Beautiful hotel near the airport. The rooms are spacious. Pool and hot tub and gym in the center of the hotel. Also, if you want to go out and have fun, but don't want to wander, Misty's Night Club is right next to the lobby. Drinks, dancing, and live music.

My daughter's wedding was here. They did an excellent job and the food was 5 star restaurant. Steaks so moist and tender, used butter knife to cut. Rave review over the food and I had 3 entrees, steak, vegan vetables, and salmon. All outstanding and everything on time. Would do it over and over and wedding suite was beautiful.

Good staff, clean facility and good onsite bar. I was here for a wedding, but had been here in the past for company events. The experiences had always been top notch. I never stayed over night, so I cannot speak to the hotel rooms.

My family and I enjoyed staying in this hotel. The room was spacious, with a lovely balcony. Staff were nice and ready to help. We will definitely use this hotel again.

The hotel itself is close to the convention center, which is very convenient. There is no complimentary water, so that's a struggle, but the room and the bathroom is very spacious and comfortable. So far so good.

The hotel itself is very nice, and the atmosphere is great. It's relatively affordable and the management, although slow, worked well to solve our issues. The food is always great, but could be better. This is a got to place for any social events be it for work, personal, or for church. I have come here more times than I can count simply for church alone, and I would not choose another location. The bathrooms are nice, too, just in case that is pertinent to anyone wondering!

Whenever I head back to my alma mater, I always stay here. It's ridiculously convenient to Ontario airport, the staff is wonderful (and, oh, those hot chocolate cookies!) and the restaurant is about the best within reasonable distance.

I enjoy the evening at Misty's Lounge. Great place for entertainment. Highly recommended. They have a band every single night 7 days a week

Stayed here for a conference a few weeks ago. Good accommodations. At check in staff was friendly and attentive. Accommodations were great. Our room had a view of the pool area. Beds were comfortable. Shampoo, conditioner, lotion and soap was provided. There was an iron which was helpful to iron my shirts in the morning for this important meeting. TV remote was not working but staff immediately resolved the issue. I would stay here again in the future.

The only thing lacking is a microwave for each room. This was surprising. Even if i only use it for warming my coffee for 30 seconds, it's good to know one is in the room.

Really loved this place. It’s got a lot going on. The bed was so comfortable. They have an upscale restaurant if that’s your thing. But their ‘regular ‘ restaurant puts out some good food and so does their bar. There is also an upscale dance bar but no athletic wear and long list of can nots. I stayed away from there. The shuttle service is very good. Staff is friendly. Located not too far from Ontario airport.

I've only been to a few hotels in my lifetime but the DoubleTree Hilton Head proven to be one of the best. The amenities are great, staff are generally prompt and helpful, and the little things like getting a cookie upon arrival and the sweet smell throughout is wonderful. Highly recommend anyone to stay at one of these hotels.

The wings are offered in the lobby bar as an appetizer but not in the restaurant. However, our very nice waitress was able to get them for us. If eating in the steakhouse, don't order the flatbread pizza. The crust was too thick. The crab cake was delicious!!

This is for the hotel bar. I have no complaints. The bartender was friendly, made a good drink, attentive and easy on the eyes. The lounge was not open when I arrived at 1530 Sunday.

Very close to the airport. They provide regular shuttle service. Their is a convenient live Arrival and Departure screen in the lobby to get the status of your flight. Food is delicious. Customers service is excellent. Conference rooms were very comfortable, a little cold so take a sweater. Parking is usually not a problem unless there is a conference, but it's free. Starbucks located at the lobby. Wifi worked well. There are restaurants within walking distance. Overall a great experience! Love attending conferences here!

It's more of a personal preference to me... The hotel's set up is more of a maze. Everything is a little disconnected. Unless you are staying in the main building where the front desk is and the restaurants. There is also a club in the hotel (if you're into that). However, being a traveler I'd much rather go to a quiet bar and have a conversation than to hear loud music and have to yell to talk. The food at the restaurants are good and so is the service.

I have attended several professional events at the a Double Tree. Every time. The staff has been very courteous, the event center has been clean as have the bathrooms and the food was spectacular for a local Hotel. This last event, we had several hundred guests and it went off flawlessly. Highly recommend for events and this hotel is amazingly higher end for a lower range price all Said and done.

Room and service was great, but very busy with convention, wedding, etc. Hard to find parking. Hilton Honors Gold member, so "free Continental breakfast', if you want hot breakfast, it will be extra charge. Hampton Inns have free hot breakfast, which is nice. Room was clean, would go again, hoping no wedding, etc, so I could enjoy the bar.

Double Tree are very nice in general but this one is a step above the average. Food was above par and service was great. The location is quite convenient in many ways.My only complaint was the layout. The property is very large and it was quite a trek to my room. That not withstanding I will book here again when in the area.

Spacious and generously appointed rooms, we are particularly fond of the large closet. Excellent amenities, coffee makers, refrigerators and blow dryers. Wouldn't mind a microwave. We've been well treated by staff arriving quickly with extra towels. Quite pleased. Also; cookies.

I attend many professional events at this hotel and their food and catering service is amazing. It's better than most highly rated hotels that I travel to out of town/ state. The only complaint I have is it's always very cold in there.

This place was great! Rooms were newly redone, comfortable beds, nice bathroom (although low shower pressure), helpful staff, and personal balconies. Not to mention a nice pool and Jacuzzi, fancy garden fountains, and on site bar and night club (although we didn't go here). Hardly even noticed the airport sounds. Would definitely recommend this place and stay again.

Rooms need updated shower heads because the current ones use tons of water. I felt bad showering especially since the hotel asks you to help conserve California’s precious water by reusing your towels.

The rooms generally are a bit dated and worn for a three star hotel and the associated cost. Beds are nice though. Mini fridge and microwave in rooms are handy.

Interior courtyard has nice patio furniture and attractive pool area.

Stayed in what they said was the newly updated room. First room I was given the A/C blower motor was rattling non-stop. Was given a room across the hall. No A/C rattle but windows were not sound proof so noise from pool all hours of the night. Oh well.

The facility get a five star. Customer service at the front desk get a 2 star rating. They seemed very young and uninterested in my needed accommodations. They did not greet me when I approached just kind of looked at me. The bartender for the vineyard was kind patient. She was very busy but I'll give her a 4 star. Food available in the restaurants start at a low of 10 easy and up. On sight gym was nice seemed clean until you looked above the door frames. Very dusty and covered in spider webs. Our room was also a 4 star clean and cozy.

Only stayed for a few days on business so didn't really check out all the facilities. A little dated but has character, rooms were clean, bed was comfortable and they have dining on facility. Worked for my needs as a business traveler.

This hotel gives you exactly what you pay for. The lobby and the bar slash restaurant are in pretty decent condition, it looks like they were renovated recently. But we had to stay in building number 2, which is a long walk from the lobby past the pool through building 1 through another parking lot and then you get to building number 2. Are rooms seemed like they are original from 1970. But with a newer TV. There are not many plugs for your electronic devices and the room still smells like it used to be used as a smoking room. Not the best quality room but it gets the job done for the price.

We had a very nice experience in this hotel. The rooms were clean and the service was excellent. There was plenty of parking and on site amenities, such as pool, hot tub, fitness room, Starbucks and restaurants. We would stay here again. The only drawback was you have to pay for WiFi.

Had a very pleasant experience at this hotel. I had my family and guests stay there for my son's wedding and they also enjoyed their stay. The rooms and bathrooms were very roomy and clean. The pool area and the courtyard was beautiful too.

This is a nice property right next to the convention center. Stay was pleasant and comfy. Proximity to the convention center is the main reason i stayed here. Airport and shopping/restaurants very close. On site restaurants were good. Overall a good place to stay in Ontario

I really enjoy attending events here. Whether it's a professional event/conference, wedding reception or company party, the staff is always friendly, attentive and professional. I've never had a problem here, unlike other venues in the area. And in my opinion, Hilton Honors program is the best hotel loyalty program available these days.

If you are in town for a convention, or a vacation, this is the hotel for you. It isn't very expensive and it's location is perfect for walking a very short walk to the convention center.

Appears to be recently renovated. Rooms and common areas look new. Friendly staff, free parking, Starbucks in the lobby. Porter's restaurant on site has great steaks and seafood. Will definitely return if in the area again.

Amazing location, great staff. The Starbucks is good tasting with a polite staff. Great architecture and front entrance. A lot of time and love went into the construction of this building.

I stayed here for work travel for about a week. I've stayed here before and have enjoyed the hotel, but this time had a few snags. The AC was leaking water on the floor in the bathroom, and they charged an early checkout fee, which was new. Still a nice hotel.

Very nice, better than the average hotel pool area. Water fountain and beautiful landscaping is so relaxing. Bed was comfortable and bathroom was remodeled nicely. We got lost getting back to our car and we ended up in a hopping disco bar, wish we had time to stay longer!

Beds were comfortable. Rooms are nicely done. The in-house service was great! However, the bar service needs a huge improvement. The bar-tenders, and the check in counter lady for the Misty lounge and Vineyard lounge were extremely rude not only to me, but another couple behind us. Drinks were not properly mixed.

Went to a party in one of the ballrooms here. This is a very nice place, clean and elegant. Good food. But I didn't get to eat one of those cookies that they're famous for, so that's my only complaint.

Very nice property but some of the room decor could use an update. They they have a beautiful open court area in the center of the hotel. A very nice pool facility. The staff is great.

The location is great, near malls and restaurants. The room was nice and spacious. The only thing that was lacking was the service. The people were nice but didnt give any information about the resort. I kept having to ask questions to find anything out.

This double tree location was spacious and has many conference rooms, each equipped located within proximity to restrooms, parking, and staff. Service was exceptional here. I attended a banquet here for civil engineering professionals and the catering service as well as the food was good. There is even a vegan entree option for those interested. Also due to the hotels proximity to the airport, traveling to and from the airport was a no brainer. Traffic was obviously non existent considering g you take side streets from airport to hotel. The hotel grounds were well kept, concierge desk, overall interior is up to date and contemporary, and cozy. Air conditioning can be a little on the brisk side but it's the inland empire. Weather can be drastic here I guess. Overall, a great hotel. I had a good experience here. If you are looking to plan a banquet or other events, this is a good place to consider.

My stay at the hotel was great. However I left a high-speed factory phone charger in my room, and didn't want to buy a new cheapo one at the airport shops.... By the time I realized it, I had gone down the street to the airport, and checked in so I called the hotel desk. The lost and found person, and the driver took the USB charger and dropped it off at the airport for me. Exceptional service.

I love the space. The bathroom is clean and bright just enough for me. The room is conveniently located. I just think they might be too crowded as every time we called the front desk, we got hanged up upon right after they heard our request. However, our overall stay

The room is fantastic! I slept like a baby on the bed, which is really important when you're spending all day socializing with alumni! The beds in the third floor Honors rooms must be some kind of memory foam, because they're more comfortable than what I have at home. The bathroom is comfortable with a nice shower and soft towels, and having two sinks inside and outside makes sharing less of a burden. The room was quiet and a good temperature without needing to turn on A/C. I can't justify a full 5 stars for a couple reasons, though. First, the room doesn't have a fridge or microwave. When you're staying a few days in one place, being able to store and warm up some leftovers is a missing convenience. Also, the hotel has a fancy breakfast, but it seems a bit pricey... Luckily there are several great breakfast spots in the area. (I'd recommend Red Hill Coffee Shop!) Last, I couldn't get the blinds to close all the way, so come 7am sunlight is streaming in. All in all, a great room but the are a couple small things that might annoy you.

This hotel is excellent. From a Starbucks inside, a nightclub, distinguished bar/lounge, fine dining, spacious- clean- up to date well sound proofed rooms, numerous sophisticated conference rooms and their eloquently decorated -quite enormous- Ballroom. By far one of the best, if not the best, hotel I've ever stayed in. I have stayed in many hotels and have paid alot more for far less. Great place to hold a convention. Their staff did an excellent job taking care of us Alpha Gamma Sigma Honors Students for our Spring 2017 State Convention. Thank you to the professional and courteous staff-includes all of the Double Tree Ontario Employees. Bravo!!!

Convenient to every place I needed to be. Felt Safe and Rooms were Clean. Housekeeping was terrific and I would stay here again. Did not give 5 stars just because Hilton Honors Breakfast was lacking...

Everyone here was friendly and so helpful to the WWII Veterans that stayed so they could take their flight out of Ontario Airport very early the next morning. They were all treated like Royalty and appreciated all they received. The Honor Flight-Inland Empire thanks you and looks forward to our next stay in June!!

Loving the new renovations. So plush and opulent. Decor is looking fantastic. Their signature steakhouse restaurant is mouthwatering delicious. Do not miss eating there, you'll regret it if you do.

Attended a wedding there. It was beautiful. My wife and i had a wonderful time seeing our friends, Gus and Katherine, get married in the beautiful courtyard. Afterwirds delicious food and drinks were served in a lovely banquet hall.

I arrived thinking this was going to be just another hotel conference for a weekend. What it proved to be was the ultimate in service, comfort, cordiality, as well as an inspiring learning experience. The conference rooms were easy to find and had just the right amount of space.

I attended a trade show event at the Double Tree by Hilton Hotel Ontario Airport. Everything was very neat, clean, and well organized. They served us lunch, which was very delicious! The staff was very attentive and took care of everything.

The location is right off the 10fwy. The has a nice cozy feel without feeling that you're in a big hotel. The lounge in side hotel is Misty's Loung, which is a great place to have dinner, dance and listen to a live band. It's a mature atmosphere.

Hotel was in the midst of renovationsso the hall way was full of old furniture and the elevator looked a little scary but once we got into room it was nice. Usually when we stay at a hotel and get free continental breakfast they number you up to the future buffet breakfast but they didn't here. Which was fine, they just didn't do anything extraordinary. I would stay there again but ask for a room farther away from the lounge - sounded like a awesome club with the music bumping but I wanted sleep and it took me a bit to get sleep.

Staying at the Doubletree is always pleasant. The rooms are always clean and I love the breakfast. They always are thoughtful of my needs and always willing to help. Bassam comes out and shakes my hand and welcomes me. Feels like I am on vacation when it's just a work visit

I attended for a professional training. The staff provided excellent service and the facilities were great. The airport shuttle service was also excellent.

The event was a hotel catered work event with about 300 people. The food was great for a buffet style venue and the staff was currtious. We had several open bars and as expected the drinks were a "tad" watered down and bottom Shelf alcohol but again to be expected. We had about a dozen big screen TVs to watch the Superbowl and the speaker system in the conference room made it easy to hear the game all In all a great event and the Double Tree served us eell

Very convenient location, and friendly staff. They told me my room was in the "new" building, so I was anticipating a newly remodeled room. The room looks to have been recently renovated, but was not very clean, there were rips in the wallpaper, and broken tiles in the bathroom.

Nice hotel but late night crew is not very friendly. The showers are weak probably cause the shower heads haven't been cleaned so they are clogged. Cleaning crew vacuums outside the rooms in the morning to make sure everyone gets up so don't plan on sleeping in. I will not be staying at this hotel again. Even the breakfast for Diamond members is sub par and it's only a cold breakfast not a made to order.

The facility is of a large size; with much of amenities including a pool, gym, food, and more. Staff is very friendly and helpful. The layout although is slightly confusing. It also gets warm in this area so I would advise that you turn on the AC. The room contains a bed, fridge, TV, coffeemaker and of course a bathroom. Its always very clean. Unfortunately the room that I had stayed in had a broken toilet so we were forced to flush by pulling on the string. Around the hotel there is food, specifically in n out, which is nice. There is more food in a one mile radius, so you'll need a car.

Was there for a company holiday party at night. It was a casino night theme. Great venue. Good food. Would visit again.

Upgraded and clean with easy access to the Ontario Convention Center. The breakfast buffet has a ton of great options.

It can be better. They need to update the bedding and furniture. But the lounge called Misty's is pretty cool. Great drinks and bartenders are friendly.

Went to the Double Tree by Hilton to take the State Water Board, Water Distribution Test. The tests are held here twice a year. There is ample parking. Very easy to walk to the ballroom and take the test. The ballroom is huge and beautiful. I really enjoy taking my tests at the hotel.

Nice place. Loved having the onsite Starbucks. Looked like there was a lot of good food options within the hotel too. They catered nicely to the Nocturnal Wonderland crowd.

Always go there for kirby conventions, there always fun. We take one of the ball rooms and talk about goals and what not. Service there is good. Nice to have a bar too

The room was clean upon entry, the only thing that stopped from a 5 star was an odd odor. Not sure if we just got used to it but it is what it is. Food was great tasting and service was quick.

Came for a conference in one of the ballrooms. A modern looking place with fantastic d8ning options. Bring a jacket, the ballrooms are super cold.
