The hotel have luxurious lobby. The room is relatively clean while the carpet looks shabby. The traditional food for breakfast in the restaurant such as pempek, celimpungan, tekwan are delicious. The swimming pool is small. The hotel just have 3 lifts available for guests and during weekends the hotel has lot of guests and it really crowded for waiting the lift.

Best hotel in Palembang, new and modern.
Our 2night stay was beyond our expectations with this new hotel in Palembang. Very modern with all the amenities required by an intercity guest. The entire staff was very helpful and provided service with a smile. All the facilities are very good, the ambience are so quite because far from street. Breakfast are quite confusing while they say it will be prepared to our room, but sure the don't haha. Overall, great experience while stay. Kudos!

I recommend this hotel for its 5-star facilities, very close vicinity to a mall, and easily reachable access to LRT. Even though I encountered an issue before, but it could be amicably explained by the staff. Sure, it is worth the money to stay here if you visit Palembang.

A cozy, clean n nice hotel. Got a very good impression of its hospitality. It has very friendly staffs, great breakfast (I mean it!), delicious menus n nice architecture. I do plan to give the same great experience for my daughter as well. Keep it up!💞
