Very friendly, courteous. Informative. Never anxious. Always patient. And all questions. Made the stay pleasant.

Excellent hotel, clean rooms. We had a great breakfast our waitress was busy so the cook I think Bryan was his name delivered our food to our table so it would not get cold. Check in was a breeze. Much better experience than LaQuinta next door.

Beds where uncomfortable, felt like a cheap hotel. Service was good though. Everything was clean, and attendants were polite.

Nice trail along the canyon behind hotel... Nice staff at desk. The breakfast was not as good as typical Hilton Garden breakfasts somehow. Nice rooms. Quiet.

The rooms are spacious and comfortable. The staff was also really nice! The beds even adjust from firm to soft! Like how cool is that?! The only problem I had was the breakfast, on the weekends the breakfast starts at 7:00, and frankly that's too late for a lot of people including myself. The breakfast is also not complementary (around $10 if you want something warm)

Very friendly staff, eager to make your stay as comfortable as possible. The grounds and hotel are very well kept, room is spotless. Close to major shopping centers and quite a few restaurants within walking distance. Would stay again.

Good hotel, great location. The beds are really in the firm side. TV channel line up it's great and the coffee is outstanding. K-cups in the rooms make it easy to brew a cup in the morning. Bonus, there is a Black Bear Diner in the parking lot for some variety.

This was our 2nd visit and we were disappointed in the bed. Worst night of sleep ever on a broken air controlled bed. Other accommodations are still very nice but horrible nights sleep. Desk staff did comp breakfast but that was decent at best. Not sure if we'll return.

I really really loved staying here it was so welcoming.the staff was awesome from the front desk to the waiter (krissy or Kristen) and very knowledgeable about the town..the breakfast was an extra 10 dollars for the family but totally worth it..it was restaurant style with some fresh entrees served buffet style..one problem was the location of the hotel..its centrally located which is awesome as I was only seconds from town, but I have to cross two roads going right one way on a busy road. ( pipeline or pole line I don't quite remember) to get to town going left one way..other than that my family loved it..

Very friendly staff. They gave us a list of restaurants in the area and recommended their favorites, very comfortable room for a very affordable price. Adjustable beds so my girlfriend and I could each have the firmness we desired

Very upscale Hilton Garden. Very clean and elegant, food is fine, drinks are great. Slept very well, great beds.

Staff was very helpful and good at answering questions. The servers at the cafe were also very helpful in getting guest's meals in a quick manner.

Nice place. I attended a training in the conference room. The room was light and spacious. Didn't like the table cover because you can't tuck your legs under the table & the room temp was cold, but these were just minor issues.

The first room the night clerk checked us into had a plumbing issue. After letting them know, they happily switched us to another room. Rooms are standard Hilton rooms with upgraded amenities and new adjustable comfort mattresses. This location does not have a complimentary breakfast. It has a functional restaurant in the hotel. There's a new Black Bear Diner in the same parking lot though.

Standard positive stuff: Fantastically clean room, with your standard hotel decor. Check in staff was very friendly and helpful.

Not standard: They have what appears to be their own version of sleep number beds that allow you to adjust the mattress' firmness with a dial in the side of each bed, however it doesn't seem to actually do much if anything at all. This unfortunately means you end up sleeping on a very slightly soft rock with sheets on it. (Even the front desk had mentioned it doesn't seem to make a difference. :( )

I would rate things higher if the bed wasn't so firm.

All the usual Garden Inn amenities and a very friendly and hospitable staff to make you feel welcome. Great location near lots of restaurants and stores in a newly developed part of town. Wonderful stay.

The Hotel is directly West of the the mall area on Pole Line Road. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was quiet, clean and comfortable and the facilities were very nice and well maintained. I enjoyed my stay!

This hotel was really fancy I enjoyed my stay with my family on the way back from Vega. The staff there were very friendly to us and they told us every detail that we should have known.

Excellent stay here. The amenities are open 24 hours. Salt water hot tub and pool. Workout facility. Business room with computers and printers. Friendly staff. Excellent breakfast which is an additional cost or free for certain members. Delicious coffee readily available early in the morning. Beds are adjustable from firm to soft via a knob on the side of mattress. Kurig located in the room. Mini fridge as well. Cookies and fruit infused fresh water also awaited us upon our arrival.

Very typical Hilton Garden Inn. Room was comfortable if a bit small. Very nice furniture in excellent condition. Bathroom nothing special but clean. Room was quiet. Hotel has a bar and restaurant which I did not try. Breakfast not included, but is available for about $11.

I was just there to help plan a wedding. Place was decently clean but the event lady talking to us was way too shy and seemed like talking was incredibly uncomfortable for her.

Good location, plenty of parking, friendly staff. Good food available in the morning, and they provided berry flavored water in the afternoon which I enjoyed.

The room is nice and clean. The bed is comfortable. However, pillows are god awful here and the food from the restaurant was sub par. Soggy fries and bland flat bread pizza.

So far so good. Bed is adjustable, room is clean, amenities are nice. Great location. Will check out tomorrow, but I'm not anticipating any problems based on my experience so far.

Top notch experience. We were in the area due to a medical emergency,. We had a room lined up with another hotel, but they flaked out on us at the last minute. With no notice the amazing team at Hilton Twin Falls got us setup with a room, and made the entire experience no hassle for so we could focus on the situation at hand. Amazing and well kept facility, top notch staff and great service. I would recommend them to anyone. The general manager even helped me carry up our luggage as I was wrangling my 3 kids, so we could get setup in our room and get back to the hospital and my wife and child.

This was a great hotel. The beds are comfortable and the rooms are well kept. It's worth the $10-20 extra to stay here rather then the other locations. Plus the breakfast was REALLY GOOD. I had the eggs benedict.

I stayed at this hotel for work. It was a nice hotel. Breakfast was good and the service was very friendly. I liked that they had a fridge and microwave in the room. Also that the pool and hot tub were open 24 hours! Overall it was a great stay!

Beautiful room, very clean. I was impressed with how well everything was maintained. Slept great, no outside noise. Check in/out was easy with the Hilton Honors app. Would definitely stay again and recommend to friends and family.

Staff was wonderful and helpful. Room was great. And it was the best breakfast I have ever had. Sausage gravy was better than my grandma's.

This hotel has ample well lit parking. A bonus is parking near the rear entrance where the elevator is. The rooms are clean, quiet and comfortable. The A/C goes as cold as any human could want. The fridge and microwave came in handy for my 14 day stay. Breakfast choices were ample, if you walked away hungry it was your own fault. I did not take advantage of happy hour or dinner but the dining area looked inviting. I'd have given this place 5 stars except an item left behind for me from a co-worker the previous week, could not be found.

Comfortable night. The biggest plus of yours place was the eating options - dinner and breakfast. Great place to eat, even if you're not staying there. Close to a great lookout of the canyon.

The room was clean and bed was comfortable. The restaurant is pretty good considering it's in such a small town. The staff was nice as well.

We used a smaller conference room for a business meeting. The room was nice and quiet and the lunch was very good. Could have used a bigger whiteboard, but it fit the room.

Stayed 2 nights and it was a very pleasant experience. Price was reasonable and the room was large with a king bed and a couple hd tv's. The food was good too. The only thing i didnt like was the bed was supposed to be adjustable in regards to how firm it is but couldnt get it to get any softer. I have a sleep number mattress at home and this wasnt even close. In the end it was still fairly comfortable, just a lot more firm than i would prefer.

Traveling for business, is not what it used to be. However, the staff at the Hilton in Twin Falls, Idaho makes you feel special. Always a greeting, water for the room, and cookies! I stay at the Hilton 3 times a year. Always a good customer experience.

This Hilton Garden Inn was clean and well maintained. Maybe it's new. Not a noisy hotel because not situated immediately on a busy street. Ample parking, seems like a safe area. Reception was friendly. Breakfast area was clean and the breakfast assortment was good. I would return here if again in the area.

Good location in Twin Falls. The room was clean, roomy and had a good size bathroom. There was a mini fridge, microwave and a Keurig for coffee. The pool and spa were 24 hours so that was a plus too!

There is always great service at the lobby bar/restaurant and good food too. Great spot to watch the game after a long day of travel or work.

After a very long day of driving from Colorado I call the Hilton to see if they had any rooms available. She helped me out very quickly as I was coming in around 10pm. The room was very clean and the bed was so comfortable. I usually always try to book with Hilton because I know I'm going to get a nice room free WiFi and free breakfast they day after. When I walk up and ask the clerk about breakfast the next day he said they don't offer it anymore because they have a restaurant now. I've stayed at lots of Hiltons before with a restaurant in the lobby and they still offer guest complimentary breakfast the next day. For almost 150 a night I think that should still be included. I will still continue to use Hilton because I trust them but I'll never stay at this location again.

From the moment we set foot in the Hotel, we were greeted very friendly at the front desk. Check in was fast and we received 2 complimentary bottles of water. We stayed Labor Day weekend (Fri-Sat) night. The room was very clean and it had 2 queen size beds which were very comfortable to sleep in. We had our two young Granddaughters with us and having a bath tub was a big plus. The Restaurant was open from 7am-11am and from 5pm-10pm. The Hotel has a pantry that has everything from candy, chips, frozen meals, beer and wine. When we checked out we were offered complimentary coffee. This Hotel is going to be our home away from home when we come to Twin Falls to visit.

This is our stop when we travel. We have stayed here 12 to 16 times already. Convenient location, bar and restaurant on site, good food, comfy beds, clean with a mini fridge, business center, heated pool and spa and about everything else you might want. The staff have been excellent every time we go. We will not stay anywhere else. We have even begged for a room when one wasn't available since we did not want to stay elsewhere. This place is awesome and you will find it clean and relaxing.

Hotel was in a convenient location in Twin Falls. Staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel was clean. The lobby was beautiful. We didn't try the restaurant in the hotel, although it seemed like it would be better than expectations for an in-house restaurant. Beds were on the firm side, and the comfort adjustments didn't seem to work. This wasn't an issue as I prefer a firm mattress and we didn't press staff for assistance with the adjustment. Free (1.5mbps down) internet.

This is the best hotel I have ever stayed at for business. The staff is friendly and efficient. The restaurant has a decent menu and really good cooks (at breakfast they are willing to prepare anything you want). I stay in hotels no les than 70 nights per year for work in the last 11 years. This is my all time number 1.

Rooms were clean and on par with my expectations. I travel regularly and have been at their silver level rewards membership for several years now. The website was a bit misleading, the hot breakfast is not included with the room and was way over priced. The bed was sagging about 4-5 inches in the middle vs the edge.

Love this hotel!! I've been coming to twin falls every other week for 3-4 nights at a time. They are friendly and alway treat me very well. The restaurant has amazing food. Would highly recommend anyone stay here!!
