I enjoy staying at The Four points in because it's a very clean place. Prices are affordable and staff are really very nice and helpful. Four Points is conducive for me especially since I travel quite often. I'm grateful to all the for the are all very helpful. This is a very nice place to stay!!!😊

The room was clean, comfortable, and cozy. The staff were amazingly helpful and friendly. After a long day of business away from home it was the perfect place to wind down. There's a bar downstairs, coffee any time, and dining. I'd definitely stay here next time!

I was staying at this hotel and had an issue with the broken iron in the room damaging an expensive suit jacket right before an important presentation. The staff resolved it swiftly and graciously and I can't thank them enough. Props to Kiki, Cecily, and the whole team. They were responsive and fabulous. Above and beyond.

This place is great! The staff are just SO friendly, and they actually care about their jobs. They make you feel right at home when you're staying here. The rooms are a little bit on the smaller side and are a little bit old, but besides that, this place is awesome. The hotel also offers tons of free amenities that you can choose from. Great and sanitary hotel to stay at, would definitely recommend!

staff is friendly. Great location. Shopping mall is right next to the hotel. Close to the bay bridge. Beds are very comfortable and clean. Would stay there again for sure. Only thing breakfast not included so you need to pay, which is not worth it. Price for what you get you can eat better off at other resturants around the area. Over all stay I give it 5 star. They also have a swimming pool and gym.

The staff was polite, knowledgeable and really nice to interact with. The food as the restaurant needs some serious help- old salad, dehydrated scrambled eggs, toast that’s toasted on one side,...The property is very dated and tired and in dire need of refurbishment. My room and bathroom was spotless.

The Four Points in Emeryville is a great location with dining and shopping nearby. Staff is friendly and helpful. Loved my stay here. (The beds are super comfortable too)

I was attending a professional workshop (about 50 people). The event space was definitely large enough to accommodate, though the seating was arranged a little tighter than necessary. We were served breakfast and lunch catered by the hotel. The breakfast was your typical hotel breakfast (scrambled eggs, bacon, sausages, fruit, English muffins, pastries). It was decent quality and plenty filling. The lunch was braised shortribs and mashed potatoes with salad (lemon bars for dessert). Also decent and filling. The meat was pretty good but a bit heavy for lunch. The staff were attentive and accommodating. Very good service. The rooms have been renovated. Views of the city across the bay are available. Surprised to find that they have a pool, but it is a small one. Walking distance to the shops on Bay Street, an outdoor mall type area. Not close to UC Berkeley relative to other hotels and no shuttle available.

Really nice hotel. Smaller room than other same price hotels. But the best thing was the amount of parking they had. Specially for this area. Bed and pillows were super comfortable. Big TV with HD channels. Loved the complimentary tea and coffee. Had a very easy to use Brewer. Would stay again. Would recommend.

Front desk was very helpful and friendly. The location is perfect,a lot of shops and restaurants within walking distance. Room is kind of crowded and small, but ok for someone by themselves,not a family or group.

It's an affordable option, and I find the staff consistently gracious and friendly. Great coffee in the morning. Comfortable beds. With the Emery-go-round free shuttle a short walk from the front door, it's also convenient to BART for folks wanting to avoid a car rental. My one complaint after many stays is that a surprising number of rooms have an off scent. Maybe from past smokers?

My connection through SFO was cancelled and I found myself in need of a 2 night stay. The location of this hotel is OK. It's outside the city, but there are chain restaurants and shops within a few minutes walk. There is a free buscservice that stops right outside the hotel and brings you to various places in town as well as the BART station where you can get a train into the city or to either area airport. The hotel is also just a few minutes walk from an Amtrak station. The rooms are what you would expect for this class of hotel. The front desk employees were very nice and helpful. The restaurant prices are inexpensive but the food is just alright. You're better off walking to a local restaurant for dinner. Also no room service despite having a menu in the room. My biggest complaint was that I checked out at 5am. I couldn't get a boxes breakfast to go (inquired the night before), and they don't even put the coffee out until 6am. They don't offer any type of laundry service, self or paid. Normally I wouldn't even notice, but in this rare situation I had no clean clothes. The fitness center was small but adequate.

Hotel is Ok. Room needs more power outlets. And some at table top height. Internet good and plenty of channels on TV.

Took our team here and the Staff was wonderful had a great lady at the front desk Kiki, she was so helpful. Rooms were clean good rate, easy to get to surrounded by a ton of restaurant options.

Nice basic hotel. Near many places to shop and eat. The hallways always smell like marijuana but maybe that is normal for this area of California. I don't know. The staff are always excellent and go above and beyond.

The location was in walking distance to trader Joe's and all basic toiletries were available at the counter for free. Also, the room was clean and modern. The air unit was a bit loud but made up for warming up the space in a few minutes

Our room had a slightly weird smell, as if the refrigerator was old or there had been leftovers. Front desk service was nice. The water was hard to control, and it got hot or cold all of a sudden while showering. Location isn't bad relative to San Francisco if you don't want to stay in the city.

I'd stay there again. Decent area. Black Bear diner next door for breakfast and a short walk to other shops and a theater. The staff is very friendly. On the minus side, the walls seemed thin.

In a basic room with a king bed, you will likely also have a tiny bathroom. Outlets are extremely inaccessible—after a thorough search, the most visible one was that near my sink. Oh, by the way, claustrophobia-inducing countertop. Wasn't about to set up my laptop and charger there.

Pros: High marks for the excellent service. The hotel is also near a Starbucks, a Trader Joe's, and a mall, so you can find everything you need close by. Easy access to the freeway. Comfortable beds. Very clean. Not much of a view.
Cons: The place feels quite low-frills. A little dated. Next to the freeway.
Tips: Try to request a room facing away from the freeway.

Convenient to everything in the city and the Black Bear Restaurant. Suits are quite small and bathrooms even smaller. Also water temperature in shower was difficult to control.

Great service and fair value at the cafe. Love that it's within range of a Pokemon gym, keeps the kids busy. Easily accessible from the freeway. Perfect for a quality treat after a shopping trip at Bay Street

This is a nice property. I wouldn't let the one or two negative reviews scare you or make you apprehensive. While it's not worth $300/night (few hotels are), sometimes the entire area's hotels shoot up in price, and you're out of choices.

$120-$180 is fair for this place depending on the time of your visit. If you're paying more than that, you're likely paying a seasonal premium. This property is right across the Bay Bridge from the city of San Francisco, but it is in a modernized and safe area. It's close to the toll plaza, so it'll never take more than about 30 minutes to get in, even in heavy traffic. Off peak is about 10 minutes and $15-$20 to get in via Uber.

The rooms are small but well-arranged. As long as you're coming in with city standards, not "everything's bigger in Texas" standards, you should like this place. I wouldn't hesitate recommending this to a single or couple.

Right in the heart of Emeryville, this hotel has access to plenty of things to shop for. The bar downstairs is nice and the cafe is perfect to grab a bite and a coffee in the morning. The room is fairly basic, but the bed is comfortable and there's no nose leakage.

The Four Points​ by Sheraton was very nice, the staff at check in was fast and curtious. The rooms were nice with fresh bedding and towels. It was located just a short distance from the Amtrak station in Emeryville which made in a great place to stay.

Modern hotel in the center of Emeryville which if you're not familiar with the air, is right next to Oakland. A good choice if you are flying in/out of Oakland but you don't want to stay at the airport. There are restaurants right next door, nice for a change.

The rooms are modern and in a good state of repair and the internet is fast.

It was a good hotel not too far away from San Francisco. Getting to the city during the day involved some traffic but not too bad. The room was nice but was on first floor (I booked same day). There is a nice bar and place to get breakfast in the hotel. Across the street there is a diner.

The bar and eating area are really nice but there isn't a lot of room for social gatherings. The banquet room was really just a room. The walls are all bare and it's nothing to write home about. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Pretty central to a lot of good things. Yoga nearby, shopping center across the street there is a nice plaza [trader Joe's, Daiso, Marshalls, Ross, Beevmo, Lenscrafter, Nothing Bundy, etc.] and Bay St. Is almost behind the hotel around the corner walking distance too for more selective shopping, restaurants and movie theaters. There is a Public Market similar to what I would call Food Truck Swap Meet building - with some authentic culture cuisines. It's definitely pretty central to everything and within walking distances.

I stayed in room 516. The view is great. The beds just right. It is a little noise being so close to the freeway and facing the freeway.

Rooms are cramped, hallways smell weird. Staff very friendly, nice amenities. Gym humid, needs ventilation, both pieces of equipment I used were not working properly.

A pretty quaint little hotel, situated near food options and a small outlet-style strip of shops. It's on Oakland, though. If you're looking to be in San Francisco itself you'll have to cross the Bay Bridge, which costs about USD 25 on an Uber, and it can be a tad far.

Quite noisy from early, like 4:30 am, and till late because of being close to major interstate. Staff is little experienced than you would expect at a location like this.

Got a good rate for a comfortable room but the place is definitely middle market. Nothing special. At the rack rate this place would be a bad choice. All the hotels in the area are expensive and that is the only thing that makes this acceptable.

You are paying big bucks for location,THAT'S IT. Check in was fast and efficient. Used my Expedia app booking on the way there. Room has plenty of furniture,even a safe as a pro,but the room is not spacious enough for such. We walked sideways throughout parts of the room. The bathroom is roomy though as a plus. I like the convenience of it being located directly across from a shopping center plaza,movies,restaurants and more. This is important because everything in this hotel costs. Nothing is complimentary but the coffee. Beware,there is no complimentary breakfast,no even a pastry or glass of oj. For the price,it's the least they could do! I wish I booked elsewhere for that reason alone. There were other hotels such as the Doubletree,Hyatt and Marriott that offers free breakfast. Even places for cheaper have it.
Thing is upon booking while it lists the amenities, breakfast is listed alongside wifi,coffee,free parking etc...so you'd assume right???
So yea...I'm disappointed. $165 wasted.

Very nice room clean and big. However, the bathroom is a bit small. The hotel is far from the Bart station but it is close to a nice mall. The biggest downside is the price.

Interior looks nice. They are remodeling the outside, and it's obvious why they should, needs a complete paint job. Customer service was great, location is nice. Not as expensive as across the bridge, free parking, and nice shopping plaza located nearby. Would stay at again.

Rooms and service are very good. The breakfast is good also. The location is not so good, specially if you have to go to San Francisco. The taxis charge for the Bay Bridge toll.

Nice location for my personal need. The room is clean but the bathroom is very small that's why the sink for brushing teeth is located outside the bathroom makes it less convenient.
