pricey hotel but you pay for a comfortable room.
