i am the guy whos vape exploded in his pants while walking into his room i am on here looking for the man who took pictures of everything i need the pictures to help me out with a lawsuit if anyone can help ide appreciate it.

A decent place, good location. Room was a bit small but clean. Front desk (Anita) was a sweetheart. Very accommodating to get us in early so we could dress for a wedding. Breakfast was good with many options to choose from located in a bright clean cafe style room with plenty of tables and booths.

Pretty basic. Small gym with ellipticals only. Decent if all you need is a nice bed, coffee and shower

Nice staff trendy looking rooms, however note rooms are smaller than normal due to previously being a different hotel, parking spots are tighter, ok for singles and couples but not ideal for large families with kids due to size and lack of kid amenities

Spontaneius trip. One night stay. This was the least expensive hotel near St Francis hospital. Small but we spent all our time in the hospital so basically needed sonewhsom to skeesands shower. The gentleman at the checkinc desk was WONDERFUL. Super friendly and welcoming. Was disappointed that there's no fridge or nicromicr but it is an Holiday Inn EXPRESS. Price should be a little lower however due to the location iseeI why they charge so much for such a small room.

Attended a wedding at the swan club and stayed here for the night with some friends. Nice sized rooms. Breakfast wasn't good. We forgot to bring toothbrushes with us and they provided us with complimentary ones which was definitely appreciated. Overall, good experience.

Inconsiderate people in hall from 2am to 4am. Wanted to call front desk but phone wasn't working - safety hazard. At breakfast, all the juices were water!!

Clean. Reasonably good service. Normally terrible hotel breakfast. Tiny tiny rooms and bathrooms. The printer for guest use was broken when I was there.

Tiny everything: elevator, Luggage cart, parking spots, room, desk, bath! No suitcase stand.Modern though. Great staff! Jessica at front desk wonderful. Not one building! Cannot drive up to check in! Must park, bring stuff to lobby, and engage elevator there. Very strange layout! Evil USA today paper. Breakfast til 9:30.

I am genuinely conflicted over this review. To begin - the hotel is structurally fine. The rooms are modern and decorated accordingly (If I'm not mistaken it's practically brand new construction). And as far as location goes, one could do worse than the Roslyn area. That all said, this is one of the smallest hotel rooms I have ever stayed in. I mean comically small. And not small but decorated with an eye toward the limitations of the room, either. This is just congested and small. Now, if you're here because you need a place to sleep while you spend your waking hours wandering the city, great. You'll likely trip over your suitcase a few times, but no great loss. However, if you, god forbid, are in town on business, you are going to somehow have to figure out how to get any kind of work done in that room (and I apologise, but that eight inch deep shelf you're calling a desk just doesn't cut it). So. It's..kind of nice? I'm not sure I'd stay here again. But as I said, it may work out for your needs.

The person who SAID they would tell us when our room was ready DIDN'T but the kind person who checked us in at 3pm was very accommodating and kind... As a matter of fact he even dropped everything he was doing to get our television working. Bottom line - he was great! You could tell he really cared and wasn't acting like we were bothering him like the first person we encountered. The room we had reminded us of our tour in Japan where matchbox rooms were the rule. If you're looking for workspace or room to move about in your room, suggest you find a place that isn't built on a postage stamp lot and tries to cram as many rooms as possible in such a small space. Breakfast crew was exceptional but it was hard to keep up with the large crowd. We don't plan on returning.

Awesome little hotel. Rooms are nice and quiet, good breakfast, but no mini fridge.

The hotel was clean and the breakfast was delicious. The place is a bit on the small side and when I called there I told them I would be parking a 26-foot Penske box truck and they told me it was no problem. When I got there I found the space for the truck was extremely limited to a side yard that I had to back all the way into. Would recommend staying here it's a nice place but if you're driving a truck I would say pass on this one.

Nice beds, friendly staff, decent breakfast.

However the smell that the air conditioning units emit is absolutely unsettling. The smell of mildew every time you walk into your room is overwhelming. Had to open the windows and turn on the bathroom fan to appease the smell just a bit.

Parking would be a nightmare for those who have a hard time parking in general. There are large columns every two lots which get in the way of parking in one fluid motion. The driveway is very narrow, which only fits one car, but is a two way driveway.

No mini fridge is somewhat inconvenient.

Bathroom was satisfactory. Always enough towels provided.

I wouldn't recommend this place to a friend or family unless they needed a very short term place to stay.

The room was smaller than I would imagine and getting up to the room was quite hard. The walls where thin and I could people talking on the other side of the road. The one thing that I really liked was the hospitality of the staff. They were very nice

Clean, modern rooms. Easy parking.

Was awoken in the middle of the night by the smell of cigarette smoke. The use of in wall A/C units gave it more of a budget feel than I was hoping for. It kind of felt like a college dorm room complete with ikea furniture. It was inexpensive and last minute so it was more than adequate in a pinch.

It's a shame, I've been to good Holiday Inn Express locations, but this is not one. For starters, this is a microtel. There isn't even a closet, or a table/desk which you can actually do work at. The furniture looks like the stuff you'd see in a dorm room. Everything is designed with an air of cheapness. Even the air itself, which has a plastic-y smell throughout the hotel. I was very surprised at all this for the price. I stay in the area regularly, and have gotten some pretty nice rooms for the same price they charge here. On a positive note, the place was clean, but it isn't enough to redeem the overall depressing air of cheapness and cut corners. I will definitely never stay here again, and will think twice before booking a Holiday Inn Express in the future.

Its a mediocre HI Express. Be careful pulling in to park... entry/exit is somewhat blind and only wide enough for a single vehicle

About what you would expect from an affordable hotel on Long Island. Staff is pleasant and accommodations are decent. The parking lot was easy to miss but all in all happy with room.

This review is written keeping in mind this is a Holiday Inn Express not the Ritz Carlton. That said, I really liked my stay at this hotel. Stuck in my room due to heavy rain so you get an extra detailed review

The good stuff;
- Great location in upscale Roslyn right by Manhasset. Easy access to all you’ll need.
- It is very clean.
- Nice décor, modern but cozy. Keurig coffee machine in the room!
- Very comfy beds. Good quality sheets and comforter. Comforter is sandwiched between two clean sheets so no nasty comforter that never gets washed.
- Bath towels are plush, not used to that in a motel type hotel.
- Two USB ports. One at the desk and one by the bed. Really came in handy for charging my phone as I temporarily lost my wall plug.
- Above average breakfast spread. The coffee is delicious!
- They brought in a ton of pizza, chicken wings and soda for Monday night football. Unheard for this type of hotel (or any hotel for that matter) nice touch.
- The staff is very friendly.
- Lotsa restaurant choices within walking distance. They have a great printout of the restaurants with distance from the property. Very helpful.

The not as great stuff (no property is perfect);
- As other reviewers mentioned, the room is small. Might not be great for two people for an extended stay or if both need to spread out the clothing. I was by myself and used the second bed to layout my clothing so no problems for me. One person should have no issue. Remember you’re in a nice area on Long Island, expensive real estate.
- Single lane driveway into the parking lot. You might have to backup to allow the person to enter from busy Northern Blvd. I didn’t see it happen during my stay.
- Wifi issues on both Android then PC. I’ve had zero issues on this 2.5 week trip until this hotel. But…with persistence and then tech support I got it resolved.
- Heard a guest mention that he had trouble sleeping because of the road nose (his room was near the main road.) My room was set back and the noise is minimal, not an issue.

Would absolutely stay here again!

Rooms were quite small feeling. Might be normal for NYC, but for us visiting from small towns, it feels very cosy. Breakfast was good.

Love this place! Very nice/safe area. Many stores near by. 15 minutes from train station. 20 minutes from USMMA. Clean rooms, great service. Great pizza place and a steak house next store. Breakfast was good as well.

The room and the hotel is small, but the service is perfect. Everyone is nice and accommodating. The breakfast is terrible, but again, the service was excellent.

Place waa great for a one night stay. The toom had a certin musk about itself. Other than that no issues. Very clean.

Very comfortable bed. Convenient to Northshore University Hospital. Entrance to parking was a bit tricky to find but otherwise quite nice.
