Room was not fully cleaned. There were curly hairs on my counter. Outlook for the coffee maker doesn't work. Was given the wrong password for the Wi-Fi initially. Man at the front desk quite brusque. Room clean and comfortable and well laid out.

We had to find lodging during the pandemic and I was nervous about cleanliness. At check in we were assured that the rooms are only available every three days after they are thoroughly cleaned. Our room was immaculate!

We stopped for a one night stay on a long drive home. The rooms were were recently renovated and looked better than I was expecting; however, the outlets and breakers were in pretty poor condition and were not tamper resistant (electrician husband notices those type of things and when they are not up to code/potentially hazardous). The staff at the front desk however were very accommodating and incredibly pleasant. The breakfast options were few but sufficient. We would stay here again but would hope the owners would have updated the unsafe electrical issues by then.

Clean room. Quiet at night. Simple breakfast. Desk clerk was awesome. They had old towels to use to clean bugs off my bike.

Clean and well appointed with good WiFi and firm mattress but air-conditioning very loud and inconsistent. Plenty of road noise in front rooms. Friendly and efficient staff. Underwhelming continental breakfast. Good price, and you get what you pay for.

Wonderful stay! The rooms were newly renovated and very clean. The hotel is located near downtown across from a lovely museum. It was quiet with plenty of parking. Quick walk to cafes and pubs. The manager and his wife are warm and caring. They gave great recommendations for places to eat, places to get gas, and were genuinly interested in making our stay comfortable and enjoyable. They also gave my son a little stuffy as we were leaving, so sweet! It is a little gem, would recommend to anyone.

Very clean, the owners are very attentive and friendly. Rooms are spacious. Right in the middle of town. So we we're able to do many of the things in town. Also it was not very expensive.

Great deal for the money. No breakfast, have to pay extra for wifi... but it is safe, clean, comfortable and cheap.

We got cold at night, the heater was too loud to leave running while we slept. Bathroom was clean, and the room was fine. If you come during a snow storm see if you can get an extra blanket when you check in.

The room smelled somewhat weird and the tv stand was broken. But other than that, the room was comfortable and had everything we needed.

Nice rooms and really good Wi-Fi

Surprisingly nice. On the outside the area may look a little iffy, but once you are actually here it is really nice. The insides of the rooms are very well equipped, there is wifi, and everything is very clean.

Even when the motel was packed due to a motorcycle convention of some sort, there was no problems from any noise or with any other people staying here.

The only actual downside to this motel is that there is very limited parking. However, it is worth noting that there are a few street parking spots near the motel, and across the street is the Pendleton Library. So while the parking may fill up, you can always find parking fairly close.

What a great little place, we got in late, one of the owners checked us in, he was very nice.

Obviously not a four star hotel or anything, but the service was great, everything in the room worked well, and the area felt safe.

I stayed there less than a week ago and my initial review was very good. BUT today I get a security message from the credit card I used and there was attempted fraud on my account! I hadn't used that card in over a month. I had wanted to pay in cash, but they wanted a card!

The bed was hard as rock, we debated just sleeping on the floor. We also booked a queen bed and received a full which usually wouldn't be that big of a deal unless you're sharing the bed with your mother and would like to not be completely squished. The walls are thin so you can hear everything going on around you as well as the loud pipes rattling to go along with the small bathroom. Breakfast wasn't worth much besides a decent bagel. The really only positive thing was that it was clean and the woman behind the desk was friendly.

The rooms are adequate. Parking is limited, we had to park on the street the first night. Staff is friendly and the continental breakfast is ok but lacking in protein options. Overall for the price I am more than happy about our stay.

Simple very clean accommodations in a quaint little town. Friendly staff, room has all you need. If we ever go again i would get a room on the back facing side which is likely less noisy than the street facing one but the noise wasnt enough to keep us up after a long drive.

Located within walking distance of almost anything you want to see in Pendleton and certainly the historic downtown district, this little hotel is perfect. Is it the Ritz? No. But I don't stay someplace to spend it all in my room. The front desk is friendly and VERY helpful. I was in town for a dog show and was close enough to plenty of open park area as well as the beautiful Riverwalk path for my Newfie and I to explore and just roam around. The price is great, the rooms clean, and I can't think of what else you might need in a place to sleep.

I wanted to add one more note about the front desk during my stay. As I mentioned, I was in town for a dog show. My Newfie was treated like royalty and I was asked each day how she did. That made my stay feel even more special. I was not just a body filling a room, I was a "guest" in every sense. That sort of hospitality is simply not seen so much these days. I did not feel like an anonymous figure just handing over money. That alone will make this hotel my "go to" anytime I am in the area.

We really enjoyed our stay here. We've been driving from Kansas and making our way west in the middle of a snow storm and this place was an excellent place to unwind all the stress from the day, have a hot shower, and relax in a comfy bed. The man who checked us in was very friendly and even came out to the street to guide us into the parking lot when we were a little lost. We were also able to park our uhaul and truck in the back. There is also a super tasty Mexican restaurant just around the corner. Full 5 stars in our book. Call ahead instead of walking in.. the prices are cheaper that way :)

my brother and i got stranded on a road trip when my car broke down we ended up staying here they were so nice they made sure we were okay brought treat to my brothers dog and and the rooms were very nice and clean tv work great and a/c was cool thank you to the staff
