Rooms are average. Drop Ceiling over the Showers. Definitely a strange set up there. No Bed Bugs I could find so that's always good. Pretty normal, no frills place, but seems trustworthy and not a total dump.

Very nice Boutique Hotel. Clean neat excellent service will stay there again.

Although I’ve never spent an evening here, I’ve been at the pool for swim lessons and have attended gatherings in one of the meeting rooms. The interior hallways and surrounding seemed well maintained and fairly “crisp”. However, the pool left me wanting a shower....and I wasn’t the one in the pool. I think the pool area, bathrooms and general area could use some updating, cleaning and overall attention.

Well located in the main Street of town easy to find. Large rooms. Not fancy, but every worked.

Voy a usar la piscina ya que mi hijo toma clases de natación y la señora enseña ahí. Me encanta. Los baños de esa área siempre están limpios. Y mientras espero las sillas que rodean la piscina son cómodas.

Quaint. Quiet. A little run down. Carpets were really wet for some reason. TVS are old. Beds are nice. Staff is helpful.

This is a nice little hotel. There is an indoor swimming pool and a little weekend comedy club in the basement. Nothing too fancy, but very pleasant.

Went to look for a wedding block, the staff was very friendly and helpful. The deluxe building is very nice especially the suite.

Clean comfortable room with basic amenities. Staff was friendly. Not a place I'd stay for more than a couple of nights given location and lack of conveniences (you have to drive somewhere anytime you want to eat or drink).

Good place if your in westport, upgrades have done this place good, one thing though they could have closed the room doors into a hallway, there for not having the wind blow under the door, rooms are allways clean and you can have a alright breakfast in the lobby rest. In the morn.

Came here for an event in the ballroom they have. I haven't been to any rooms or stayed over. But im sure they have great room for your comfort.

Nice room, comfortable bed, friendly and accommodating staff. Located in a high-traffic commercial District. Restaurant is overpriced and portions are extremely small, however the food is delicious. A marginally better than average hotel that wants to be a luxury hotel. It is pretty standard for the price, but it does have some nice facades.

Nice place, a little small and walls are kind of thin. But a good, clean stop.

Newly updated rooms face parking lot like a motel, resulting in a very noisy night. Thin walls allow little privacy, but location was convenient and room was nice. Bed is ok, slow WiFi.

Very clean rooms! Beds were the most comfortable I have ever been in. Service was second to none. Will make it a point to stay when I travel to Cape Cod

Rooms were very clean and the staff was friendly. There is a lounge/cafe style place inside with a small selection. Great choice for the price.

Great food and great atmosphere. The chef himself came out just to check on us like a waiter. I think his name was Cobrad. He was very kind.

The Westport Inn has some great points, and a few that weren't so great. The Inn has a very nice lobby and restaurant area, which are inviting and nicely appointed. The staff at check-in and check out were friendly and helpful. The location is convenient and easy to get to from I-95. What I found a bit disappointing was the bathroom. The ceiling was quite low, especially in the shower (at 6'1", I had very little room above my head). I would have appreciated a little more space and some better lighting in the bathroom.

Clean and comfortable room. Prefer hotels with lobby and more protected access to rooms v. Rooms opening to the parking lot. Just does not feel as safe when traveling solo.

Lovely venue with top notch food and service. The ballroom is a separate building in the back.

Average accommodations. Nice bar / restaurant. Hotel staff were helpful.

I don't know about the rooms because I have not stayed in the hotel. I can tell you one thing though: The staff at the hotel are amazing! They are the most customer oriented employees that I have seen ANYWHERE! I have watched them interact with their guests and I was so impressed. Today, customer service is lacking, but not here!

Kudos to the staff and to whomever does the hiring!in particular. A 'shout out' to Carmen, Margo and Daniel!

Quaint hotel that looks nice. Exterior exterior entrances to all rooms in my building. Room was spacious, bathroom small. Shower head and pressure good, towels good. Room always smelled a bit stale if ac wasn't cranked to 66F, and mattress was unevenly soft. In room coffee was fine. Won't mind staying again, but not amazing.
