Typical Hampton. Exactly what you'd expect from the chain. Room was nice and location was good.

The hotel overall was good, however there were a few things I had issues with. I stayed on a monday night but yet there were some rather loud people outside. The bed was a little too hard for my taste, but otherwise things were great.

Clean rooms, the team members are very welcoming. They make you feel at home.

The room was very nice and clean! Service was good and breakfast was yummy. The only thing was the pool was over chlorinated but not even mad it!

The staff person on duty when I checked in went above and beyond. Rooms and hotel personel went above and beyond to make the whole stay as comfortable as possible.

Attending a meeting in the area and bank cards wouldn't work. Front desk person very nice and patiently waited for me to split room cost. My only challenge was working the heater. You know each hotel has a different system. No microwave in the room

The accommodation were excellent, but the cleaning staff kept pushing us to get out. Made for an uncomfortable morning since they started at 9:30. Checkout wasn't until 12.

The staff are extremely helpful and courteous. I didn't have the best of stays here but that was due to circumstances beyond their control. That behind said, the location of hotel didn't seem like the nicest which was shocking to me since it shared a street with a school. I can't stress enough how welcoming the staff are once you make it into the hotel.

Staff was super helpful, rooms were nice and clean. Gas station and restaurants nearby as well as the Starbucks right across the street. Easy access to the interstate and the parking lot was secured at night.

Just as the rated, it is three star hotels. But honestly the staff here is really friendly, the services are impressive and they are more than happy to provide help when I need the guidance of eating in this small city. The biggest issue I experienced during my stay was the noise...I even can hear the guys next to my room talking in evenings, some rude guests open and close door loudly in midnight, all in all, it was too difficult to fall sleep here since I always sleep lightly

It's a great and comfortable place to stay. The staff is friendly and the cleaning is great. A good alternative to stay near the Bay Area and the Central Valley.

The hot tub is horrible, didn't work right and dirty.

I stay here every time I come to Pittsburg. They are hospitable, clean, and welcoming. They service the rooms promptly every morning. The complimentary breakfast is okay, not great but it does the trick.

The sites was spacious and the breakfast was tasty. On the negative side, the floors were thin enough that the upstairs neighbor's footsteps and conversation were loud enough to wake me up at 2am. Some of the food, finish, and decor were a bit amateur as well.

Rooms are clean & comfortable. Continental breakfast is sufficient and about what I would expect from a Hampton Inn. Surrounding area is unremarkable - not unexpected, given that it is an industrial/residental exurb of San Francisco. Hotel itself is about a 3.4-3.5, location is 2.7. Average rating value about 3.2-3.3, but they don't allow partial stars.

Hotel was very clean and staff were friendly. Room was well equipped and looked quite fresh and up to date. The hotel did provide breakfast in the lobby/dining area but featured no restaurant or even a bar unfortunately. Ultimately my stay was very comfortable and I would return to the hotel if I was in the area again. Maybe look at adding a bar to serve light meals and drinks.

Some of linen was dirty. Complimentary coffee provided. Was in Tuscany room. NO A/c in the Tuscany room. Workers were nice

Very visual appealing not the best location but felt very safe. Walked to the gas station at night with no troubles. Nice breakfast with very cozy rooms. Definitely worth the couple extra bucks compared to the cheaper places around town.

It is a very nice place to stay, especially considering the area it is located. I would definitely recommend my family to stay here when visiting, as I am only here because my house a/c busted and it is 110 outside. They have a pretty good selection for breakfast. The swimming pool was really warm(probably from the sun) abd wad very nice and quiet. Overall I would say it is one of the nicest places in Pittsburg.

The good thing is the complementary breakfast. Very complete and delicious. The bad things is the hotel is right beside the freeway and made my room very loud. Couldn't sleep well.

This hotel was amazing. The breakfast was great, the room was homey and clean the location was perfect for us and our trip. We will return when we come back to the area.

Room was very nice minus the caulk around the sink that could have used some help (room 416). The breakfast was really good with multiple options from hot to cold.

This is the nicest hotel in the Antioch/Pittsburg area, and pretty much the only one that doesn't have a prostitution ring running out of it, so that's a bonus. Large rooms, comfy beds and they have a great free breakfast buffet.

Stayed here while working in the area. Front desk and house keeping very pleasant. Rooms and community areas are clean. They have an ant problem by thw spa area. And there were some ants on the ac unit but they came and sprayed the room no more ants in the room at least. Security patrols the area at night. The location is right off the highway which is good but right next to a junior high school which i did not like.

Great amenities, comfortable rooms. No complaints. Overall great experience. Gym was a little busy after 10am. Would love to come again for leisure to really enjoy what the hotel has to offer. Breakfast was good. Fresh fruit, eggs, sausage and waffles. Healthier options available as well.

Great, clean and comfortable place to stay. Remodelled and extremely nice. Finely furnished and quiet on the third floor. Breakfast was excellent and plentiful and the free wifi was decent. I would definitely stay there again.

Thankfully, A wonderful young lady named Heidi greeted us at the front desk. Heidi was the difference between me having a "postal episode" and maintaining some form of a normal, responsible adult. I have never felt so abused or mistreated as I did during this unfortunate stay at what otherwise was s nice clean establishment. The complimentary breakfast was fantastic and not only superior to any " Continental or EggMuffin" type of easily prepared breakfast offered by some of the cheaper competing Hotels. The women that run the kitchen are friendly and very much hands on. This made it obvious that they took pride in what was served and it showed in the varieties served and the fresh fruits and daily prepared offerings. The sheets and pillows were clean and comfy. The Housekeeping staff also were very helpful and friendly with only a few obnoxious foreign language loud cell phone users that seemed oblivious to any " do not disturb" signs placed on the doors. A few I'm sure we're more concerned with getting the rooms turned as quickly as possible. I would like to thank a few of our Housekeepers that did a great job and were also very helpful. A shout out to Veronica and Guadalupe 😁 Thanks Ladies. You and Heidi were standouts and unfortunately the only 3 that sincerely remembered proper decency and courteous treatment in what used to be referred to as " The Hospitality Industry". Unfortunately I can't say much positive about the Mgr. German or his Asst. Brenda as both seemed to think that they are elitist and above dealing with common folk. This hotel has promise and they are very lucky largely due to the location,lack of close competition,and one or two large corporate accounts that keep the occupancy very close to capacity. This allows the Mgmt. To " Cherry pick" and increase the rates to maximize the profit. Nice if your an Investor with the Hotel group but not do great if your a hard working paying customer that wants a peaceful nights sleep. The top or 4th floor appears reserved for the elite customers mostly who are members of those large groups whom collectively help their profitablity. We noticed the largest seemed to be the local Railroad workers or the men working on the local area refineries. They as a group of roughnecks do not ad any appeal or class to the hotel by their own actions. It was obvious during our stay that the workers almost exclusively wear steel toe boots and aside from already being loud beer drinking chain smoking greasy workers wearing bright orange safety vests that they pride themselves in making the most noise possible especially when using the stairs and doorways during the middle of the night. So if your going to spend anywhere from $ 140 to $300 for a good night's sleep, you might be able to reach your goal here but don't forget to bring ear plugs.

Good as far as Hamptons go. The room I got was in good condition, no obvious wear in general. The shower head had no clogged ports, and was an even spray, which is surprisingly rare for hotels in this chain. No one ever takes the time to hit the shower heads with a spray of draino or bleach or whatever else can dissolve mineral deposits.

It's also right next to a fast food place (jack in the box) which I think is a plus.

Great service, clean rooms, free HBO. We've stayed here several times. Seems to be more clean than others in the area. Had some issues with the room but were quickly dealt with by front desk upon notification. Free breakfast is also always a plus.

The staff are helpful, greets with smile on their faces. They appear happy to see us here, love that. Room is neat, warm and cozy. Don't really care about the $$$. With the staff positive attitude: priceless!!! Keep up!! There's very few of you!!!

We used their conference room for a sales training seminar. The room was a little small but very clean. The staff was very helpful and we went over our time by a few minutes and received no grief from them. Would definitely use this room again for our next meeting

Nice location, interesting view. Staff is alright, breakfast is nice, and parking wasnt terrible. No problems with noise, rooms are in good order, and I slept well in the bed.

Excellent staff, clean rooms, and great overall experience. Location is solid, being close to a few restaurants(Jack In The Box, Starbucks both next door), Chevron gas station, and freeway access. Best place to stay if you're in the Antioch/Pittsburgh area BY FAR!

Everything was satisfactory. The staff was very nice. The breakfast was decent. One bad thing was kids running in the halls outside our room. Very annoying.
Plus they have one particular woman at the front desk that makes you wait till 3pm to get your room. The lobby is full of people waiting. But she doesn't care. It's like a power trip for her.

We sometimes need to place our valued tenants in a temporary housing situation while repairs are being done to a home. We ALWAYS put them up in the Hampton due to the consistent service and quality. We cant always control repairs on homes, but we can control where we place our tenants.
