Very nice, fairly new hotel. Rooms are bright and very comfortable. Great breakfast area with hot and cold foods. It is also next door to the shopping center. Plus has easy access off of I-45; however not so easy to go back into downtown. (Have to take the one way access road in the opposite direction to downtown and come back up).

It's a very nice hotel! I just went in to use the bathroom, but it's very clean. The location is great, you have restaurants, a shopping center, grocery stores all in walking distance.

Stayed at the Hampton Inn for 12 days for work and we enjoyed it. We did wish during our long stay that there was a microwave. But as far as cleanliness it was fantastic.

Nice and new hotel. Breakfast has a good selection. Quiet, beds were comfortable, walkable to lots of eateries. Friendly and helpful staff. No complaints at all!

Very impressed with the staff! They go above and beyond. The hotel is immaculate and new. They have a nice outside pool and provide pool towels.
Hotel gym is complete with 2 treadmills, elliptical, bike, basic weights, towels and water-everything I needed to get a great workout in on the road.
Breakfast was good and the lady managing it could not have been more friendly and kind.
Hotel is close to stores like Target, Kroger, Specs, etc, and some chain restaurants.
Highly recommend!

Omg i love walking barefoot on their carpet!! It's so soft like walking on a cloud dang near! As with any Hilton property that I've ever stayed at.... All the staff was polite and the pool felt great! Just the kind of perfect to end your traveling day!!!

I've likely stayed at this Hampton in 12 days over the last 2 months. It's wonderful! The hotel is immaculate, the breakfast is wonderful, and the staff are exemplary!!!

Where do I begin? Spencer at the front desk was awful! At the time of booking, I forgot to ask for the state rate, so upon check- in I thought I ask. Well, Spencer used words like can't and won't. Therefore, I asked for a refund and again nope... can't do... I'll have to charge you for tonight. Needless to say, I stayed the night and checked out first thing in the morning. I took my money next door to the newly opened Fairfield Inn where they were more than happy to give me the state rate! Oh the two stars came from the young lady who checked me out. She was very professional & apologized for my experience with Spencer.

Went there for a job fair, the lobby was very nice and front end staff were all smiles and very helpful in directing me to where i needed to be

Entire hotel common areas and rooms were clean and orderly... Note that it is a relatively new hotel or at least it certainly appears to be. The staff was personable, helpful and professional.
I was hoping for the included breakfast to be little more in both variety and quality.... but hey it was okay and it was free. 😉

Hampton Inn never fails to please, the rooms are always tip top as well as the hotel. Customer Service is always great. I think they bought new bed because they seem more comfortable.

Extremely pleased with the size of the room, the features available, and the comfortability of the bed. This is been one of the nicest hotel stays I've had in a long time. I plan on coming back and using this hotel during my frequent stays in Huntsville.

Room was nice and comfortable. Plenty of outlets for a business traveler and the bed was surprisingly comfortable.

In town for business. The suite was spacious and well maintained. The employees were all helpful and friendly. The snacks at check in and the hot breakfast were great. I look forward to staying there in the future.

The hotel was nice and clean, and had very friendly staff. However the gate to the pool was broken and the elevators were a little weird because the doors took forever to close. The location was nice because it has a shopping center with a Kroger, Target, Ross, Petco, Dollar store, and others,about five minutes away.

The hotel was very nice and very clean. The staff was professional and helpful. The rooms were fine and the beds comfortable. I got what I expected from the Hampton Inn and Suites.

The service was very spot on. I couldn't ask for a better time there. My drink was better than I expected.

Everyone was very hospitable, the lady who works at the breakfast spot was extremely comforting and helpful and made sure everyone was doing ok and had everything they needed. The small work out room was nice as well. The hotel had peanut butter cookies, bananas, apples, and coffee through out the day as well. Our hotel room was very clean.

I went there to attend a dinner given by a family member. I'm not sure if it was an RSVP issue or if all of the hosting rooms were small, but this was so crowded I had to run out of there to get some peace of mind. Everything else was wonderful so I would recommend them. I would warn those having an event to please make sure your guests are not overcrowded due to the small meeting/event rooms.

Breakfast is good. Close to restaurants. Only gripe is the AC in the rooms. It inexplicably gets hot at night even when the temperature is set to cool to 70 degrees

Nice modern features in bathroom (faucet, ledge under the mirror) but no exhaust fan. Pull-out shelving & desks, ottomans, and wire basket drawers were nifty. Barn door to the bathroom was different. Lack of places to hang towels to dry. Very good breakfast with great common bar-height table, as well as other tables. Exercise room worked out well. Convenient location next to Kroger store & other shopping.

The Hampton Inn in Huntsville, TX was amazing! Had the best staff, rooms were very nice and clean, the breakfast was awesome and the location was in a great place around places to eat and shop. Not one bad thing to say about this hotel. I will definitely stay there again when we come back in April.

Staff was friendly, mostly clean, breakfast is the norm, internet mostly steady. 3 stars because the bathroom, never had this at a Hampton. Hair EVERYWHERE. The sink, the toilet, and mostly the shower. All over the shower, tub, handles, walls. The cleaning service didn't do a thing to the shower. Little hairs long hairs short hairs. Hair everywhere.

Nice clean rooms. Very personable and caring employees. Great selection of breakfast foods included in room rate.

The employees were friendly and helpful. We were there for my boyfriend's job interview and when I lost my car keys, the office manager, Kelly, offered to give him a ride instead. I found my keys, but we really appreciated her willingness to go above and beyond. When he got offered the job, we stayed at the hotel again as we searched for an apartment and the staff remembered us and congratulated him. It was a nice personal touch. Hotel is also great quality. The only thing we struggled with was the thermostat and the doors slamming shut quickly. The breakfast was delicious. All in all, a wonderful place to stay!

Stayed for an interview in town. Staff were amazing and remembered me every time they saw me. The include breakfast was hot and the area well-maintained. I would definitely stay again.

This particular Hampton is located in a highly visible location and is easily accessible. It is relatively new to the area and is located next to several eating establishments as well as several other retail shopping fronts. The nights stay was in a room accommodated with a king size bed, sofa, mini refrigerator, nice television and a coffee maker as well as a nicely furnished bathroom. A free hot breakfast was offered. Front desk staff was very professional in this experience from booking the room through this overnight stay. This location is highly recommended if you are passing through this area.

Beautiful, very clean and exceptionally friendly staff!! From the man mopping the floors, to the people behind the desk, to the lady getting breakfast out - everyone greeted us with a smile! I will stay here from now on whenever I am in Huntsville!! The room was clean, comfortable and quiet. Many of the staff went out of their way to make our stay comfortable!!

Rooms were clean and comfortable, but more than that the friendly service was exceptional! We brought some snacks and a board game to the lobby area that was equipped with plenty of tables and nice surroundings. As we started playing our game we accidently spilled our snacks. "Sierra" was working the front desk that night and not only
helped us clean up the mess, but offered us freshly baked cookies to replace our snacks! Every front desk person was very cheerful and friendly! Even the desk person at check out gave us a little Travel Bag filled with water and goodies for the road. It was so welcoming and made our stay delightful! We would definitely stay at Hampton Inn in Huntsville again.

I am a high school teacher who was taking my students to a competition in Huntsville at SHSU. We booked 6 rooms. This hotel is fairly new and we had a great experience there. The front desk had our paperwork and keys laid out on the counter before we even arrived, and were very aware of procedures. It made check in a breeze. The accommodations were clean and stellar. A nice open dining area with smaller tables and a conference style table that was convenient for meeting with my group. All the rooms were pristine. Breakfast was simple yet effective. Sliced mango and pineapple, cereals, waffle iron, sausage patties, yogurt, scrambled eggs, biscuits and gravy. The lady who was in charge of the breakfast was especially friendly and thoughtful. She took the time to constantly monitor her area and make sure everyone was well taken care of and satisfied. Kudos to all the employees and the management for allowing us to have a great experience. We look forward to staying with them again next year!
