Awesome location, and they have a flat screen TV!!! ( 30" but hey who's counting???)

2 different rooms, all 4 queen mattresses were stained. Aside from that mostly clean for a beach town hotel its OK. Be certain to get a 3rd floor room as the floors are creaky and translate noise excellently.

Most food/drink spots nearby close around 10pm FYI

Awesome location with waves breaking right outside and a beautiful sunset from our room. The hot tub was nice and the breakfast was one of the better free breakfasts I've had at any hotel. Nice people working here. A short drive to some really cool viewpoints and hikes.

Finally, I found a King Size Bed that is soft and comfy enough since most are way too hard for me. Can't beat the views and location! Kristi & Krista were both extremely helpful at the front counter. My only complaint is how long it took our room to warm up. It was 62 when we arrived, and it took 90 minutes to get up to a normal 70 degrees. The room was very clean, modern and had all amenities as advertised. Beautiful ocean view, right outside your room. You feel the thunder of the waves. It's pretty cool. The elevators aren't working and they told us this when we checked in, so we had to use the stairs and ramps.

For the price definitely a 5 star. The room I slept in 328 was nice and clean. Looks like it was recently updated. View and location is great. The work out room is beautiful. The continental breakfast was surprisingly really good. The pool and hot tub were just okay but at least it was open and working. The customer service was wonderful.

Rooms are right on the beach front, for dog owners you get in the first level. Our room was clean and came with a fridge. Beds were comfy. Bathroom comes with some good smelling shampoo, body wash etc. breakfast was delicious they had it running til 9:30. Gym is small but gets the job done. We had a little difficulty with our Roku because of the remote, if you look at the TV you can press source and it’ll work.

My only complaint is that you can hear the people above you. Wherever they walk, when the doors close, when the sliding door opens. First morning we got woken up at 6am due to early risers walking around. Other then that I absolutely have no other complaint. Everyone was kind and I loved they had a coffee/ tea and hot coco station that we could take on walks.
