Property's Green Action
To protect the environment, we are reducing water use, energy consumption and recycling waste with the goal of limiting our carbon footprint. We integrate sustainable development into our operating procedures, contribute to preserve local communities and the natural ecosystems in which our hotel is located. With all sister hotels, we have already planted three million trees as part of a global reforestation project supported by the United Nations. The last but not the least, we engage our partners and suppliers in their sustainable development strategy and integrate them into the responsibility chain.

Certifications
Planet 21 Bronze
AccorHotels created an action plan that offered actions listed below to promote sustainable development, tailored to the hotel context. Those initiatives are structured into 4 pillars & 2 specific issues:
- PEOPLE: Raise employees’ awareness of the eco-friendly practice
- CUSTOMERS: engage guests in a sustainable experience
- COMMUNITIES: work hand-in-hand with local communities for a positive impact
- PARTNERS: co-innovate to open up new horizons
- BUILDING: Move towards carbon-neutral buildings
- FOOD: Strive for zero food waste & healthy sustainable food
Then, to go even further, each hotel selects other actions from over 60 additional initiatives. This flexible system enables it to build its own program in line with AccorHotels’ commitments, but also reflects the hotel’s local characteristics:
- Its prior level of progress on sustainable development
- Its priority areas for improvement
- The environment and local issues
A weighting mechanism establishes the action achievement level with a score that places the hotel around the higher levels. Each level marks the progress hotels are making in implementing the Planet 21 program.

The hotel it's ok. The rooms are quite clean and more or less spacious. The breakfast costs 7.5 euro but there aren't many options from which you can choose. You can go to the centre of the city by Uber which is very cheap.
Overall, it's ok.

Overall a good hotel which provides free parking and a digital check-in (via smartphone - the key awaits for your arrival).
The hotel is located 10 minutes drive from the airport, and the bar works 24/7.
Room was quit good, especially the comfy bed. The downside was the sink which drained very very slowly and had a terrible smell while doing so.
The breakfast was surprisingly good.

Food portions in restaurant are small and way overpriced did taste nice, only given one pillow each and when I asked for another one they said no we don't have any, had to put a towel under the one I had, very poor!

Excelent for business. Normal standard, with quiet room and basic clean look.
Breakfast it's not amazing, but sure very positive. You can also squeeze oranges and get a fresh made juice.
Negatives: very small parking lot, and you may have to leave your car outside hotel's perimeter.
Shower's water is just warm, some people may find it not hot enough. (I guess it's for money and environmental saving)

Typical ibis experience. Comfortable beds, good standard of cleanliness. Fast internet and a tasty breakfast. On The outskirts of town but fairly easy to get around. Good if you have a car

The rooms reminded me of cruise ship rooms, but they were clean and comfortable. The staff was very friendly and helpful, though not all of them spoke English very well. However, they still tried very hard to meet all our needs.

Good Ibis hotel. Nice bar and restaurant area with an open kitchen lay-out. Menu limited to 'build-your-own' burgers and some standard options. Away from the Lisbon city centre. Closer to Belem. Bus service to Lisbon. Good car connections. Check-out took way to long when a French group decided to order all their bus tickets and tourist information at their leisure and the receptionist only asked for assistance when I finally asked her to.

Pretty basic but clean and pleasant. Good bar and the gin is good. No kettle in room or iron. Bed comfortable with lots of pillows. I'd recommend staying here for a business trip

Good Hotel with well educated staff. The breakfast buffet is alright, if you don't stay a complete week (then you can't see it anymore after the 4th day). The staff is really friendly and helpful, the rooms were more then clean every time we came back, the A/C worked really good.
If you book this hotel, be sure, you are going to rent a car or you have a good sense of orientation, getting the ticket-system of the bus easy. The bus"drivers" do their job horrible, it's nothing for weak nerves and actually you have to stand all the way - and it can be long if you did your shopping trip. Otherwise you can still take a taxi, it's not so expensive as you think.

Room was clean and quiet and air conditioning was very good, however the wifi did not work at all.
The only hotel that was open when I was looking for one during quarantine after my Airbnb host didn't show up to let me in the apartment. For a two-star hotel it was a pretty good one apart from the unpleasant smell in the room. They provided free parking and a pretty big breakfast for not much money. The bed was very comfortable and clean.
