Room is spacious and clean. Toilet and bathroom are separate giving more individual space. Bar table near entrance provides convenience for eating and putting hand carry items. Housekeeping staff are very friendly and nice. Concierge is very helpful to queries and booking ferry.

Nice view. However, don't like interior design of its rooms. Big enough, No feeling of home.

I like the location of the hotel which is very quiet and price is reasonable. We can go to others hotel like MGM, Waynn, Studios city by shuttle bus. I enjoy restaurant in the City of Dream.

Normal Macau 🇲🇴 hotel. Very friendly staff. Rooms are nice, but slightly warm down. Good value for the price. ^^

Really liked the way it’s done. Nice swimming pool and terrific gym, everything is new there! Volleyball ground is top notch and I’ve never seen one in any hotels I stayed in. Rooms wise - they aren’t the biggest or interior isn’t the poshest I’ve ever seen, however everything you have to have is there. A bit strange why they made a toilet detached from the bathroom but it’s not the thing to complain. What I would look after better though is the front-desk: while checking-out a concierge got confused whom to serve: us being first in the queue or a Cantonese-speaking family, which decided to jump in from nowhere. Other than that, it’s a nice strategically located hotel.

Now is counting down for the coming year renovation. A creative sand painting countdown method with 6 different nationality’s people to do sand painting is a key attraction for visitors. Great swimming pool with pool side bar for drinks amazed us. It is a great hotel with simple breakfast and good quality food.

Haven't got the room yet but the check in experience isn't nice, in fact it's very very slow. We've been standing in the line for almost 45 mins and the line isn't that long like less than 10 guests, if the process is that long, why don't you ger more staff to do the check in? Or simplify the process....

The casino was very boring.. great if you want to go to a casino just to gamble. If you are looking for entertainment, a place to sit and have a cocktail etc then pick another casino!

Nice new and modern style

The Hotel room was excellent but poker had stopped, zero atmosphere and the breakfast was poor and expensive. Concierge was very helpful.

We stayed here for 2 nights in Macau. Big rooms, good view, professional staff, great casino. Walking distance to all other major hotspot hotels and casinos. Satisfaied with our stay here. This was previously known as Hard Rock Hotel I guess. Breakfast can have more options from Indian subcontinent. Overall great stay.

We really enjoyed celebrating our Wedding Anniversary here. The location is very convenient, it is just a walking distance to other attractions. Service is excellent with very helpful and friendly staffs. The room is cozy, luxurious and very spacious. The view from the room is amazing. We have tried their brunch as well and it was great.

great hotel providing a more comfortable stay . bigger , cleaner rooms in contrast to neighbouring hotels such as Sheraton and Conrad , great facilities as well!

Very happening place with a lot of performances, the portion of the food is very big, so don't order too much if you can't finish.

There was so much to do! It's comnected in the City of Dreams, a multi shopping/hotel/bar and restaurant metroplex. Moreover, this place has such style, as all Hard Rock Hotels are, and the staff is!so kind. The room we stayed in was amazingly clean, and had all essential amenities. Lastly the casino downstairs was humongous, and full of life. We will stay here again if we get a chance to go back to Macau.
